First time customer. Will never take my cars anywhere else. Went to four places locally for a quote. Nick was the only one to offer a quote for both repair and replacement (the other places just wanted to replace). So, I knew immediately this was the guy. The results were outstanding. Panel looks brand new, and the paint match is perfect. A master of his craft. I can't say enough good things about this guy. I expected to see some evidence, but the work done was actually perfect. It looks brand new again.
Very rude people, The customer service is horrible. Insurance company never received any paperwork from the shop and it took forever to do the supplement because the shop doesn’t use email and doesn’t know how to use email.
Met with Nick today to discuss work needed on my vehicle, after a "deer strike "he explained that he would order the necessary parts, etc and further discuss with my insurance company, All my questions were answered with patience and in terms thst were easily understood by me. Nick was very respectful of all social distancing and covid-19 restrictions. I look forward to his completed work.
Excellent work from an honest craftsman. We have had Nick work on several of our cars over the years. The quality of his work is excellent and he is very easy to deal with. Just had a fender fixed from someone backing into our car and you would never know it had ever been damaged. Highly recommended.
