Terrible company quincy housing must be in cahoots, making a profit, allowing them to patrol the neighborhood without their vehicle headlights, not giving you a chance to save your vehicle completely unprofessional. The 2 young men had terrible attitudes. They pull up in the middle of the night requesting cash no other form of payment.
Would be pleased to never see them again.

Absolute scammers, they pull up in the middle of the night, no lights creeping into your backyard. They hook up your vehicle and then tell you. You only have one option of payment, which is cash. 2 losers.

Low-income, and they patrol the area with their lights off, sneaking into parking lots and yards to tow vehicles. They illegally patrol the streets without their lights. In order to get you to pay a higher fee at the tow. Lot absolutely disgusting and the fact that the city of Quincy is allowing it. I'm appalled.
They target low income neighborhoods that cater to the elderly the disabled.And single parents, people that are already struggling, i'm literally disgusted by them
Ayers has a racket set up with the Neponset Landing apartments. They tow at will from the visitor parking spots at that building. Meanwhile the front desk attendants are absent, so no parking pass can be issued. They tow 24/7 but do not staff their lot 24/7 so you will have to wait for their driver. Awful business model, the owner should be ashamed this is how they make a living.
Ayers Collision is the BEST! They buffed and painted like magic a dent and scratches on my hood from a flying rock among other scratches on my RAV. They went above and beyond arranging a rental for pick up and drop off at their shop and expertly cleaned my RAV. It’s so shiny and looks AWESOME! Chuck and John were AMAZING and made it all so easy! THANK YOU Ayers Collision!
It's unusual to have a smile on your face while dealing with an unexpected tow. Peter was patient with me as I navigated an anxiety inducing situation caused by the city. But it had a happy ending! They answered every phone call, even off hours.Also, they support the helping hands initiative in Quincy, and I will be donating medical equipment to their cause next week. definitely five stars!
If there is negative rating I would give it.Towed my car twice from my apartments. First time he tried towing from my assigned spot even though I showed him proof of the allotted paid parking spot and I paid 60$. Second time today weather is bad and my baby is not feeling well within 5 mins of me taking my baby and grocery into my apartment they towed my car again. I called and asked about my car but the person said office is closed and opens tomorrow.

Parking ! They suck
Excellent customer service and awesome repair work! My car was ready earlier than expected and the repair work was flawless. They even did a mini detail on the inside. My car looked brand new inside and out. Would highly recommend them to anybody in need of auto body work.
They're supposedly 24/7 but not actually staffed and don't answer their phone. If you're gonna extort me for my vehicle at least let me pick it up.

I'm sure you would have probably extorted more fees from me if I didn't stand in the cold waiting for your absolutely miserable and rude employee to come back and had to come back during your office hours. Your business as a towing company is pathetic and has no integrity. But thank you for confirming that you take people's cars 24/7 but aren't staffed to give them back.
All of the other reviews reporting that their car was towed for absolutely no reason or “illegal” parking is 100% correct. The towing side of this company literally have people just driving around looking for cars to tow to make more money. They towed my car from an apartment complex on a Sunday claiming “management” called them, but when I spoke to the apartment complex management they had no idea a car had even been towed and told me where I was parked was completely legal. The apartment complex management then spent the next 45 minutes with me trying to figure out where my car was, which they should not have to do. How do you tow a car and not even let the property know? Extremely unprofessional and unethical.
Bryan Ayers and his Team at Ayers Collision Center went above and beyond servicing my vehicle. John coordinated drop off/pick up perfectly. My car looked brand new, the repair was impeccable. I am beyond thrilled! Chuck Ayers is running a solid business.
Used Ayers after having a no fault accident they handled all of the details Brian was so helpful and the whole team worked on getting me the best repair in less then a week. Helped me with a rental car and had it waiting for me when I arrived both to drop off and pick up. My car came out amazing no hassles just great work and great customer service. I would absolutely use them again.

Just your typical inhumane scumbag towing company. Guy must of towed my car a mile from my house to his lot. Try to explain to him my situation why I took the plates off so it could be picked up by junk car removal my car gets towed an hour before the junk guys got here. They are just trash people!! don't give them your money.

The whole team at Ayers was very helpful in the process and did such an amazing job on my car. This was my first ever collision so I didn’t know what to expect when I picked up my car. But when I did, it looked brand new inside and out. I was very impressed and if I ever need a collision center again, I’m definitely taking it back here
Been in 2 accidents this year and both times brought my car to them for the repairs. Professional, friendly, both times I got my car back faster than originally estimated. Very nice and helpful. Hopefully won't need their help again anytime soon Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get body work done on their car..

John is so kind, helpful, and down to earth...and he really goes above and beyond to help his clients. This company has a family feel to it, when you walk through the door you are always greeted and the employees give you the feeling like you're their most important customer. I'm very glad I chose them for my car repairs. Bryan took the pics of my car and he was friendly and professional. Everyone I've been in contact with here has been nice. & They put me at ease so much as no situation is fun when your car gets hit. 5 stars!

I called the number at 9:15pm and requested a tow of a car in my parking space. The guy said he’d be there in 20min, he never showed up. I called again at 9:52pm, he said he was taking a car down and he’d be there in another 20min, he never showed up. I called the number for a third time at 10:22pm, he sent my call to voicemail. I called again at 10:28pm the guy answered claiming he was 10min away, still he never showed up.
I recently came down to visit my niece and was unfamiliar with the area. I ended up getting stuck in the mud. She called Ayer Towing since it was close by. The tow tech that came out was great! His name is Jim(Jimmy). He arrived quickly for one. I could also tell that he truly takes pride in his work. He made sure to carefully lift the car out so that nothing was damaged. Jim is a great asset to this company! He definitely knows what he is doing. He was kind and professional. I felt so fortunate to have such a great person assist me with my dilemma. Thank you for such great service!

They learn how to give ppl hard time and yelling insulting ppl. Had to call the police who came and were talking like friends. He insulted me several times in front of the policeman!
Towed my car in front of my home at 2 AM while Im moving 6 large luggage after a 24 hrs shift in the ED. I was moving out to Florida and trying to catch our flight with my family. He claimed that there is a sign under the tree says fire lane, Im surprised they expected me to see that at 3 AM while moving luggage.
I was shocked to be insulted after helping sick patients for 24 hrs shift. I learned that colored ppl like me are not necessarily safe when they call the police.
Brad and Chuck are awesome, they were friendly, and gave me a good price on removing items from my old SUV’s (she died) they towed in front of my friends apartment on a snow emergency route during January. Late review, but their character and professionalism deserves high praise.
This past mother's day around 9 pm They put my car up on the tow truck when it was parked in front of my home. (Parked there for approximately 4 minutes after bringing it down from the garage) Ayers has ~no authorization~ to tow cars in front of my building and that has been confirmed with my property manager. The young kid working for them just wanted to make some extra money so he tried to do an illegal tow. He then said they didn't take cards only cash so my boyfriend had to helplessly borrow money from a neighbor (he didn't have any cash at the moment) just to get our car off the truck or else he would've taken it... He also didn't give us a receipt (how convenient). Our property staff has contacted them but this has been a problem and nothing got resolved for us. We are now out $100 and afraid to park in front of our home to bring groceries up. Thanks Ayers!
