I wanted to share a great experience with the staff at Quirk ford in Quincy. Dave my salesman, Matt and Taylor are a couple of the folks who assisted with my sale. In just over 24hrs I had my trade in approved and all the paperwork squared away for my truck and I drove off the lot with an inspection sticker and a full tank of fuel.
Worst dealership experience I have ever had, if I could give this place a zero I would. Tried buying a truck out of state, dealer refused and wanted me to make TWO separate 3 hours trips because it would just be "easier" and "we can't". Is that customer service? Mass state law allows them to do so, laziness and incompetence overrules at Quirk. Multiple stories they can do it but they'll charge me a runner fee, then they couldn't do it. How about giving a damn and trying to be a good salesmen. Even after that, I still wanted the truck and I said okay ill do it. 24 hours BEFORE THE SALE , Peter Donadio says "OH, you're not using ford financing? We're going to have to take that $2500 discount back from you and add it back to the price of the truck" Ford financing was 7.9%!! Not once was that ever mentioned or discussed. 5 minutes later after I lost it on them, they gave the $2500 discount again. Peter blamed it on him only being employed at Ford for "two months" and there was "miscommunication." They give and take discounts and rebates from you like a child and have no respect or integrity for the customer their "serving." 800 credit score the best APR they gave me is 7%? Absolute joke between Peter Donadio and Rich Breen no communication between either of them and they're blind they lost a sale over greed and classic toxic salesmen tactics.
I went elsewhere, not only did they give me over 8k discount on a super duty almost identical, I got a 4.84% APR. Do you're do diligence before selling your soul to Quirk over a vehicle, it isn't worth it. They have 147 super duties on their lot, and it makes sense now why. They could have sold one truck but it looks like they'll be cleaning snow off of it all winter. I would never ever recommend anyone walk into this dealership unless you want to play a game of chess.
If you want a dealer that treats you like you don't matter after you sign the paperwork these are your guys! I have a new truck actively dumping smoking in to the cab with 401 miles on it, I bought four vehicles from you in a 70 day period and you won't trade me out of one that dumps smoke into the cab and makes you sick! As a dealer I would think you would make it right and deal with the manufacturer on your own especially after a customer spends $350,000 in a little over two months with you. Nothing but run around from Quirk Ford and I'm very disgusted with the sales department and Mike Quirk. It's very upsetting that you guys don't go to bat for your customers! I bought a truck brand new from you 2026 King Ranch Dually 6.7HO and upon receiving the truck I expressed my concern with the smoke smell in the cab. I was told it was just the motor burning off but after a few hundred miles the truck was making us nauseous and giving us headaches and a smoky filmy feeling in our lungs. The earliest appointment you had was December 30 so we dropped the truck off with 401 miles on it. After multiple motor repairs and extensive repairs it has been determined it needs a new block and you guys have had this vehicle over 32 days now in service and are not willing to take it back or trade me out. This is very upsetting and I am very unhappy with Ford and Quirk Quirk Auto Dealers Ford Motor Company
I had a great experience at Quirk Ford. The sale representative Ali and the Financial advisor Mustafa were great and very thorough in explaining all the car details. They were very patient with me in requesting to drive different cars until I chose the one. I really recommend this branch if your switch car brands and going to buy a Ford.
Anthony made the process as simple as buying a vehicle as can be. Easy to communicate with and transparent throughout. Live over 60 miles from the dealership and was well worth the drive!

I bought a brand new Ford raptor from Quirk Ford back in August, and it had a few problems from the factory. I worked with Tim Pruner and Chris down in service for almost 3 months to get these issues fully resolved. I cannot speak highly enough about the service that Tim provided throughout the process. He gave me daily updates, as well as picked up and dropped off the truck from my house.

Quirk Ford is a great dealership. I recently had a great service experience with Tim P. & Justin E. in the Service dept. They were very professional and helpful. I also requested a copy of all work performed on my vehicle. Justin emailed it to me before we ended the call. I would recommend this dealership because of great customer service by Tim & Justin.

