Has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Said my buddies catalytic converters were clogged and was causing transmission issues but that was not the case at all.
I had my car towed to Dave’s Transmission, it would not move into gear not knowing what to expect. I got it back the same day fixed and driving like new again . Transmission work can usually cost anywhere up to around a couple of thousand dollars especially the way auto repair cost now . My bill was under $400. Complete . The 4 wheel drive in my 4Runner stopped working. My local mechanic asked, "what's a 4runner without 4 wheel drive?" I had to get it repaired. Dave's Transmission shop located a salvage transfer case and installed it just before the Christmas Holiday. The work was done on time and my 4runner has four wheel drive again. Dave and his team did a great job and my truck is running well and it is great to drive down the road with confidence. I highly recommend Dave's Transmissions.

Dave took care of my car when nobody else would even look at it! I have a Suzuki and it needed a transmission pan that had rotted out. Since Suzuki stopped selling cars in the US several years ago parts are difficult to find. After assessing the vehicle, Dave took the initiative to look high and low to find me the part. He ended up contacting someone in Japan, ordered the part, and had it shipped to the States. He then installed it the next business day after it arrived. All for a very reasonable price. I totally recommend Dave for transmission service! I wish there were more mechanics like him out there.
I absolutely love this place and I definitely trust Dave and his co-workers for any job on my vehicle. The guy has installed a transmission on a car I refuse to give up on and installed everything else needed when it has come time to fix as the car is from the 1980s. My first time having a leak in my transmission, took it to them and they were able to diagnose the issue immediately. The same day I had noticed the leak had just then sprung again. I took it back to them a couple of days later and they were able to diagnose what went wrong and fixed it free of charge!
