So im going to be honest. Ive driven by this place a thousand times and just always thought it was part of the dealership. Boy was i thankfully wrong. The staff was super helpful getting me exactly what I needed. Every single staff member from the sales staff in front to the people working the yard. Each of them was extremely kind and helpful. I dont know what its in the water at this salvage yard but they have one hell of a staff. Additionally all the items I got fit perfectly and at a great savings, I owe them a lot. I will always try to come here for my future salvage needs.
Hi my name is Gabe, one of my car door window was broken. And I needed a new one fast. You know what they say if your car looks nice. It represents you. So I call to get the glass for the window. And they had it, in a good shape and perfect conditions. They did a great job. Ya tu sabe que si eres latino y necesitas algo para el carro ve que no te arrepentirás.
I needed headlights to 1996 vehicle. They had two in stock and had them shipped to me via UPS . Robertson's packaged them VERY WELL , with lots of bubble wrap and another type of packing material, and both arrived in a timely manner and in perfect shape!! Thank you all!! I will definitely call them again if other parts needed !!!

The front of the house staff was amazing! I do have to say….around the side where you pick up your part was not so pleasant. I was made to feel like I was a bother. The man that helped me was very dismissive and unkind. He was too busy speaking to a friend at her car and drinking his whatever was in his can and had a BIG attitude. If I ever have to go back I will definitely get his name.
If you need a reliable used part for your car don’t go to this place. My neighbor needed a headlight for her car and the price for a used one was $30 more expensive that Amazon. And about me, I needed a transmission, bought on Monday and was told to pick up the transmission on Wednesday. Went at their office on Wednesday afternoon and nobody knew what I was talking about. If you call to get any information, Their 2 favorite things to say is “he is at lunch right now” and “that’s not my department”. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. They told me to come back on Friday, 2 days later and nobody knew everything about the order. They just told me the transmission was not there, and they didn’t know were it was. They sold me a fake transmission. So I asked for any transmission in their warehouse because I just want my car running, or to give my money back since I paid upfront, and not surprisingly the “finance person” was at lunch so I couldn’t get my money back too. So I left at this point because so many incompetent people together can be contagious, and I hope I don’t have to go to court to get a transmission or my money back

My first time there in a year noone told me I had to wear a vest got yelled at for that so I went and put on a vest. Found my car 20 mins later and started taking parts off of it and got yelled at and kicked out bc I wasn't supposed to touch that car even though noone told me. Lazy probably high employees not doing their job wasted an hour and a half. Don't waste your money here overpriced parts for shit service.
They had the part I needed at a reasonable price the interior was very cool and comfortable it didn't take them long to pull my part all in all it was a great experience.
I was able to find the interior part I needed for my XJ Cherokee in the color I needed without an issue. The inventory out back is great, thanks Robertson’s I’ll be back!

Terrible customer service. The person answering the phone was rude, clearly miserable, and shouldn't be dealing with customers. On top of that, all their parts are ridiculously overpriced. This place doesn’t feel like a real business — more like a joke. Wouldn’t recommend.
They were able to locate my hard-to-find parts, when no one else could, not even dealerships. I've dealt with many salvage yards throughout the years, and there's usually a certain "gruffness" from the salesperson; but not at Robertson's. Overall, a positive experience
Robertson’s Auto Savage found a transmission for my mother’s car in less than an hour! They also delivered it to her mechanic very quickly. Very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
Needed a back glass for my Ford CMAX it was ready in an hour after I paid when other yards said 'be ready in a couple days'. On a road trip from the Midwest pulled on the wiper top hard in New York the glass all broke. Left Vermont picked up in Wareham drove to Maine put the glass in. Ready to return later in the week 24 hours drive I don't have to listen to plastic sheet taped to the back as a temp fit temp plexi
A friend recommended Robertson's as a source for used parts for my 2012 Ridgeline. Zack found me a new drive shaft in their inventory for a great price and had it delivered to my mechanic in quick time. I would use them again.
Purchased a used engine from here. Was a trouble free experience. Was safely placed on a transport skid and was had all existing harness and hardware attached. Once installed and swapped out fluids it’s running great. I’ll be back for future parts.
Been enjoying it there since 1986 when I got my license and needed parts for my 79 Cordoba! As long as you guys keep letting me walk around out back I'll keep giving good reviews!
Quick, easy, efficient. I called for a used air cleaner, within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the parts team, I received a payment link to order the part. Within maybe an hour of confirmation of payment they called me to tell me the part was pulled and ready to pick up. They charged 75% less than another yard was going to charge me for the part.
These guys are great! Customer service is 11/10! Got me the parts I needed and held them for me for pick up over the weekend! Parts were in great shape with all extras that went with it! Definitely recommend to everyone!
Hands down the best salvage / recycle yard ive ever been to. Super Well organized. , very fair prices parts are exactly as advertised. The workers were top shelf and i left completely satisfied. Ive been buying from junkyards over 60 years and this is hands down the best ive ever seen. Its 6 stars in my mind. Great job everyone involved.
Replacing rear trunk lid on my 2011 Mastang . Found one in Missouri had it shipped here for a very reasonable price . Far cheaper than having body work and paint completed .
