55 minutes holding and still waiting for a Customer Service Rep. to answer my question... Researching other local waste pick-up companies while I wait.

Your driver was speeding so fast in Easton two cars ahead of a police officer like a moron. I’ve forwarded my dash cam footage to them. Jerk of a company.

I have called and have been waiting for a trash pick up for over a week since the driver on our route didn't take the recycling. It scheduled for today's trash pick up and still wasn't picked up as the lady stated she invited for this week. I have take pictures of both times this has occurred. Someone definitely needs to be held accountable for not doing their job

I'm sure you have great intentions as a company. Doing a job that's essential in our world with little appreciation. So firstly thanks. I live in a residential area with retailers near by. Torrey st plaza, Brockton, MA 02301 is serviced by your company. Drivers come into the plaza at 3 AM. At 3 AM they are repeatedly banging the dumpsters to empty then. At 3 AM the driver then takes 5 minutes to reverse blindly into the street, instead of driving around the building. From these actions at 3AM one would assume that the driver enjoys disturbing residents. I'm encouraging you to speak with your driver mangers on route planning and how it can affect your reputation and contract retention. This is unacceptable and must stop.

Called for information on which location provides collection services for our building and was greeted by an incredibly rude person who hung up on me after giving me an automated 1-800 number to call. I needed to contact a dispatcher (or some other related person) to give a new driver directions on accessing our building without damaging parked cars. I guess they’ll just figure out the hard way then, when those insurance claims start coming their way ??‍♂️

I had a appointment for today June 7th for sofa pickup. Of course when I got home No one showed up. This is ridiculous. I called and confirmed yesterday smh.

This company is the worst!!! Brockton residents are supposed to get one bulk item removed weekly, but we've been calling for 5 weeks now to get the same one item picked up. No apologies. They have zero pride.

Called the 9th of November paid the $40 for 2 large items & a recliner. Called almost a dozen times. Still no pickup as of now November 24th. Kept getting the run around of went to escalated to supervisors yet zero call backs or help. 0/10 would not recommend. Allied waste was better with on time pickups & zero issue. Each day I’m on the schedule yet it’s all still there.

I've been trying for them to pick up a small futon for about 1 month now... they have given me 5 different schedule dates and still the futon has been on front of the trash pickup for around 1 month. The communication on this company is the worst cause every time y talk to someone they all seem unaware of the whole situation at this point ive been calling daily and still my issue is not resolved.

to be honest, I would leave a negative five star review if I could. One star is far too generous for a company that scams people out of their hard earned money. We paid for a pick up of our mattress, and it’s been over a week with piss poor sorry excuses every single day as to why they can’t come and grab it. Please save your time and money dealing with these people. They haven’t refunded our money or picked up the mattress. So now legal action will be required to get our money back because at this point we want nothing to do with them

Very bad place for a 53 ft trailer. An accident waiting to happen. Getting on the scale is dangerous. Avoid this place if you can

The customer service on the phone is very nice, helpful and polite. We used to have a wonderful trash pickup driver, Carlton, who always went above and beyond. He was always polite and friendly The driver we have now is unfriendly . I don’t know our recycle driver, but he comes now when he is supposed to . Because we live on a dead end street, the driver(s) didn’t like backing down to pick up the recycling and told the trash driver(s) to take the recycling also. Why recycle if it’s going in the trash ? This is no longer the case...the recycling is picked up on time and I’m very grateful.

I was sitting at a traffic light and one of their trash trucks approach the intersection from another direction. The street was narrow and he couldn't turn into the road I was in... So instead of being patient and waiting he leaned on his horn, then hopped out of his cab, got right up next to my window, shouted and cursed at me using excessive derogatory language, and generally exhibiting unnecessary rage towards someone just waiting at a red light. I have a commercial driver's license, a class A to drive large trucks and tractor trailers... It was appalling to me to have this happen... Never have I ever. I also own my own business where I employ several that have commercial driver's licenses... If one of my drivers ever did something like this to somebody in traffic... My God I would be so embarrassed and they would be so fired!!!

Do yourself a favor and hire a guy from Craigslist to pick up your bulk items. I called, scheduled And paid for pick up a week before I needed it, come pick up day they no showed, called the next business day and told me they would have me as a priority pickup, they no showed again. Scheduled it for the next trash day available for pickup, which was 4 days out, yet again they no showed. Their service agents have no idea what they are doing and their pick up service is garbage ( no pun intended). Worst company to deal with, especially considering how many local companies there are. Use someone else for furniture pick ups!

The guys are super nice, they come on the correct day every week. During covid they were a little back tracked but that should be expected with everything that was going on. Ive used their services for about 3 years now and have no complaints. Thank you for all you do, I hate to see people only leave a review when they have a negative experience.

I scheduled a pick up for a bulk item. They took the bulk item and other things out of my yard . When i called to report it some ignorant lady basically called me a liar.

Our trash has not been picked up for almost two weeks and it is over flowing to the point you can't put anything else in the dumpster. Who ever runs this business should be put out of business for good, this is a constant occurrence with the trash being missed for whatever reason, it is not acceptable to have to call to schedule a pickup! This is exactly how you get mice and all sorts of bugs and unwanted guest. If your business is rated a 1 the owner should step their game up and take more pride into getting his business ran better.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from their yard waste driver today in Brockton, MA. Our collection day is Tuesday (yesterday). I put 15 bags and 4 well marked yard waste barrels out on the curb for pick up. When they were a no show last night I moved all those bags and barrels back on our property because we keep our neighborhood clean and would not want to have yard waste sitting on our curb for a week. I get home from work today and see the truck on my street. My neighbor was talking to the driver so I went outside and asked my neighbor (not the driver) what was going on. Before my neighbor could even respond, the driver starts aggressively telling me I need to have my bags put on the curb for pickup and that weekly service began November 1st (our normal yard waste collection is biweekly). He then proceeded to hop into his truck and start to drive away. I said to him through his open window, if you stop I will drag them to the curb and I explained to him that they weren’t on the curb today because Wednesday is not our collection day. He did stop and I brought the bags to him one by one (oh did I mention they were less than 5 feet away from the curb!). I did this as quickly as one person could, I did not have to move them too far, and It took all of maybe 5 min. When I was done with the bags I said I have a couple of barrels too, which were maybe 10 feet away. When my back was turned he said again very aggressively, I don’t have time for this and got back in his truck and drove away. I’m not sure where he was in such a rush to go since no other neighbor had their yard waste out since they had no reason to believe a collection was going to happen today. He drove away so quickly I could not get his truck’s plate number and I of course did not get his name since I was focused on just doing what I needed to do to get my waste picked up and get him on his way. I cannot believe that a service I pay for could have employees that treat customers so rudely. This is not a free service and I am certain that if I failed to pay my bill on time they would immediately stop my collection. However, I have to deal with late service and then be spoken to by their employee so disrespectfully. I do what I am suppose to do as a consumer and even try to be extra respectful to the collection representatives. If I know it’s going to rain heavily I cover my yard waste bags with a tarp so they bags don’t get too heavy....well that’s going to change for sure. He is an embarrassment to this company. I did lodge a complaint with their customer service toll free number. I had a very pleasant call center representative who said she would forward my complaint to the operations department.

They never show up on the day they are scheduled on. Usually 2-3 days late. This has been going on for 3 months now and they have been on time only 3 times so far. I have to drag the barrels back and forth each day until they come. Then I eventually call the main line and those people are always nice but I can sit on hold for a long time until someone picks up. And they never know what’s going on because they are in another state. You basically get yupped and they will get right on it. The price is good but the service sucks.
