The guys at American Towing helped me out of a serious jam this morning. Instead of just throwing it on the bed, the gentleman took a couple minutes to look under my hood and was able to help me reconnect my battery and get my car up and running without needing a tow. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when my car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped with the cables I had. When I called, he said he would be there in around 30 minutes, but was there within 15-20. He was able to start my car, knew the issue, and even directed me to a repair shop that was able to change my battery within the same day to turn what could have been a big hassle into a small inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would recommend American Towing to anyone and everyone in the Boston/South Shore area.
My car was towed to Todisco Towing after a hit and run accident, they didn't have the service to take my car to Quincy, so I called American Towing. Michael arrived my home to pick me up in 15 minutes, then we went to Todisco to move my car to my car repair shop in Quincy. He was so helpful and efficient, it was traffic at 1pm but everything was done in 2 hours with his help. Thank you for your fast, efficient and professional service, 6 star!
Friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I had to have my car towed while at work, so I agreed to leave my car unlocked with the keys and my credit card in the glove box. Mike towed my car to the auto repair shop, and when done sent a picture of my credit card and keys in the glove box as he found them, to make sure I knew they were safe. I highly recommend his towing service. Dependable and professional.
Best experience ever calling a towing company! Car got a flat while on the way to work, pulled over, realized my AAA had expired and called American Towing when they came up as local tow company. Who knew that I was calling the nicest towing company ever! Chatted with the owner who agreed to try the easy solution first so that I could get to work. He came by within 15 minutes and was able to swap out my flat for the spare, and I was on my way. What started out as a stressful morning, turned into a reminder that you never know when a stranger will make your day through their generosity of spirit. Would recommend highly.
My transmission was misbehaving and I needed a tow to the local dealership to get it fixed.
I called Mike after a couple other towing companies screwed up badly and then bailed on the job. Mike came over right away. When we realized that my car couldn't be towed (it wouldn't shift out of park), he just popped the hood, reached inside, and started fixing the transmission right there. He got it into reverse, so that I could back out of my driveway, then went back inside and we got it into drive, and I was able to take the car straight to the dealership myself - after Mike was through with it, I didn't even need the tow XD

The front bumper of my car was being scrapped all the way up onto the towing truck. My car is not on lowering springs. He also wanted me to get inside my own car to align the wheels(I didn't mind helping). But then charge me an extra $20 for a 7 minute drive. I was told $100 over the phone.
Mike was able to help me out in very reasonable timeframe - he gave me multiple options for addressing my cars issue and ended up not needing a tow after all. 10/10 would use him again!
Mike is the guy!! This towing company’s by far the best they towed my bmw which is really low to the ground and they still managed to get up the bed with no scratches nothing. Highly recommend this towing company 100% 5stars
I had an issue with my car shifting and they did not hesitate to send someone out immediately to help! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was extremely transparent about the situation with my car, which is very appreciated nowadays! The overall service was friendly as well as professional! This was a great experience. I was broken down on the side of the highway and had no idea what to do. Thankfully I called American Towing. Guy was super nice, sadly never caught his name, but reassured me that things would be fine and got me to a local repair place. My sisters' car wouldn't start so I looked up a towing business in Quincy, Ma. I chose AMERICAN TOWING on Adams St in Quincy. I spoke with MIKE who was so pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I had inadvertently given him the incorrect St name. No problem for MIKE. The end result was that he helped my sister and was such a pleasure dealing with him. Mike is a really awesome guy. His rates are very reasonable. He came within a half an hour to tow the car. He came picked up the keys we sent him a photo of where the car was and he came right back. 5 stars
