I personally hate leaving reviews but I called this auto zone at 2:30pm before leaving work and I specifically asked them will someone be able to change my headlights if I get there at 4:00pm and they said yes. I drove 30minutes out my way and I got there at 3:55pm and I went to the front and went to purchase the headlight and I said I need someone to change it for me and they said they can’t because there’s only two staff on shift. I said I called and asked and was told to come. No response but silence. After a few seconds I just said thank you and left. Such a waste of time.

LONG time customer..will have to think about that next time. Young man was extremely rude at the cash register on Saturday morning..Unhelpful even with an order number, finally got help from another employee that immediately knew what to do..

Went in for a battery testing and needed a new battery. Hung, the staff who helped me with the whole process from testing to battery installation was wonderful. Great customer service.

Raymond was such a great help! My car battery had died and he charged it till it was a full battery he also put coolant in my car when he didn’t have to and told me what i needed to do with my car moving forward. such a great guy!

Any time I go to AUTOZONE the employee's are so helpful. Today an employee named Ethan was so polite and helpful. He replaced a headlight for my Mother's JEEP, and couldn't have been nicer. Especially since installing parts is not part of there job description. IMO everyone should tip them for installing parts for there car.

I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Went to get windshield wipers. Nelson helped me not only picking them up but also installing them. Also there was a long line and he was so friendly and patient with everyone. I’ve never had bad service at this location. Nelson your an asset to Auto Zone. Thank you! Cindy C

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Raymond! My rear blinker light had gone out, and I wasn’t quite sure how to replace it. Ray was super friendly, helpful, and kind from the moment I walked in. He not only helped me find the right replacement bulb, but also went out of his way to assist me in installing it. I met a young manager today at AutoZone, his name is Ray. It was my first time seeing him — I think he’s new. He explained everything about the battery replacement so clearly and professionally. I really liked the way he spoke, his American conversational style is so smooth and classy. Honestly, he reminded me of an actor — for a second I thought it was him! Didn’t expect someone like that to be working at AutoZone

Would give higher if I could. Came in for wipers and help with my engine light popping up. Ray A. was amazing and helped out with both. Resolved my engine issue mostly for the day. Although an issue new to him came up about my engine light, he highly encouraged me to come back so he could help me fully resolve it. Above and beyond service from an amazing staff.

I had a wonderful experience with the "Rays." When I thought I purchased there wrongness headlight for my Jeep, Ray, the manager, came out to my car and explained the different bulbs and assisted me replacing it. He was helpful, resourceful, and friendly. Extremely grateful to him and the team in Quincy!

Realized one of my brake lights was out and didn't have the money to fix it. Decided I would try and do it myself. Went to Auto Zone and Ray knew exactly what bulb I needed right off the top of his head. I told him I was going to try and fix it myself and he said he could do it for me right there and then! Five mins later I had a brand new brake light installed. As a single mom low on funds and always in a rush, Ray's kindness and exemplary customer service meant the world to me. Thanks, Ray and Auto Zone!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my husband Cliff. He had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Ray, the store manager. His car battery needed to be replaced, and he also had a corroded terminal and wasn’t sure how to handle it. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable, walked my husband through the process, and took the time to replace both the battery and terminal efficiently. His expertise and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and professionalism. Got my car washed and the blade on my wiper wripped off - came to auto zone and Ethan was so helpful - Looked up what I needed, went and got it talked over a few options and prices THEN PUT IT ON MY CAR FOR ME!! Of course these new cars have a “wiper service mode” he looked that up for me and advised me how to do it. I am leaving with a brand new wiper and a smile!! Thank you Ethan!! I appreciate your VIP SERVICE!

Went to this store because my car’s coolant was running low and smoking. Was super stressed out but Raymond was beyond a great help and assisted me with picking out the right coolant, hose, and even installed it in my car! Beyond grateful for my guy Raymond, such a helpful and kind man!!!

I’m not sure if I’m leaving the review for the right location, I’m new to the area and I went to the auto zone by TJ Maxx but I received great customer service. I was greeted immediately by the two employees (I’m not remembering names even when one had the man’s first and last name, it started with a D). But I brought windshield wipers and they installed it for me with no issues, really appreciate the phenomenal customer service after the interaction I had today with my car earlier in the day. I wanted to take my time and leave a little praise for the two employees doing their job on a slow Tuesday evening. I will be eagerly returning!

They were extremely helpful. My oil light came on my truck and I couldn’t put oil in it. I hurt my back and Joseph the employee helped me. He put the oil in my truck. When I took the next day to my mechanic he said that my o ring was leaking. If I didn’t stop and put oil in it, my engine would been ruined. I owe some much to the service that auto zone gave me far beyond my expectations. They were so nice and helpful.

The gentleman was super helpful and helped me pick out the right Wipers for my Jeep. He was informative and nice. I just wanted to say that he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Overall just spreading the positivity and wanted to let everyone know how amazing customer service that he provided. (and no one paid me to write this) I'm just being nice. it doesn't hurt to say nice things.

Brought my car here to get the battery checked. Raymond was extremely helpful. When we opened the battery compartment and found water in there, he went and got us some paper towels to help soak it up. When the battery was bad he was able to quickly find us the right replacement and install it. The whole time he was friendly and it was clear he was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back to this AutoZone in the future.
