Never drove a Nissan before, and never leased a vehicle before going to Quirk Nissan! I am currently in the Nissan Ariya and I absolutely love it. Jeff was patient in working out the details and helping us feel comfortable with the arrangements for the lease. He is super easy to contact should any questions arise. Highly considering purchasing this car because it runs so smoothly and everything is super user-friendly and feels luxurious. Making the switch to an electric vehicle was such a good decision for us! Super happy with Quirk Nissan!

So glad I went to this dealership!! A gentleman named Owen took care of me. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! He was full of information and made my experience buying a car here worth every penny!! Quirk dealerships in general are by far the best they have the most inventory and will beat any price I have been buying cars from quirk for 15 years and one of the reasons is the salesman who helped me but my first quirk truck 15 years ago his name is Antoine Jameson and he is still involved with the company and moved up.he is awsome to deal with I promise anything you need he will get it done and you will never need another dealership so weather you need any model car or truck that quirk has this is your man to help you get the best vehicle for your money .

Bryan Dempsey is hands down the nicest, most caring gentleman I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure we’re completely satisfied and in the rare occasion a mistake happens, he doesn’t stop until he 100% rectifies the situation. Anyone would be lucky to have such a professional working for them. My wife has a Nissan (I do not) but because of him I’m highly considering trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee just so I can have my car serviced/handled by Bryan…someone who I implicitly trust.

Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. From the moment I got there Tengah and team made me feel at ease and not pressured. He followed up every step of the way and went above and beyond in doing so. They got me into the best option for me! I am in love with my new EV! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from a gentleman named Paul today. I reached out to inquire about having service performed on my Pathfinder, only to be told that they do not service vehicles with over a certain number of miles. This was especially frustrating because I had taken my vehicle there just a few months ago, and they provided detailed information about what needed to be done, along with the associated costs. Paul’s response today was that they would be 'doing me a disservice' if they performed any work on my vehicle. What makes this even more frustrating is that it was the same dealership that told me, just a few months ago, that my car was in excellent condition and only required normal maintenance given its age and mileage. Another Nissan dealership also confirmed that my vehicle was in great shape. It seems that if you take your car there for a diagnostic test and don’t immediately approve of their recommended work, they will refuse to service your vehicle. I am grateful to say that not all Nissan dealerships operate this way. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. I highly recommend checking out Coastal Nissan for your car service needs instead of this place.

Very disappointed in service today. Made appointment for my daughters car for an oil change and to check some lights that came on dashboard. When I called I told they guy my daughter would be bringing the car in. Appointment was for 10:00 today. Guy quoted her a price for oil change, tire rotation ( which we didn't ask for) and to look at the warning lights. He told her it would be about an hour so she said she would wait. 3 hours later she had to hunt someone down for a status. Another guy said he would check on it for her. 45 minutes later they said they would need to order a part and that she would need to bring the car back. She said ok and he said they were just finishing up. Another 30 minutes go buy before they finally come out to have her pay. She didn't get out of there until after 2:15. I get that they may be behind but common courtesy is to communicate with your customers and to let them know of delays so they can perhaps arrange to leave the car and not waste most of the afternoon. Should not take over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and to figure out you need to order a part. Really feel like they took advantage of a young girl. Very hesitant to bring my cars to the dealer for this reason.

Just bought a 2024 Pathfinder. Gabriel the sales consultant was awesome and very easy to work with, as was the manager, Chase. The price was good and made sense, quickest transaction we've ever completed on a vehicle. Would buy another vehicle here again.

I recently purchased a new 2024 Nissan, Three days before pick-up I called to report an error in their math on my final paperwork to the tune of $500.00. I offered to send a picture of my calculations via text. I was told they can't do that. I had to make an extra trip from Scituate to Quincy on a Saturday and wait for my salesperson to finish up with another customer. When my salesman came and sat with me and I showed him my calculations, which were basic addition and subtraction I had done manually. He took my figures back to his desk and adding machine, after a few minutes at his adding machine he proclaimed out loud, you're right, you're right. His reluctance to check his figures without me having to make an extra trip from Scituate to prove that he had made an error makes me wonder if this was a mistake. I would think that additional recovery to me of double the mistake would have made it more believable that they were sorry for the error. I have strong mathematical skills and feel that most customers would not have picked up this error. Kevin J Duggan

Yaw was extremely helpful with the whole process of leasing my new vehicle and was the one to set me up with the car and a test drive in the first place. I worked with Yaw on a 2023 Nissan Rogue. I went in the dealer he very polite received me and listened to all my needs. He gave me by far the best deal I ever seen after 2 month researching for a car for my wife. NO MARKUP!!! I totally recommend Yaw. For future buyers I would recommend sitting down with him tell him your needs and budget and I am sure he will workout a deal for you.

WOOOOOW!!!! Is all I can say seriously!!! Needed a car to get out of a jam. Went to Quirk Nissan after checking 5 dealerships and met the sales manager Rotini Abu. He literally took care of everything for me and the same day I was able to buy my car with the best deal and had it insured registered and inspected without even leaving my seat. Was out the door with my new keys and new car that was amazing. I want to thank Rotini and also the Quirk organization for employing such efficient employees who are masters of this art. Mike, Dung and team were great. Mike is like an encyclopedia of the Nissan Leaf! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give a full run down of all the features of our new car. He was honest about the pros and cons, and gave us some helpful tips on charging stations. They even gift wrapped our car when we went to pick it up. Thanks guys! Great experience.

For several months I was trying to get out of my Chevrolet Cruze 2011. All of the dealerships I visited would give me the run around or tell me I would need at least $5000.00 down on top of my trade in. I walked into quirk Nissan on Friday and I had very little faith I would be leaving out of there with a new car. Much to my surprise Yaw made it happen!! Yaw is extremely professional, he heard my requests within my newer vehicle and he delivered me a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentra which I love! Everyone here worked in such a fast pace. I was able to drive off the lot with everything switched over for my brand new car. Thank you Yaw and Dong for all of your assistance!!

Had a great experience at Quirk Nissan in Quincy. Stopped in on Saturday and wasn't 100% sure about a new car just yet, I was assisted by a great sales guy Deivisson Dos Santos and their sales manager Sean Buckley test drove the Rogue Sport, Sean and Deivission sat with me for a bit to but together the best possible deal, lease, purchase. I wasn't ready yet and they said to think on it, if the car you want sells, we'll make you another deal on another model. I came back yesterday, unfortunately Deivission wasn't there, But Sean was who linked me with Marquis Wilson walked me through and he got me into a newer model year with more options at a very fair price and I received a generous offer for my trade. These guys really tried their best to take care of me and make sure that I felt like I got a good deal. All in all I had a very good experience at Quirk Nissan in Quincy and would probably recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

I recently purchased my car from Quirk Nissan in Quincy (in pic below). The experience I had was awesome. Ady "the one man party" who is a car salesman and Quirk was so helpful throughout the car buying experience from the beginning to the end. Even after I was driving my new car for a few days he called to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. We need more men in the car industry like Ady to make the care buying experience seamless and pleasant. Ady even got me in touch with an insurance company. Not only is Ady "the one man party" but he is a "one stop shopping experience". I recommend Quirk Nissan for your next car buying experience. God Bless!
