STAY AWAY. I hate that I have to give even 1 star, as it's required in order to do this review. I took my BMW there twice because the first time, Gilbert replaced the Valve cover gasket, then again a 2nd time because the same issue wasn't repaired correctly. (I paid $2,300) Gilbert advised me to trust him and to have this service done to correct the issue, also (his own words) because I had a good strong Working engine that this would resolve the problem. I called over a week later to get a status on when I could pick my vehicle up, after multiple phone calls, I was told by Gilbert, that when he finished the work on my car, he took the car out for a test drive and my engine SEIZED. He then tried to blame it on ME, that the engine seized because there was no oil in my vehicle NOT TRUE, over a month earlier he charged me $100 for an oil change on top of that, I drove my vehicle over 30+ miles to his shop to drop it off. it's impossible to drive a vehicle that far with no oil. Also please do your research with the BBB. (I missed doing this before going to this mechanic) I no longer have my beautiful BMW because of this busines/mechanic. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I am a local resident. I brought my own Mobil 1 Extended Performance Full Synthetic Motor Oil 0W-20, 5 Quart, 2 bottles. One bottle was purchased last year and had a large, obvious label. I explicitly told the staff to use this bottle first, and only use the other one if needed.
Usually, my car uses about 4.8 quarts, at most 5.2 quarts. However, when I got home, I discovered that both bottles (one worth $30) were completely gone. I immediately returned to the shop to request the remaining unused oil. The staff returned to me the old bottle, which was about half full. In other words, they used about 8 quarts.
I checked my engine oil on the roadside, and it was indeed replaced. However, the staff’s handling of my oil completely destroyed my trust. A simple oil change should not involve taking away my remaining oil. I clearly instructed which bottle to use first and kept them separate, yet they still messed it up. I now reasonably suspect that they did not use my own Mobil 1 oil at all, and when I returned to request the remaining oil, they just poured out half of a bottle from their own stock before returning it to me.
Additionally, there was a faint tobacco smell in the shop/garage. I cannot understand why anyone would smoke in a repair shop—this is a serious fire hazard.
Overall, this shop is extremely unprofessional. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last.
Debated making this review for a long time. Brought my car here in 2024 to replace the clutch. After a day or so The owner of the shop tells me it’s not the clutch that is the issue, but the transmission. I knew this sounded fishy as it was a Honda civic with less than 30.000 miles and no transmission goes that quickly. I went to a Honda dealership for a second opinion and it was indeed the clutch NOT a transmission issue. And the owner of autohaus says “you should be fine to drive on it for at least 1000 miles” ? this leads me to two options:
1. The owner of this shop was trying to take advantage of a customer assuming I wouldn’t know anything about cars, and upcharge me $700.
2. He genuinely did think the transmission was the problem, which might be worse since he can’t properly diagnose the issues in a car.
Stay away!
My Volvo runs perfectly after being in the care of Gilbert. Others, not so much. He is talented and personable. I got a fair price for quality workmanship.
My daughter went there for an inspection sticker,
Her car passed the mechanical but failed because if tires . Gilbert told her that the police would stop and cite her car for bad tires and would tow her car . His scare tactics are unaceptable and my daughter believing him agreed to buy new tires . Her Jeep Grand Cherokee had Michelin tires and he ordered cheaper entry level tires and installed them for a total of $ 1800 dollars . He also charged for an alignment which I suspect was not done. To make matters worse the car experienced a vibration at high speed , took to Brilliant tire and all four tires were out of balance and cost $ 150 dollars to fix what should have been done correctly when new tires were installed . Stay away from this shop , inferior work at inflated prices
I hit a curb on the way to an appointment and kept driving till I was on route 9 when I got a tire low pressure warning… then im stuck in traffic on 93 S and this guy pulls up next to me and says I have a flat tire. I’m like oh great so I ask Siri how long I can drive on a flat tire, she says 30-50miles so I’m like okay cool no big deal. But once traffic starts clearing it doesn’t sound okay. I get to the closest Gas station/ auto shop I found on Google maps that happens to be Euro Autohaus. Come to find out I have 2 flat tires!!! These guys were so helpful, changed my tires and gave me a great deal, fixed it right away in this heat with no AC and I was back on the road in 20 min.

