Stopped by Bennett for a quick check before driving back to Pennsylvania. They checked my tires, washer fluid, brakes, and lights — didn’t charge me and were super nice. Truly appreciate their help. Highly recommend??

Place is great if you need any sort of work done to your car. Tony, the owner takes care of his customers very well and is very honest and forthcoming no bs. I would also like to personally thank Ron and Will who worked on my cars transmission and gave the car back to me with a transmission that feels like it’s brand new and shifts like butter. I would highly recommend Bennett Tire and Service to anyone who needs work done to their car at not only a reasonable cost but also is very honest and doesn’t try to screw you over for more money.

My wheels were warbling on the highway (60 mph). They came, picked up my car and within 3 or 4 hours they called and said I needed Two new rear tires and my rear brakes were rusted out. Work would be about $700 or more and they could work on it that day and early evening. I needed the car so they said they would pick it up early the next morning. I took my car to another shop that morning and there was nothing wrong with my tires or brakes. The warbling had stopped. They figured there was snow inside the tires. Anyhow, I walked out and it didn’t cost a thing. SCAM!!!!!They need to be reported to the BBB.

Had to pull over at the side of the road because of a broken axle. This place happened to be nearby. Came in first thing in the morning and they were able to replace the axle. Same day. Excellent service very friendly.

Bennett tire has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were efficient and very thorough. I would highly recommend them. Do not hesitate to use them. This is a great company. They did a fantastic job on my car.

I had to bring my car in for a brake job and Tony and his crew took great care of me! They noticed I needed to replace my struts so they went ahead and did that also! It was around Christmas time so he did what he could to save me some money so I could still do Christmas lol. My fiancé needed som work done to his truck also so we took it back to Bennetts and they took great care of us both.. I’m glad we found a garage we trust even though it’s not the closest, it’s one we will be going back to. Thanks again guys

I recently had major work done on my car here, and I can’t say enough about the dedication and effort that went into it. I had a long, complicated list of repairs, and they put in the time to make sure everything was done the right way. They even sourced parts from two other models of the same car just to make sure everything fit and functioned properly. My car ended up being in the shop for about nine months, mainly because the parts I needed were unavailable and on backorder for a long stretch. Even with that challenge, they stayed on top of the project and never stopped working to get it back to perfect running condition. Considering the amount of labor, parts, and problem-solving involved, I genuinely felt like they went above and beyond. When I picked it up, everything was running smoothly and in great order. You can tell they care about doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. If you need a shop that will stick with the job no matter how complicated, this is the place. I definitely would recommend this shop.

Tony and his crew are friendly and affordable and fast I stopped by the other day they were very helpful I had a few lights out on my car and even though they were full booked for the day they changed the lights for me and had me back on the road in 30 minutes I highly recommend them for any work fast service with a smile and prices are very affordable

As a “car guy” it takes a lot for me to trust a new shop with my vehicle. Tony and crew earned my trust 100%. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would do, they went above and beyond in providing a great experience and treating me well. Highly recommended!

Tony and his team are awesome! They picked up my car and sent me videos/pics of what was going on! Kept me in the loop the entire time. This was an unplanned visit - had the car back in 2days! Drives like a dream now. Honestly goes far!!

Amazing service. Came in to see if I needed air in my tires not only were they thorough and were able to pin point the tire sensor that went bad and replaced it.

Tony and team are best in class. We recently bought a used 4Runner and brought it to Tony to inspect. He found some significant issues that we brought back to the dealership to fix. Upon completion of the work, Tony inspected it again for us and found even more wrong. He took his time and was more thorough with our car than any where I've ever been before. He and his team basically rebuilt the interior workings and the car feels brand new. He fixed a lot of work that was done improperly from the dealership, communicated with us in a timely manner, and treated it like his own car. We're now so excited to be able to drive it and will be customers of Tony's for life. He's also just a joy to talk to!

I had Bennet Tire & Service do a complete brake job on my front end. Same day service and was done quick and at a more than reasonable price. High quality work and excellent customer service. Even offered a loaner car at no additional cost while I waited.

Was lucky enough to have Tony and Nevaeh help me out today in a big way. Had a compromised ebrake and seized rear caliper that I was completely unaware of but that they found when trying to do my inspection. They took care of me the same day and got everything sorted while I was there, all while still handling all the other cars they were busy with. I appreciate their time and their work greatly and am I highly recommend others give them a try for any car needs they have.

Been a resident of Duxbury for 20+ years. I can’t recall when I first met Tony and relied on his services but it’s been a long time. He’s always been more than fair, timely, and expert in his work and advice. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my cars and expect to be billed as fairly, and for complete and quality work, as I would here.

Bennett Tire & Service is one of the best companies I have ever done business with, and definitely the best auto repair shop I have worked with. From their assistance with dropping off my vehicle, to the quick and correct diagnosis of the issue (previously diagnosed incorrectly by another shop), and the video they shared showing the problem and the eventual fix were all top notch. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I would highly recommend bring your car here for any service needs you have.

Tony and George recently came to the rescue with an emergency tire repair. On a Sunday morning, our college student was heading back to school after break for a four-hour drive when we discovered a nail in the rear tire. I contacted Tony, who sent me to George, who was at the shop. George dropped what he was doing and had us back in business in less than 30 minutes—crisis averted. We would highly recommend Bennett Tire and Service and are grateful for their professionalism and excellent service.

I am from out of state had some major car issues, owner towed me and helped me get to my hotel. Bennett got my vehicle fixed in 24 hours and the communication was amazing. Tony was extremely helpful. I brought in my 1947 Jeep Willys for a manifold/exhaust emergency repair, and he found the parts I needed while I waited and had them delivered for installation the following morning. Highly recommend!!
