Finally found my go to repair shop!
My G37x encountered a few issues a week before my birthday. I did have someone else take a look (Now, I know more about cars than the average women, so I kinda knew he was just telling me anything to make a quick buck) and not feeling comfortable with his findings, I called a few local shops. They were either super expensive or didn’t specialize in Infiniti.
After reading soo many great reviews about this place, decided to give them a call. Matt was such a great help from beginning to end. Explained what work was done and needed to be done, very thoroughly. We did run into a little hiccup with a defective part but he literally had it the next day and my car was ready! Pricing for labor and parts were good, service was fantastic. You guys have a new customer for sure!

They diagnosed and resolved water leaking from blocked sunroof drains into the driver's side compartment. The water was disabling the electronics responsible for some safety aids and creating a wet (or iced-up) interior some mornings. Rob & Team worked quickly to identify the root cause and to provide a realistic estimate of the cost and time needed. I'll be bringing all my auto work here.
Did a great job in my brakes. Fast turnaround too. Very professional. Then we had a bumper problem, they snapped it back in. Added new fasteners. Again quick. Professional. Reasonable.
Couldn’t recommend this business enough! My vehicle needed a lot of front end work so I was looking around for local places when I came across Milton Auto. Immediately I was greeted with upmost respect and all the work that needed to be done was explained and justified to me so there was no suprise work or costs, at the end of my visit. The mechanics worked quickly, efficiently, and my car drove like new. I will definitely be going back for any routine maintence, repairs or even concerns with my vehicle moving forward. Was a recurring problem with an oil leak I had. After a couple tries & alot of patients, all is fixed.! Milton auto was the 3rd mechanic I had look at it, & they fixed my issues. With my car!

My tire was low on air and stopped to get air at gas station. I looked again it was completely flat and new tires. Staff at Milton Auto Repairs assisted me in 10 minutes. Found out the problem a large nailed in the tire and given me the price to repair. 15 minutes later on my way back to work. Quick and fast service and of course friendly staff really makes a difference.
I had a car that I was unable to start and in response to my phone call they came and jump started the car. The battery didn’t hold a charge so they retuned the next morning , and replaced the battery in a timely fashion. Extremely dependable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

I arrived at this establishment with a flat tire 30minutes before their scheduled closing (5:30pm) and they literally closed shop on me.
As I explained my situation to staff they looked at the tire and told me to travel 2miles in the opposite direction. Please look at the photo tell me how do you travel 2miles like this.

to have them look at the brakes and a check engine light on the car she waited as they looked over the car and I had asked them to call me with the update when they had looked everything over rob got the car on a lift right away and immediately diagnosed the check engine light then lifted the car and found the car was not worth fixing due to the rust issues under the car he not only call me with an update but went further and faced timed me to show me underneath the car and explained why he believed it wasn't worth fixing.
I was blown away by his transparency and honesty he is the definition of professional and to go the extra mile he was concerned about her driving it home due to the rust issues so he followed her back to her house in another car to make sure the car got her there safely .

The guys there are pretty friendly and helped me out with a critical repair to my car. My brake pads were too worn out and they told me I'd have to change out my pads and rotors. When they realized I needed my car up and running within the next few hours they got to the repair. The total wasn't out of the question so I feel they are charging a fair price. I am glad they were where they are since I needed my pads changed that second and they delivered.
Rob and his team are the best. They offer trustworthy and fairly priced service, and minor to moderate jobs are usually done within one or two days. Being their customer offers real peace of mind - although needing a car repair is never great, I feel comfortable knowing that I can depend on their reliable service. Honest, friendly, a real gem of a shop!
Bringing a BMW to an auto repair shop can be often dangerous as you don’t know what mechanic you’re getting. After bring my BMW to this shop, I must say I have no complaints after received top-notch service from a mechanic who knows how to get the job done. He definitely focuses on making his clients satisfied with his work. From my experience he had taken my car on a drive with me to assess and discuss the problems of the car. They are looking to get the job done, and they are looking for no more than that. Bring your car to this shop if you desire quality, client-focused service. Thankful for all the work that has been done and I have a strong belief that you will experience the same!
Great place to get your car fixed. They have quick and friendly staff sure to get you back on the road in no time. The owner Rob is awesome. Prices are very fair and they won't sell you anything you don't need. Having a trustworthy shop is important and Milton Auto knows that.
I brought my car in for a coolant leak. The estimate was very reasonable, but they fixed it within a couple of hours for about $120 LESS than the initial estimate. These guys are very honest and capable technicians. May 2018

The mechanics at the shop are very professional and accommodating. They repaired my nissan altima for a very fair price and I felt they were very honest and knowledgeable, unlike many other shops I've been to. Recently I have also brought Nissan GTR here for repairs aswell. Highly recommend this place and ask for Rob!
Excellent and complete service. They will check the whole car over and let you know what needs to be done from the most important to general service. After they finished the repair my car was driving like brand new. Very happy with the work.