I had an accident with the 2023 K5 GT series. I took my car to the dealer. However, the dealer said that they could not supply the parts. That's why I took it to Gilbert's shop. Gilbert supplied all the parts for me. And it repaired my car in an incredible time. And my car became like new again.
I had some problem with my Tesla Model 3. Tesla couldn’t fix it so I brought to Gilbert. He fixed my AC problem! Thank you Gilbert for all your help!!!
Came here for an inspection sticker, they performed random small maintenance without my permission and charged me 10 dollars more for like 1 dollar worth of work. Too bad 10 dollars is too small of a damage to file a lawsuit.

THE REPAIRS HERE ARE VERY GOOD! THEY UNDERSTAND CARS VERY WELL! IT ONLY TOOK THEM 10 MINUTES TO DETECT THE PROBLEM AND SOLVE IT! GILBERT IS A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL! I AM VERY PLEASED. EVERYONE SHOULD COME HERE FOR A REPAIR! HE IS GREAT AT HIS JOB. I WILL REFER MY WIFE AND KIDS HERE. THANKS A LOT GILBERT !!!!! ☺️ )
My car had important problems that no mechanic could solve, then I went to this mechanic on recommendation and he solved all my problems and I was very satisfied.
Fantastic customer experience at this shop. I stopped in with my girlfriend whose car had a flat and Gilbert went above and beyond to ensure we were quickly in and out and felt comfortable with all work performed. He even accommodated our request to perform an oil change as part of the same transaction, further adding to our convenience. I’ll be returning in a month for a state inspection and highly recommend others do the same.
Owner lied about expertise, spent months trying to replace a simple bumper and caused my insurance policy to increase immensely. Wish the job was done correctly the first time, or even the second time. But after the 4th attempt? Will not return.
Went in for inspection. My car didn’t pass, and it would be too costly to fix all the issues. However, Gil offered interesting alternatives and good advice that one can trust. Highly recommend.
My buddy has been bringing his bmw here for a while and always does the best work and it’s worth every dollar. I brought my sequoia here with my trunk completely broken and didn’t open and he got it popped open and fixed in Less than an hour. Especially if you have a foreign car like a bmw, Mercedes, Audi etc, Definitely recommend taking it to Gilbert
I stopped by to have my inspection done. the car was rejected and the mechanic told me, ' The brakes and struts are in bad shape. The car id dangerous to drive." He followed up with, "I can fix it for you today." I was a bit suspicious so later in the day took it to my mechanic who I've been working with for 30 years. Their pronouncement - the guy was fiull of S. Only the brakes needed replacing. This is a roughly 700.00 difference. People be careful who you listen to.
Gil was very professional and patient as I went through a month-long process with the Insurance company. He did the work and handles 3 inspections and, although he did not do the job in the end (they totaled the car) he remained professional and a pleasure.
Euro Autohaus is a great local repair shop. I have taken our two cars there for service and had a great experience several times. Gilbert is an experienced mechanic for imports and domestic vehicles, and prices are very reasonable. He gives honest advice on necessary repairs and will discuss all options for your budget. It’s also a great turnaround time on the repair! I would not hesitate to bring my car here.
My husband and I will never go here again for services. Originally, I read reviews and decided to give Gilbert a try due to the positive reviews. I wish we had not.
At first, it started out with good customer service and quick repairs. We originally went to Gilbert because our engine light being on. It was great - to our knowledge, this service and issue were fixed as one would expect. The only complaint is that the cost was a bit higher than we would have likely paid elsewhere.
Then, as we continued to use Gilbert, things got worse. We used Gilbert to replace our breaks, which he did, however, the breaks kept squeaking after being replaced. Months later, we used Gilbert to fix the engine light going on again. He stated there were a few issues he needed to fix, etc. I mentioned the squeaking breaks and he said that was normal. Gilbert told me our car would be ready for pick up the following day at 5pm and if he needed longer, he would give us a care rental in the meantime. He also mentioned that he would replace the coolant to which I agreed (it sounded like he was going to do it for free as a favor. I should have known better). So, I arrived the next day at 5pm. Gilbert seemed to be very confused why I was there to the point I actually felt uncomfortable being there. It was if we had never had the conversation the day prior. So, Gilbert gave me a new day and time to pick up the car which I did. Gilbert charged us for the coolant replacement and we had a hefty bill. I left because I just wanted my car back and at this point, had an uneasy feeling about Gilbert due to the way he treated me.