We purchased the last three of our service vans from Quirk Ford in Quincy over the past six months. All three were Ford Transit Cargo vans. So far all three are running great, and our technicians love them! The high-roof option enables our employees to stand up straight when working or grabbing tools from the back, and the low-roof option with the ladder rack helps keep ladders accessible and lets us drive down Storrow Drive to serve customers! Plus, when we wanted to sell our old service vans that we no longer needed, Quirk Ford's Service Manager, Bobby, recommended a used car dealership where he thought we would get the best price (better than his own dealership). And he was right! Very grateful to the team at Quirk Ford, and Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Weymouth and Cambridge will be using them for its fleet needs in the future. I walked into Quirk Ford with a specific vehicle in mind. Mosafa and Kevin didn’t waste one minute of my time. We looked through that vehicle, we took a good test drive, then got right down to business. They were respectful of me and my time. They gave me a fair value for my trade. And worked hard to help my wife and me buy this vehicle.
My wife and I both had to work the following day, so all the paperwork was done virtually. They did a fantastic job of communicating timelines and worked hard to get us to a point where we could pick up our new truck on our schedule.
About 20 years ago I had an awful experience at Quirk Ford. I vowed to never do business there again. I reluctantly went there, and only because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Kevin and Mosafa definitely won my business back. We are a Ford Family. And Quirk Ford will be at the top of our list when we’re looking for our next new vehicle.

I left 1 star because you could not leave less. Do business with this company at your own financial risk. A company that will not fix their own mistake is a company with a short future.
UPDATE: I see you are quick to answer a poor review. It is a very inexpensive way to try to make you appear to be all about customer service. The problem here is I did call and try to resolve this, that is the ONLY reason I wrote a poor review. After entirely too much effort to get a human being on the phone he might as well have told me to go and screw myself. I see why you do not want your people on the phone with customers.
I hope that everyone will read your negative reviews and decide to trade elsewhere. At least that will help them avoid what happened to me.
I was looking to buy a truck and I closed the deal at Quirk Ford dealership in Quincy . I was looking for a special truck. I found the right one at the right price with the right salesperson named Matt. He was humble and gave no hassle. We had a few conversations, and I decided to buy the truck. Matt helped me find a loan at the bank with Ford Credit Union with an amazing deal to be approved for the F215 Black Temor 2025. I'm grateful to come across Matt in this sales situation. I'm thankful to him for helping me decide on which truck to buy. As a general contractor, I needed something good. We found the right one at the right price at the right time. I had a great experience buying from Quirk Ford. They have the biggest selection of trucks and their showroom is immaculate. Anthony was my salesman. He got me into a new truck at the best deal around. I was shopping for a new truck for our company and was going to buy from another dealer when Quirk Ford showed up in my search. I sent an email with my requirements and he met them all with the best price. No pressure at all. He also gave the best price for my trade. I highly recommend not to buy from Quirk especially dealing with Chris the manager. I started off through text working deal twice he changed the deal on me. So I decided drive 2 hrs to see if we can work deal not sure y after being lied to twice but that truck was limited. I went in there I agreed to a price and 10 minutes later he changed deal again by 1000.00 after I left he call me back said he would do deal but I was heated for Waisting my time. Week later after looking around not finding wat I wanted I messaged him saying after crappie service I would still do deal they said not interested. I would not recommend buying from them

My husband and I went to Quirk looking at possible options. We were greeted by Chris, told him which truck we were interested in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The transaction was so easy and quick! We were in the truck the next day! Kyle showed us all the options, how they worked and set up my phone for me. Easy Peasy! I called and asked if they had a Ford Transit Connect and they confirmed so I drove over. I looked at it, he told me the price and I agreed. I left them a check for the down payment. I was back on the road in about 25 minutes. They sent me docu-sign docs later that day and I signed. Pat Quirk called and told me it was sent for a sticker and cleaning and that I could pick it up in the AM. I took an uber in and they set up the Ford app on my phone and set everything else up and I drove away. Probably about 1 hour out of my time. I am in Saugus and the North Shore dealers are about $5k more so I always take the ride to Quirk. I bought my first family car a new Ford Windstar in 1997 for $16,999 and have bought a dozen or more company trucks from them over the years just to give an idea as to how long I have been buying from them. I always shop local first but always end up at Quirk Ford and/or Chevy to make the purchase. They always manage to get my business because they always offer the lowest prices.
With new and used car prices through the roof and in limited supply right now, I was very happy to find this brand new work truck at quirk ford. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!
Visited showroom for the latest Mach-E 2022. We are very fond of Mustang family. We did find several of them in display as the dealer has a very nice collection of Mustangs. Spacious showroom with well arranged models. Overall, we are happy with the services, early delivery, plus professional, friendly and helpful staffs.
