Toyota only made my style of Prius for two years so it was hard to find a part. Fortunately, Shawn was able to locate a wheel for me out west at a third off what it would’ve cost me at the Toyota dealership.

The staff was available as soon as I walked in; the representative made sure I was getting the right part - showed pictures of my car, etc. and was super helpful in getting it installed. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
Helpful staff, I found what I needed in the self serve salvage section, and a really nice employee in a blue van (I wish I remembered his name) saw me struggling in mud and drove my awkwardly large parts back to the main building. Helpful tip- if it’s been raining or snowing wear boots not sneakers. :)
Im slightly disappointed in the service that I have received or lack of I should say. I called three times to pay for a part that I needed for my truck. They won't pull it till its paid for . Which I completely understand.But, when I called to see if they had this part a few days prior they never disclosed this was the process. I have called 3 times for the link to pay for it. I dont feel I should have to chase a company this hard that specializes in this kind of work. As of closing time I still haven't received the link. I need this for my truck. The customer service person was not helpful at all and didnt seem to be very helpful. The company i working for does a lot of work with your company and this is very discouraging.
Edit. I called in the morning and spoke to a woman who seemed a little overwhelmed with her work load. She got the link out to me in a reasonable time frame and my part was ready to be picked up later on in the day. I wont mind doing business again unless it turns out like this interaction. Then ill put a stop to it there
Pricing was good, order was messed up, the number of leaf Springs they sent was only one and was told it would be next day three times and they should’ve said they were closed and weren’t doing any deliveries and I understand it was around Christmas time, but still sent me back a bit. Prefer being told they can’t get it to me and be honest, I’m much better with that!
Well informed, detailed search found exact specs other vendors failed to elicit. That's what made me choose these folks. Went beyond the call of service with non related request too. They've been supportive even since the restricted self pull area was initiated.
just called for some front brake calipers, which was in stock part was listed online for almost $100 cheaper. called to confirm parts calipers were in stock and got quoted a higher price. Guys whom I was chatting with was very snobby about it saying we aren't liable for pricing issues. Great way to do business..
Been dealing with this business for over 15 years until they hired a person named Sean who is super rude and disrespectful. Absolutely no knowledge of customer service or respect for others. Unfortunately, wrong staff like this individual gifts this dealership or the salvage yard terrible name.
Great to do business with them. Order the on the phone for local pickup and you are in and out with the correct part in 10 minutes! Excellent business to do business with.
Great place, great people and great parts. The yard is clean and safe. The cars are varied and sometimes surprising. This entire operation is very well run by absolute professionals. It’s hard for me to stay away from here. It’s that good.
I needed headlights to 1996 vehicle. They had two in stock and had them shipped to me via UPS . Robertson's packaged them VERY WELL , with lots of bubble wrap and another type of packing material, and both arrived in a timely manner and in perfect shape!! Thank you all!! I will definitely call them again if other parts needed !!!

Needed a back glass for my Ford CMAX it was ready in an hour after I paid when other yards said 'be ready in a couple days'. On a road trip from the Midwest pulled on the wiper top hard in New York the glass all broke. Left Vermont picked up in Wareham drove to Maine put the glass in. Ready to return later in the week 24 hours drive I don't have to listen to plastic sheet taped to the back as a temp fit temp plexi
Purchased a used engine from here. Was a trouble free experience. Was safely placed on a transport skid and was had all existing harness and hardware attached. Once installed and swapped out fluids it’s running great. I’ll be back for future parts.
Replacing rear trunk lid on my 2011 Mastang . Found one in Missouri had it shipped here for a very reasonable price . Far cheaper than having body work and paint completed .
