My car was returned to me with 1 tire lug nut missing, the special socket for my lug nuts in my trunk (I keep it in my glove compartment), random bolts and washers in my trunk, and a few plastic fasteners missing. No complaints with the service. The body work on my car is good but how it was returned to me makes me question the quality of the work.
Schlager’s Auto Body fixed my BMW and it looks great. You would never know it was ever damaged. They replaced my bumper and painted a few places. They did an excellent job!!!!! They are trustworthy and fair on the prices. Turn around time was ahead of schedule and the communication was top notch . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

At first I thought this place was good. But then a few weeks later I noticed one of my mudflaps hanging I called bought it back. They said they fixed it. I checked it. It was still loose. Luckily, I checked it before I drove off then they had to re-fix it And then the girl comes out the fake nice lady and then she says oh by the way, the other one is hanging off too. Come to find out they were the ones who were supposed to fix it, but she made it seem as if my mudflap was just hanging off. Long story short do not trust these people I had to go back to my insurance company and I had to go to complain to my insurance company and have them find another autobody shop who can fix the job and do it properly and who are honest and take accountability and responsibility for their actions. These people they screw up your car and they take absolutely no accountability for their actions. They screw up your car and then blame you or your car! I drive a solid Acura! Who has time for this nonsenseness-not me! Thanks for wasting my precious time Schallger. I’m sure the next shop won’t blame me or my Acura for their screw ups and will do the job properly.
Everyone was so nice. I was informed regularly as to the progress of repairing my car after an accident. Easy smooth process, good turnaround time for repairs. Car and workmanship are great!

I've used Schlager's for towing and body work for over 20 years. They have worked on our company vehicles as well as my own personal cars. Jim, Billy, Nick and Danielle have always done an excellent job taking care of all of our needs. There is no one I'd trust more with our work.
Unfortunately my car has been rear ended twice in one year. Each time it was taken to Schlager. Both times they were so transparent about the repair process, sent me updates, and my car was returned to me not only fixed, but clean as well. I definitely recommend them!
I’m very disappointed in the work that was done, and lack of communication when replacing the back bumper of my car. As far as communication, I’d been told a few times my car “would be ready by tomorrow afternoon and they would call me with an update tomorrow” only to never hear from them when I had asked just to be updated since I had another appointment to bring my car to for damages as well. The first time I brought my car, I had to immediately bring it back because the bumper did not line up, was pinching in areas, wasn’t clipped in, had gaps, was loose, and the paint looked awful. It was explained to me that they used after market parts. I was understanding, and they were very nice about the ordeal, and they ordered the stock parts and assured me they would fix it. They told me on a Monday “they would call to update me when the parts came in in a day or two” 8 days went by and I had to call to ask if the parts were in, which I was told they had come in last week. The second time I brought my car back, I left with a completely different color bumper that does not match the paint on my car, hair stuck in the paint, tape lines, and scratches all along the top of my bumper. The fit however was correct this time. I was very polite and understanding throughout this very frustrating process, and had once again reached out that same day I picked up the car and asked for an email to send photos to, so that we were on the same page so I could bring it back. I emailed that email address provided and I never heard back. I’m shocked at the neglect to double check their craftsmanship, and that they have allowed this car to leave the shop like this not only once, but twice.
I had my car repaired at Schlager’s. Am extremely satisfied with the work they did, their service, the professionalism and responsiveness. They also cleaned the interior of my car. That was nice :)
If you own a cheap car is ok to bring it there,but if you own a Luxury car DO NOT . I got my Lexus to be repaired for a little Scratch on the Fender and The Front Bumper Camera was Messed up. By Them.
After 5 month trying to fix it they Refused to pay me for the Camera and I had to bring the car to Lexus Dealer and pay with my Money.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT IS A LITTLE REPAIR.
I took my car for repairs at this place from last two crashes and each time they did an awesome job. The staff are very friendly. They arranged a rental so you don't have to take an Uber to the rental place. They even cleaned the car inside and out. Due to the nature of the business, I hope I don't have to go here often but I recommend others looking for auto repairs to give this place a chance.
They towed my vehicle off of the highway in the fast lane side of the road and they didn’t charge much at all. Very helpful & nice people in the office. It’s a big and very efficient company.

I had a great experience with Schlager Auto Body Repair, and highly recommend their tow truck service. On Wed 3/27 I broke down on 93 south near exit 8, I found myself in a frustrating situation, having already waited over 2+ hours for assistance from another company.

Can I give zero stars? Guess not. They are scam artists, like a lot of auto shops. A while back, I needed the body of my car repaired and WHEEL REPLACED by means of a car insurance claim. They did a good job with the body, and with cleaning the interior. Which is expected with these jobs, and doesn't earn praise. But what they tried to get away with, was NOT REPLACING THE WHEEL. They tried to be slick and clearly sanded the wheel, and handed the car back to me with the invoice stating that the wheel was REPLACED. I honestly didn't think they'd try to deceitful, so I didn't even think to check the car before leaving. So I came back and complained that the wheel was not replaced. **WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING MY CAR FOR THEMSELVES, THEY TOOK MY CAR BACK AND REPLACED THE WHEEL, NO QUESTIONS ASKED** So that tells me that they knew what they were doing, and what they wanted to get away with. They wasted my time, and tried to keep the brand new wheel. Pretty fraudulent, if you ask me. NEVER going back. And you guys should consider this, before coming to them for anything. The desk lady was nice enough, other staff members come off as unapproachable and unfriendly. But that's Quincy, I guess. But I digress.
Customer service was terrible. Took a month to get my car repaired. No one called me once over that time to give me an update. They would just push back the date of pickup, which changed 4-5 times, in the online portal. When I called them to get an update, the person I dealt with acted very annoyed that I was calling. When I asked whether the car would be ready by the end of the day, I got one word replies like “maybe” and “could be.”

