I've been using Triple 5 for servicing my car for a few years now. Overall, Sunti and his team have always done an excellent job. Fair pricing, quick work, and are nice people to deal with. If you need an auto mechanic, I recommend trying out Triple 5.
LIars! I asked for a an oil change, check my serpentine belt, and replace a cabin filter. They did not even check the serpentine belt, said "it was not in the notes" when they LITERALLY the staff read from the notes when I came in for the appointment and said "yes, we are checking the serpentine belt," And the day before when I called, they read to ME from the notes, "oh yes, we are checking the serpentine belt." I guess those notes disappeared from the computer 5 minutes earlier and the same staff member forgot what HE TOLD ME 5 minutes ago. TOO LAZY TO CHECK AND LIE to customers, and give them a hard time about a oil change sticker I need for my warranty. LAZY LIARS AT THIS PLACE, and very ARGUMENTATIVE TO CUSTOMERS

First time here, Sunti and his team were excellent. I had an A/C wiring problem and it was diagnosed and repaired within several hours. I appreciate finding them and their high quality work. Prices seemed very fair and I would highly recommend them.
Can’t tell you how much i I trust this place. Second foreign car to go here. First I have had a 370z engine light issue that went to 5 (count them 5) “advanced” mechanics before finding 555 (solved it with a 75 dollar weld of the cracked muffler). And now my BMW x3 engine light. They work hard and diligently. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I don’t go anywhere else.
Sunti is such a terrific guy! He took a look at my car really quickly and came up with some suggestions and possible solutions that save me from spending tons money right now. Afterwards he also filled up my fluid and told me there is no charge. Absolutely delightful service!

Always amazing service with these guys! They are simply the best and I won't go anywhere else. I scheduled myself an oil change and told them to let me know if my car needed anything else (before my car inspection).
They called me during the day, but I was too busy with work to answer the call. They sent me this cool text message from AutoLeap informing me that some of my lightbulbs were out. Using the text link, I was able to review the list of needed repairs and I was able to approve the service immediately. After their work was complete, I received a text to pay online. How cool is that??? I am beyond impressed. This is great for me - a person who doesn't like to pick up the phone or check my voicemail It's so convenient!!
To top if off, they knew what time I'd arrive to pick up my car and they heated the car up for me beforehand! Thank you!

Sunti and Bert have taken good care of my daughters car and know what they are doing. Their prices are reasonable and they do good honest work!! I am not worried about them telling me something needs to be done when it doesn't need to be done.

First time customer, Long time fan. I've always hesitated to go to another shop for my Audi since not everyone has a the capacity to work on them right, but my usual shop was booked up for weeks. Bert was able to squeeze me in for a same day drop off for my coolant leak/water pump replacement. He finished up the day after and did a great job at a better rate than my Euro spot. Had an emergency happen on Monday morning, as I was driving to work. There was smoke coming from the hood of my car. Got to my office in Quincy, and new of Triple 5 Motors right next door to me. I have a Ford Escape SE vehicle, not realizing that Triple 5 Motors only works on Domestic cars. Did not want to take my car to a Ford dealership so I stopped in to speak to the Manager, Sunti. He took me in with no hesitation as he saw that I needed help. Not only was I appreciative but thankful that the issue wasn't anything larger than what I thought it was going to be, but he kept me updated throughout the day and when it came down to what the issue was, they were able to repair it vs. fixing it with new parts, that made me happy. I would definitely use this establishment in the future and would recommend Sunti and his team to anyone. Thank you for the great service and more importantly, making my Monday a bit easier than what I thought it was going to be.
After my daughter's 10 year old Range Rover broke down we had it towed at night to Triple 5 as we knew that they worked on Land Rovers. We had been there once before but were not a regular customer. Land Rovers can be finicky and it's hard to find a mechanic to work on them and they are expensive to fix. When I called the next day, they confirmed that they had the car and said that they would take a look at it when they had a chance (they were closed when we towed it in, so I wasn't expecting them to drop everything when they got it.) I checked back with them the next day and they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with it and told me they would call me the next day. They called as promised and informed me that the car was out of gas and they put $10 of gas in it and got it running. They cleared all of the codes on the computer and it was as good as new. When we went to pick it up, they only charged us for the gas, not for the time it took them to diagnose it or anything else. I was expecting a large repair bill given the age and make of the car. As far as I am concerned, they are the epitome of an honest mechanic. I wasn't even a regular customer but I will be now for this car and others. I highly recommend them.

I have been here for 10 years. Sunti is the most honest mechanic ever. When I used to go to the car dealership for an oil change, they alway tel me I needed to change something, which is sometimes I don't really need to. I always suggest triple five motor to friends and family. They are all satisfied after the service.

I have been taking my car to 555 for 4 years and I will say that I have nothing but positive things to say. My car is a 2011 and Sunti has kept it running great and taken care of any issues I had with great knowledge and expertise. By far the reason I would recommend 555 the most is that I feel they are EXTREMELY trustworthy. I have never once felt that I was being mislead, not even a little bit.
Been coming here 2-3 years for work on my BMW. Trustworthy owner and have never had any issues with the work. He charged me a lower price than quoted recently when he was able to get a part on sale - many others would have pocketed the difference. Definitely recommend!
Bert and Sunti are former Senior Technicians at Audi and Lexus and they know their stuff. Very professional, no upsell and all the mechanics in their shop are very qualified. I have been bringing my German and Japanese cars to them since they opened the shop. My whole family and extended family also use them and have had similar great experiences. They do amazing work! Very Honest. I started going here to get a 2nd opinion on what a dealership shop was gonna charge me 1400 for. These guys took a look and found out i actually didnt need to get it done. Saved me a ton of money. Now I go there for everything. Recently got offroad tires for my Jeep there and the car looks amazing now. Also I make it a point to drive down from CT just to get work done here. I trust their work and will not send my car anywhere eles.
