They over charged me for a diagnostic and didn't even repair my car. They were suppose to call me when the part they needed came in... needless to say I'm still waiting for that call. its not likely i would ever go back.

Went in and bought two new front tires, after a week the tire pressure light was back on and one tire was reading 40 and the other was reading 28 psi. Brought back to quincy location and was told it could be because of air pressure changes from cold weather, it was 85 degrees and 3pm when I was there. I thought the guy was joking and when I asked again he repeated his answer and said he didn't see it actively losing air in the 30 seconds he looked at the tire. The tech treated me as if I was an idiot and as if this was completely normal/safe for new tires. I won't be going back or referring anyone else to this location.

I had an excellent experience at this location. I called late in the day to ask about an appointment and they told me to drive over. I had an alignment done and it was completed very quickly and professionally. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and kind. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them.

every time I visit a Firestone location (usually for Tire Rack mounting and balancing) the prices are reasonable, the service s polite and professional and the work is done well

The alignment didn't come out too well as the first time. So I called and they fixed it the next day and it came out great. No beating around the bush, no issues, just immediate solution to the problem. I always have a great experience at Firestone Edit: Actually, I took a longer ride (when I wrote the review I drove the 4 minute drive from Firestone to my house) The car is still steering left. I'm taking it to the one in Braintree tomorrow. I'll update to 5 stars when its fixed. This will be my third time going back, and the free alignment package is starting to really backfire on me. Edit#2 Took it to the Braintree location and finally the car rides as smooth as butter. I know it wasn't this store, but it goes to show that Firestone as a company works really hard for their customers' satisfaction.

I was greeted by Shaiwon as I entered the shop. She listened to me and made a few suggestions which were what I wanted. She gave me price information and suggestions and I placed my order for the tire I needed. When my car was ready she came out to the waiting area and told me everything was all set and I was ready to go. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you Shaiwon for being so kind and helpful.

Eddie went above and beyond to help out my son‘s girlfriend. He was professional and very courteous. He did the work himself as soon as the tires came in he also provided a list of things to do on the vehicle. Thank you very much for all you did.

The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional, when I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager is busy and will not have time to talk to me. Not even sure if the manager was on site. They didn't do what i asked for instead they ran a report that I didn't even need and wanted to charge me for service that I didn't ask for or even get. I felt scammed I can assure you this will be my last visit to this location although I live in Quincy.

Greg N: The manger of tire sales and his team. Has shown outstanding performance and quality of service. I’m truly grateful to have them service my vehicle. I brought my car in to have the wheel studs replaced because my regular shop was closed over the weekend. When my usual mechanic later worked on the car, he pointed out that the replacement studs had the incorrect thread pitch and even marked them with a paint pen for reference. I then returned the car to Firestone to have the issue corrected. It was there the entire day Saturday. I specifically asked the service advisor to ensure the work was double-checked and was told the new studs would be sourced directly from the dealer. However, when I took the car back to my regular mechanic, the same incorrectly threaded, marked studs were still on the vehicle. At this point, I have strong reason to believe that no work was actually done on my car during its time at Firestone on Saturday

Ran over something in road causing tire to pop searched for local shop near me found this place brought my car in, the manager Dj was very helpful getting me on my way as quick as possible. The mechanic Josh was very helpful as well would highly recommend this place staff was informative and very nice.

I had the most amazing experience at Quincy Firestone on School Street. I dealt with the manager there his name is DJ and not only did he work with me on everything I needed. He also reduced amounts. He offered me discounts and rebates. All said and done, he saved me a ton of money and the work they did was amazing. He was amazing. I would highly recommend Firestone to anybody for work on their cars…..they do all kinds of mechanical work too, Not just tires. If you’re lucky enough to get to deal with DJ, the manager he’ll take great care of you. Not only was DJ pleasant, kind, and extremely patient, he was very knowledgeable on the products and services they offer. Firestone is so lucky to have an employee as awesome as DJ and I think that is the key to a great business, having one of the leaders be like DJ. Again, I thoroughly recommend going to Firestone in Quincy Massachusetts

I ordered tires and rims from TireRack because I couldn't find a local distributor that did both at a reasonable price and also had what I needed in stock. I chose what I needed on TireRack, they walked me through choosing a local Firestone to get them installed, and two weeks later everything arrived ahead of schedule. I was able to very easily re-schedule my appointment to an earlier day with a Firestone chat agent. I drove to Firestone, checked in, gave them my car keys and an hour later was able to drive away with new tires and rims. It was as seamless as you can get and there were no surprise costs - what I was quoted for installation on TireRack was the cost of installation in store, which just goes to show how reliable and transparent Firestone is. They could have charged me an arm and leg and I wouldn't have had a choice, but they didn't. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be referring others.

I had never seen a Firestone as big as yours and had to share with family and friends. I normally go to the dealership and have to wait longer. You guys were quick and I want to thank DJ and Greg for exceptional service. You guys are awesome!

