30 yard roll-off service, driver tosses 2 bags of household trash in the middle of the road, Kids getting out of school, traffic etc. This is inside a Condo, two 8 yard dumpsters 15 seconds away.
Lazy and disrespectful driver.
I’ve visited this place three times, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with an older gentleman operating a loader who was quite rude. However, the rest of the staff, especially the folks in the office, are very friendly and made up for it. Because of that, I’ll give it 3 stars. It’s a shame that one person can affect the overall experience, but the rest of the team is great.
Very cut and dry situation. $275 up to a ton. Operations is run quickly and professionally. Woman at the window was knowledgeable and nice. Got into the yard and one of the yard workers charged me $20 cash on the low to help me unload my bagster out of the back of my pickup with a machine.
Customer service is decent and they get you in and out pretty quick. Definitely call before going there because they close early sometimes depending on the volume which they took him that day.
Said they'd take my scrap boat for free. Tow truck shows up and they are rude and demand a $250 per ton minimum. Lady insists she told me. I record my calls and she definitely did not! Get a new person on the phone!
Nice staff. Great place. Would be nice if they allow us to see our weight though. Every other dump has the weight on the clock infront of you. It shows a little transparency plus it allows you to know if you are within your budget.
Everyone there is absolutely awesome.
Had the starter in my truck go out, and not only did they get me out of the yard so i wasn't blocking their operations, they let me fix the thing on the property so I didn't have to get towed home. The guys even offered to let me borrow tools if I needed anything.
I ordered 2 Bagster bags, filled them up, and awaited for pickup to find out they charged me $50 trip fees due to the fact they were unable to enter my driveway because their new driver lacked the experience.
Decided to take matters into my own hands, I searched Google, and found Trojan Recycle less than 3 miles away from my house.
I rented a Uhaul trucks, and loaded the 2 Bagster bags into it.
Original cost to have the 2 Bagster pick up by waste management the founder of Bagster would have cost me $503.
Driving the trash myself to Trojan Recycle and unloaded the trash at their facility cost me only $175 . What a saving!!!
Quick to send someone out with the right size dumpster for my construction prject. I called several places and Trojan had the best prices. Thanks that was an easy transaction.
