Great Store to deal with out on Cranberry Highway in Wareham . Dave runs the store and keeps them on thier toes and ordering through Frank who is very knowedgeable in the Commercal Accounts Department is easy. The Delivery Drivers are fast and Courteous. I find the store clean and well stocked if not it can be ordered and delivered fast within A day.
The staff was absolutely amazing. Frank helped me, his customer service was top 10. I really appreciate the help that was provided. I highly recommend visiting this location.
As a mechanic, we always need our parts right away to get our customers back on the road. I use to use NAPA, but everything is a special order for them. O’Reilly’s always has the parts I need on the shelf. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.
Best Auto parts shop around. Called every single advance and auto-zone on cape looking for a product and it was nowhere to be found, one ring over to Oreillys and they said “come right down we have plenty.” Exceptional customer service, huge selection, no place better than here.
I stopped in to grab some Auto parts for the first time they seem to have everything I needed. Once I needed something they didn't have they ordered it for me and had it within a few hours. Great auto parts store.
Went into the Wareham store looking to buy a battery for my truck. Asked the counter person if they would install it and was told yes. After giving the particulars of the truck, the associate at the next terminal whispered to the person waiting on me and was told, sorry they would not install it. I am a disabled veteran and will not recommend this store.
The staff here deserves every one of these five stars. Everyone I’ve met there has been extremely helpful, honest and kind. They are always attentive and engaged in your needs and interested in helping to find a solution. Store is always well stocked, clean and orderly. I don’t live in Wareham, but I am down there quite often and I will wait, if I can, to do my shopping there as I don’t think I’ve experienced such a pleasant team anywhere else. Cheers!
Our car battery had died and we went inside to buy a Portable jump starter the guy working said I will help you jump it. Came to the car and during the down pours due to tropical storm Elsa he said that we needed a new battery which we had in the car but couldn't find the right socket to get it loose. He said well let's change it instead of jumping it, and the guy working and my husband changed the battery in the pouring rain. The employees there go above and beyond work expectations and are very wholesome, down to earth, and knowledgeable individuals!
Excellent service!! My truck battery died in parking lot next to O’Reilly Auto Parts. Daniel came over and checked both my battery and alternator to make sure which one was causing the problem. It was the battery. He gave me a jump so I could get the truck over to his store where he installed my new battery. Can’t say enough about how good the service was. I highly recommend them for your auto parts needs.
I’m a contractor and my truck is my business my office I can’t work with out so any time it is off the road is a bad thing for me and my family. I need to replace the front breaks in my F250. Got there about 25 minutes prior to closing they had what I needed in the store. Got home to find out they sold me breaks for a F150. Big difference. I race back to the store the assistant manager was out in the parking lot ready to go home. Not only did he take responsibility for selling me the wrong parts he re opened the store made a few calls to make it work, and got me the right parts! Way to make a mistake right! You don’t see that anymore!