After one year we replaced four tires, we got low pressure light on. I went back to the store several times. None of the quick fix including re-seal the tires solved the problem. Now the light went on every 4 weeks, I had to bring it today and complained the tires have given me so much headaches. Greg asked the technician to check carefully, finally, he found out there was a nail on it that have it fixed it. I hope I don't have to pump often and come back soon.

Love these guys! Brought my jeep in last minute on a Wednesday— they checked out my brakes within 45 min and got me in the same day— had it ready for me within 3 hours! The whole team was great! DJ is awesome! As is Greg! And Kailee!! I even had to come in to grab my skateboard and my wallet out of my car and they lowered it down on the lift for me and I was able to grab my belongings (that I stupidly forgot!!) but everything is great, my jeep rides so smooth now and I had a seamless experience! Thank you so much guys!

JUST DIN’T DO IT. Got all four tires changed and aligned less than two weeks ago. We just got back from a long weekend so barely drove it and our TPMS light is on. Not too long after, one tire is flat. Took the car back the next day and they said we need to buy a new tire even though there was no puncture to the tire to indicate any roadside hazard and no real reason for the tire to go flat. We buy a new tire (5th one in less than two weeks) and we’re leaving the shop with our dashboard lit up like it’s Christmas. They want to fix multiple things even though our car has had no issues prior and has been kept up by our dealership.They show zero care and are not interested in customer service, just want to take as much as possible.

On November 10 this year I found out that my wife's Subaru rear passenger tire was flat. Being a Sunday, my regular auto shop and all tire places were closed, we called around and Firestone was open. I headed to Firestone, and after inspecting the car they said the tire had been patched twice already (possible, but not sure), and it could no longer be repaired. I had to make a quick decision and decided to replace the two rear tires, Then they came back saying the they could not unscrew one of the nuts. I authorize them to break it, and would replace it the next day. Suddenly a second nut on the other side was also damaged. Fine, go ahead and break it. Now the front tire was bad in the inside and we needed an alignment. I was so aggravated, I told them go ahead and replace all the tires (my wife works in Boston, and has to drive from Weymouth so I wanted the car to be safe). So now we have 4 new tires, an alignment for close to $850, and a quote to replace the two studs and bolts for $403 per side, meaning $806+ to replace those, which even Subaru does for less than $200. Days later I brought the car to my mechanic, and found out that four (4) studs were badly damaged on one side an one on the other side. Keep in mind that Greg, the service advisor/scammer in chief at Firestone told me there were only one on each side (for the record, I was with my mechanic when he started repairing the studs and saw how damaged they were, once he was able to remove the nuts (extremely difficult). So now we have 4 bad studs on one side, when he told me after my numerous inquiries, that only one was damaged, and he's trying to scam me for over $800 to fix those. I called him to show my discontent and he pretended to not understand, saying that he'd quoted me $241 for the repair, even though I have a written quote showing $403.14 for one side, and in his words "just multiply by 2 to get the total for both sides". Firestone Quincy's Greg is a thief and a scammer, and I advise everybody to stay away from them. Copy of docs available. This is an edit. So when someone posts a negative review you rush to respond, promising that action "will be taken, management will be involved" and everybody forgets about it, and your guys keep ripping people off.

I went here to get my car inspected.. After an hour of waiting they told me that I had failed the inspection because my headlight was out, my foglights werent working(NOT a requirement) and my tires were too worn, they said it was 2/32 (The legal limit in MA) AND my back window wiper needed replacement which was working completly fine. I told them about the legal limit and after some back and forth with the representative he told me that now he consulted with the mechanic and the tires arent needed to be replaced anymore while intially they told me it was one of the reasons i didnt pass the inspection. They just want to sell you tires, thats their gig. Then they went on to "recommend" that i replace all of my breaks which were fine and all of this totaled to 2256 dollars. I Told them to cancel everything they ordered and the guy at the desk got mad and hit his desk, walking to the back to tell the mechanic to stop. I went to another mechanic right after, bought the headlight, fixed it and got it inspected and passed all for 250. That headlight was the only thing that was needed but they think they are above the law, making up requirements for the inspection to benefit their pockets. In the end i went back home to inspect the car myself and found my foglights disconnected so I believe this was their scheme to rip me off completly. Dont go here even if you dont have another choice you got a better chance fixing it yourself.

I let my brakes go too long and needed them done immediately. It was late on a Saturday so I checked on line and found Firestone was open at 9am Sundays. Booked an appointment on line for 9. Many of the reviews were very negative and I was nervous but desperate. I arrived about 15 minutes early and there were already quite a few people there waiting for the place to open. They were severely shorthanded but because I had a reservation they got me in pretty quickly. After the mechanic told me what I would need done I decided to go across the street to the tavern and have a few beers and something to eat while I waited for the job to be done. I was upset because at only 43,000 original miles I thought I needed the brakes done for a second time. The mechanic told me only the back brakes were bad because the front had been replaced previously. The rear rotors were the original parts so I was happy I only had to do the back brakes. They changed the brake fluid for me and changed the serpentine belt. I came back from the tavern around 12:15 and my car was in the parking lot ready to go. My brakes are now very quiet and I will definitely go back if I need service in the future. I would definitely make sure to make a reservation.
