Very excellent customer service. Evan went above and beyond to help me when I cracked my oil pan and he made sure I had all the stuff I needed to do the job and lent me store tools. Was stuck there with my family and had to leave the car overnight and he reassured my car would be safe and it was. If anyone needs anything or has a similar situation I highly recommend this location and can't thank them enough! They really saved me. Hope this helps

I recently stopped in to Advanced Auto
Parts as I needed a new set of windshield wipers. Evan was so helpful in describing the different kinds of wipers and even installed them for me. He went a step further and showed me how to install some filters that I had been neglecting to install. He went above and beyond and was so kind. This location has my business for the long haul.
Just visited Advance Auto on Southern Artery in Quincy- I needed a battery check since I was getting a low battery warning on my Lojack app- I was greeted by Evan who was very happy to help, friendly, and professional. Evan came out and helped me pop the hood and hooked up the battery and tested it and showed me the read out and my battery was fine and Evan explained what the voltage and numbers mean and said I should be fine a while longer and gave me advice on having an automatic starter and ways to make the car battery last longer. Evan is very kind and I will definitely return when I need the battery replaced! Thank you Evan!
I am writing this review as a thank you to a woman who I think name was Jen. She was an older woman with longer hair. Her coworker said she had worked on cars for 30 years. I was driving from Boston to Buffalo and realized my oil cap was no longer on my car. Oil sprayed all over my engine. It was a Sunday and VW would not help me and auto shops were not open. Jenn stayed with me for an hour researching oil caps that could possibly fit my car. After a while she found a solution and put it on my car for me! She also looked extra hard and long to make sure I had the correct oil after the other auto store sold me the wrong one. I am truly so grateful to her she put in the extra work when she could’ve told me I was out of luck. Thank you Jenn!!
Always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Always have what I'm looking for. If the item isn't in stock, they have called other locations to find it for me.
It felt like the employees doing me a favor by answering my questions with attitude. I don't expect you to get out of your way but I expect you to just do your job that's all.
Store employee stated I have to come back the next day to replace my battery as I stated it’s an emergency because my car went completely dead 30 minutes ago thanks to state police’s rescue. Due to the urgent need so I ask for the tool to installed myself, while I was installing my own battery, this employee finally decided to have the time to help other customer to check on their car and completely ignore my presence. This happened on 12/21/2023 around 4 pm. It’s a false advertisement “free battery installation” I hope this will not happen again to other customer. I have gone to this quincy store for many years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Drive the extra .5 miles down the road to AutoZone if your coming north. AutoZone is a better organized organization. I think I would know. I was a brief employee of AAP.
I had to pick up a package there because a tenant keeps stealing my packages and he blocked ups from delivering my package. They were friendly and let me wait for my ride. I had no money for a second Uber. Thank You Advanced Auto Parts

Went to the southern artery store in quincy ma, the kind older lady was so pleasant and professional. I now made it my store. I love when you are greeted with a hello and a smile. Give that lady a raise and may God bless her. AMEN.
The women i delt with is the one who has been at the store forever. She knows everything and made my transaction fast smooth and friendly. I think she ( and i forgot her name, my mind is like that.) should be in charge of the store or even the region. ie. Pay her like she is your best employee because she is. By far.
Friendly and helpful sales associates. They can always help you get what you need, and advise you what you need for your car specifically. They are always extremely helpful and coming out and checking your car for you or doing things like putting on new windshield wipers. They have a diagnostic tool that can plug into your car to determine what is wrong with it. Very helpful to know before you go to the mechanic.
Helpful staff, organized store. About what you would expect, nothing extraordinary, but nothing really to complain about. Overall 4 out 5. This is good for people who know what they want, or know what to ask for. Not the best place if your looking for advice.
The people that work here super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've always had a great experience when I go in and I'm a female they're always able to help me and point me towards the right things that I need.
Bought a part with a lifetime warranty. The part failed after a few months. I went in and explained that I was going to buy a second part so that my mechanic would have it when he took the defective one out and when I took the defective one back they refused to give me my money back. They said they could only give me a replacement part. I already bought and paid for the replacement part so that it was on standby for the mechanic when he done the replacement. I have now paid twice for the part that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty.
Stay well away from this place. They are crooks.
Friendly guys behind the counter. I went to buy replacement wipers. They installed the front and back wipers for me for free! Easy enough to do, I know. But uncommon these days... I will be going to this store for all my automotive parts needs from now on!
