I really appreciate you guys taking the time to give such a detailed tour of your facility and highlight everything your team does to make sure the recycling gets to where it needs to go and stay out of the trash.
This place is great. The only problem is the guy that runs the loader the old man with the white hair. He doesn’t know how to move the line the right way so people that were behind you. He’s letting them go in front of you. Something needs to change.
Got in before my appointment time and security guard sent me to a dock and told me that they will load me at 7 am and honestly they started after their safety meeting and had me out less than an hour later
I’m a OTR trucker who came in here today, 1/27, to pick up a load of cubed plastic scrap. First impression was good. Above average cleanliness for a recycling facility. The 2 ladies u check in with for your empty scale were super nice . The 4 Van docks had plenty of maneuver room. Loaded me right away. Definitely will return !
I just switched to using Zero Waste Solutions for all my C&D waste, I was previously driving to Bourne to dump daily. The people here have all be really friendly to me. The ladies in the scale office are fun and relaxed. I'm new to the industry so I ask a lot of questions, they've never given me an eye roll or made me feel stupid. I've been to other facilities where the people in the scale office start off with an attitude for no reason, so having friendly people you can communicate with is huge. Sometimes there's no line, sometimes you need to wait a little, but I don't think I've spent more than 45 minutes there in total yet. I was given a sales rep that's also been really helpful. I'm glad I stopped in and gave this place a chance.
