We purchased the last three of our service vans from Quirk Ford in Quincy over the past six months. All three were Ford Transit Cargo vans. So far all three are running great, and our technicians love them! The high-roof option enables our employees to stand up straight when working or grabbing tools from the back, and the low-roof option with the ladder rack helps keep ladders accessible and lets us drive down Storrow Drive to serve customers! Plus, when we wanted to sell our old service vans that we no longer needed, Quirk Ford's Service Manager, Bobby, recommended a used car dealership where he thought we would get the best price (better than his own dealership). And he was right! Very grateful to the team at Quirk Ford, and Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Weymouth and Cambridge will be using them for its fleet needs in the future. I walked into Quirk Ford with a specific vehicle in mind. Mosafa and Kevin didn’t waste one minute of my time. We looked through that vehicle, we took a good test drive, then got right down to business. They were respectful of me and my time. They gave me a fair value for my trade. And worked hard to help my wife and me buy this vehicle.
My wife and I both had to work the following day, so all the paperwork was done virtually. They did a fantastic job of communicating timelines and worked hard to get us to a point where we could pick up our new truck on our schedule.
About 20 years ago I had an awful experience at Quirk Ford. I vowed to never do business there again. I reluctantly went there, and only because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Chi T from service team was very helpful when I had an oil change for my car. The oil change tooked about 1.3hrs and i was provided updates fairly quick.
I left 1 star because you could not leave less. Do business with this company at your own financial risk. A company that will not fix their own mistake is a company with a short future.
UPDATE: I see you are quick to answer a poor review. It is a very inexpensive way to try to make you appear to be all about customer service. The problem here is I did call and try to resolve this, that is the ONLY reason I wrote a poor review. After entirely too much effort to get a human being on the phone he might as well have told me to go and screw myself. I see why you do not want your people on the phone with customers.
I hope that everyone will read your negative reviews and decide to trade elsewhere. At least that will help them avoid what happened to me.
When we were there we did go for a test drive in the Ford ranger that I was requesting about. But that had a V4 engine in it not a V6 like I asked when I was talking to them on the internet when they said they had one there with a V6 engine but they bring out a 4 cylinder ranger for me to drive and did not have a V6 engine ranger there and then they ask well what about an F-150 for what they do they get the f-150s that are up in 79,000 to 85,000 range instead of bringing something out that's reasonable down to the 45,000 range so I just turned around and said no thank you and went home prices are way too high and I mean way too high all vehicles should start off at 35,000 and up to 55,000 that's it I don't care what type of vehicle it is truck car whatever that's what it should be at
I was looking to buy a truck and I closed the deal at Quirk Ford dealership in Quincy . I was looking for a special truck. I found the right one at the right price with the right salesperson named Matt. He was humble and gave no hassle. We had a few conversations, and I decided to buy the truck. Matt helped me find a loan at the bank with Ford Credit Union with an amazing deal to be approved for the F215 Black Temor 2025. I'm grateful to come across Matt in this sales situation. I'm thankful to him for helping me decide on which truck to buy. As a general contractor, I needed something good. We found the right one at the right price at the right time. If I could give it zero stars I would. I would most definitely not take my truck there again they called me the other day to tell me I need my front end rebuilt and my rear brakes will not make it to my next oil change and I need an air filter for 4k it went in for an oil change that still was not done when the called to tell me about everything it needed. So I declined it brought it to my mechanic and had them go through my entire truck brakes have more than half life left the front end is tight and the air filter is still in the green. Can’t trust them at all.

He got me into a new truck at the best deal around. I was shopping for a new truck for our company and was going to buy from another dealer when Quirk Ford showed up in my search. I highly recommend not to buy from Quirk especially dealing with Chris the manager. I started off through text working deal twice he changed the deal on me. So I decided drive 2 hrs to see if we can work deal not sure y after being lied to twice but that truck was limited. I went in there I agreed to a price and 10 minutes later he changed deal again by 1000.00 after I left he call me back said he would do deal but I was heated for Waisting my time. Week later after looking around not finding wat I wanted I messaged him saying after crappie service I would still do deal they said not interested. I would not recommend buying from them
Ordered a rear camera for my Ford F250 online and this dealer fulfilled the order. The part received was not correct as I connected it and it did not work properly. I notified the dealer and was told it could not be returned since I 'installed' it. I explained I followed the part selection process and even provided my VIN for them to guarantee the fitment as advertised. They said sorry but you connected the part and you are now out of luck. I said no way I would have known without connecting it since I relied on them to select the part. My chat transcript even shows they admitted the wrong part was sent after checking the VIN again. They said no "you" purchased the wrong part. No integrity in their online parts department and I hope not representative of the dealership as a whole. Bad business. Bad policy enforcement. Unwilling to make exceptions knowing their fault.
I’ve been a customer for 8 years and the service has gone down hill, purchased two new vehicles at Quirk. They didn’t notice front transfer case leak when I came in for the “works package”. When pointed out they advised it was not a big deal and didn’t need to be fixed. The front axle was literally soaked in gear oil. That and overhearing them recommend alignments to people who don’t need them was shameful… one time they recommended a coolant flush and battery replacement to one customer and let them opt for the coolant flush. Umm, the coolant flysh can wait, if the battery is on its last legs you could be stranded…. All in all they’ve lost my trust. There is better, more honest, and less expensive service out there. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the dealer is better.
This is a positive review for Mario the mechanic who worked on my car at Quirk Ford Quincy. Mario was very professional. He told me everything I needed to know about diagnosing and fixing my car. He told me how long it would take and that he would stay in touch with me at each step. He made me feel that he would do his job thoroughly and fix my car in a timely fashion. He then was able to diagnosis and fix my car in one day instead of the 3 he thought it may take. I was so grateful.
Patrick Quirk helped get me out tremendously. Very great experience at quirk. Will definitely be going back based on the experience I had. The whole team was great as well. Easy Peasy! I called and asked if they had a Ford Transit Connect and they confirmed so I drove over. I looked at it, he told me the price and I agreed. I left them a check for the down payment. I was back on the road in about 25 minutes. They sent me docu-sign docs later that day and I signed. Pat Quirk called and told me it was sent for a sticker and cleaning and that I could pick it up in the AM. I took an uber in and they set up the Ford app on my phone and set everything else up and I drove away. Probably about 1 hour out of my time. I am in Saugus and the North Shore dealers are about $5k more so I always take the ride to Quirk. I bought my first family car a new Ford Windstar in 1997 for $16,999 and have bought a dozen or more company trucks from them over the years just to give an idea as to how long I have been buying from them. I always shop local first but always end up at Quirk Ford and/or Chevy to make the purchase. They always manage to get my business because they always offer the lowest prices.
With new and used car prices through the roof and in limited supply right now, I was very happy to find this brand new work truck at quirk ford. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!
Visited showroom for the latest Mach-E 2022. We are very fond of Mustang family. We did find several of them in display as the dealer has a very nice collection of Mustangs. Spacious showroom with well arranged models. Overall, we are happy with the services, early delivery, plus professional, friendly and helpful staffs.
