Blakely Auto Parts & Junk Car Removal did a great job of replying to my inquiry very promptly as well as setting a time and day to come get my vehicle. James stayed in communication throughout the week of, as well as the day of and even gave his ETA as it got closer to pickup. 5/5 stars Blakely towing is great. He was friendly, prompt, set reasonable expectations, and provided a reasonable price for the vehicle. He showed up when he said he was going to. Even communicated when he could have been running earlier or later than the original quoted time frame. The car couldn't start had a front wheel that was practically horizontal. And it was located on a tight squeeze of a dead end street he was still able to get the truck in to pick it up!
Sold my wife's old Xterra to Blakely Towing and I found them to be prompt, polite and professional it was an overall quick process. We had a few minutes for discussion and I found James to be knowledgeable and a very pleasant gentleman. I called over a dozen places to see who would be able to actually meet same day, pay cash and not drop the discussed offer. Not only did he get to me when he said he would, he was friendly, stuck to his word and also didn’t get upset when we had to get the vehicle out of a tough spot (it was blocked in from a random vehicle).