Schlager took the time to rebuild nearly 1/2 of the vehicle, better than when I bought it! Danielle was the best and kept us up to date during the whole process. A+ 5 stars, amazing!
Service was outstanding. They communicated very well, both when explaining what had to be done, and when providing status updates on the car. My car was done 2 days early. The office staff was very supportive and I’ll will be going back.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, is because I’m noticing small things missing from my car. Nothing of any real monitory value. I immediately notice some items and let the office know, as they weren’t important, but they should know. The office was extremely understanding, but I told them not to worry about it. However, after getting in the car this morning I realize that more things have gone missing.
edited: okay, so 6-7 items are missing - including things of sentimental value. Do they make a habit out of removing things from the cars???
I dropped my car off yesterday morning for repairs after a bad day last week. This poor guy and his girlfriend were in the lane next to me and he accidentally crossed over and hit the side of my car. This guy was just a kid. He was one of the most politest, nicest person. I'm just glad it was a minor accident and nobody got hurt. And if he were ever able to read this. I would tell him he's a classy person. His parents can be proud. I'm sorry this all happened and hope he's able to put all this behind him. I have. Accidents happen. That's all it was just a minor car accident. I'd also thank him for handling everything as calm as he did. God Bless him. I'm suppose to get my car back in another week. I'm sure everything is going to be perfect. I want to Thank everyone at Schlagers Auto body. They did an Absolutely Awesome Job on my car. Made the whole process unbelievable from rental car waiting for me on site. The communication with them was so easy. They would text me with updates on my cars process. The day it was set to be completed. The folks that worked in the office were wonderful. Provided me with all the information I needed. Contacted the Insurance company to make sure the rental car was there waiting for me when I dropped off my car. A Huge ShoutOut and Thank You to Schlagers Auto Body.
Great customer service! Got an appointment right away! Very convenient relationship with my insurance company Geico making the process so smooth! The body work was perfect - no complaints!
Needed repairs to my driver's side door after an accident, and am very happy with their work. They set very clear expectations on the repair estimation and rough timeline right up front so I knew it was going to be at least a week or two, and their relationship with GEICO and Enterprise made the whole process as easy as I think it could possibly be. Rental car was there right after I dropped off the car, text messages let me know how repairs were progressing, and their repair work looks great! If I need any car body repairs done in the future I'll be coming back here.
Finish work is always show room quality. They don't cheap out on your vehicles parts or paint.
Me and my family have had multiple vehicles repaired here and have never had any issues. My girlfriend has now also made this her go to for repairs. She only had one small "issue" which was not really an issue and they addressed it immediately. There was a small amount of wax residue on the black plastic of her mirror. She brought it back to them thinking it was paint, which it was not. They immediately addressed it, buffed and cleaned the residue and got her on her way.
Got my front end replaced at Schlager and had a wonderful experience. Repair was done in about a week as promised. Staff are nice and very communicative during the whole process. The shop even went the extra mile to detail the interior and exterior of my car prior to returning it which was a huge bonus! Definitely would recommend!
Overall terrible experience. Something that could’ve taken less than a month, took a month and a half to get resolved.
The right side of my car was scraped/dented due a recent accident. My insurance suggested this body shop for “fast” repairs. I dropped off my car on 11/29/22. I was told my car should be ready in about 2 weeks and I will be getting texts with updates. These 2 weeks goes by and car is still not ready and was informed the shop is waiting on parts to be delivered. Two days before my scheduled pick-up day I called them asking for an update and was informed parts are still pending and should be getting delivered by pick-up date which was 12/16/22. That Friday, I receive a call stating the parts that was ordered was the incorrect ones and I will have to wait longer …great right?! I finally got my car back 1/13/23….over a month later. Mind you, my insurance was done paying for the rental because my 30 day was up. Every time I called to get an update on the car and parts, I would get no answer. Just that they are still waiting. I feel this place was in no rush to get the car fixed and for this reason I won’t be returning.
We felt very stressed after we were hit by another vehicle out of nowhere. However, taking our car to Schlagers was the best decision. We left it in their hands, which just happened to be good hands. They communicated with us every step of the way, repaired the car in a timely manner (before we thought it would be done actually) and they even detailed the interior, which was a step above the service we have expected. Great work and great customer service!
Schlager Auto did a fantastic job repairing some small dents and scrapes on my VW Golf; the car is looking new again. They also delivered it cleaner than it's been in a long time, washing the outside and cleaning every nook and cranny of the interior.
The only reason I'm not giving Schlager 5 stars is because of their automated contact/update system, which they either need to monitor more closely or disable--it messaged me saying my repairs were "almost completed" when in fact it would be 5 more days before I got my car back. If Schlager can fix the messaging system (or just get rid of it altogether), things will go a lot more smoothly. If a repair is going to be delayed, someone (a human, not a bot) needs to contact the car owner ahead of time to let them know. But, other than this, I would highly recommend them.
Overall good experience with my car being fixed but I had left some assorted stretch cords to keep my trunk closed after an accident which were missing when I picked up the car. Also the trunk still did not close. With a “minor adjustment” they fixed it. I was told some tape marks would be removed from passenger door, instead they left universal removal wipes in cup holder. They still did a great job fixing the car but I did not appreciate these inconveniences.