Months later, we had engine problems. This time, we brought our car to a Volkswagen dealership where they did a full diagnostic. Come to find out, they told us that whoever touched our engine prior basically held it together with clips and put it together as if it were a band aid to hold things over. Also, they told us they had to replace the coolant because it was contaminated. Well, the only person to have touched our car in the past few years was Gilbert. This meant to us that he was "fixing" things, charging us a lot of money for it, but not actually doing things correctly. At this point we were never going to go back to Gilbert anyways.
Also, it took 2 years or so for our breaks to stop squeaking. The dealership mentioned this was likely to the mechanic (Gilbert) using after market breaks.
If you want to have poor quality work done to your car at a high price that you will end up needing to fix later on, then Gilbert is your guy!
Save you money go some where else. He is Scammer we bought w204 Mercedes from him he gave us 3 months warranty but the center counsel knob was broken(the car had a lot of problems with 70k miles). I brough it to him two times witch he said he is going to fix but he told me he couldn't and I should take it to dealership because it out of his expertise(very simple fix) and he is going to pay for it but he also never did that. I Also Had him Change my Oil Level Sensor witch on FCP Euro cost 60 box but he charged me 114 box for the part.
Very bad experience with this shop and a dishonest mechanic Gilbert, i called because my Panamera 4 wouldn't start he said tow it in, after his 800.00 diagnostic he said my transmission was completely trash, he said he can get me a used one for 10k or he or a dealer really wants to buy my car for the same 10k, after him pressuring to buy my car I had a feeling it was his scam to get my car for next to nothing I towed my vehicle to another shop, to find out it was not my transmission. Don't trust this guy he will lie when you are in need of service. He kept saying the car is junk and I should just give him a good deal on it when I DID NOT go there to sell, I went for service, he did absolutely nothing and ran off with my 800.00 lied about the issue, I went somewhere else the next day and picked my car up that next day, if he tries to deny I have the receipt and the text messages between us to prove. Try me!
Galber told me I needed certain parts to pass inspection. I purchased the parts and he then charged me to replace them but did not replace the control arm at all. He simply kept it. He also charged me for a alignment without doing the alignment. When I confronted him, he eventually apologized, replaced the control arm and fixed a window issue for me for free. Later, he charged me $75 to fix a trunk mechanism issue but did a very poor job so that the trunk had to be slammed multiple times to close and didn't keep out the rain. I didn't sue in small claims or make a complaint to the AG but am still considering doing so.
I moved to the area 1 year ago and have taken my two vehicles to Euro Autohaus. My four experiences have been outstanding and the best return on value. Gilbert is honest, fairly priced (for labor and parts) transparent, reliable and most excellent is his expeditious work with getting your car repaired, serviced and back to you. Further, He is most accommodating with scheduling and works around your schedule…. Finally, when one my cars was tied up for a day after an accident, and because I could not get a rental car, Gilbert lent me an extra car on his lot for free… what mechanic does that ? A mechanic that is trustworthy and one that has your back. Gilbert will do you solid.
One day my van was giving me power trouble so I pulled into euro autohaus... long story short I spend over $500 with another mechanic in milton... these guys now look after all my cars for everything and anything they need done including state inspections.
Totally honest and transparent about their work and what needs to be done to the car and they also give you more affordable solutions to solve the issue.. which is perfect for my work van etc
If your looking for a honest good value mechanic that does great work go see gilbert , if not you can go to the other car shops around milton I've been too, plus it's easy to get too its right off i-93 which was handy for getting a tow truck there
Gilbert is the best and such a go getter! He has helped me keep my Escalade on the road and whenever I need something he right there and has it done super fast!
I used to hate having to get my car repaired/serviced but now I look forward too it because I know it will be stress free, done perfectly, and won’t break my bank!

Loved this place. My first time taking my car there to be fixed and the service was awesome the guys are honest, Gilbert is professional and worked fast, perfect mechanic shop, techs to go to, I will definitely refer this place to my friends and family
