worst auction out their, give you the run around try to get ahold of anybody they just tell you wait on hold and you’ll never hear back. and even if you purchase a green light car they treat it red light and won’t take care of any claims made. corrupt auction stay away no matter how good a car may look theirs a story behind it and they won’t help you. Horrible job
The customer service I experienced at this business was absolutely unacceptable. The woman who called me about the wire was extremely nasty and aggressive. I had to ask her multiple times to slow down and speak to me with respect—after all, I am a paying customer. Her tone and attitude were beyond rude, and frankly, it was disgusting. If this is how they treat customers, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. The owner seriously needs to step in and either train or retrain the staff immediately. No one should have to deal with this level of disrespect, especially when times are already tough for businesses.
I called bc my sister went. My dad has medical issues. The man on the phone did not understand that my sister was there just to be w him and make sure he was ok. This man said “ i can not verify that he has medical issues”…which i can understand.. he said “you keep saying but”.. point is he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with.
Well I be coming back and forth since 9 O’clock and they still close by then so I hear they eventually open at 11:30 am I updated the time as I was suggested

No keys in the cars never. This Empire Hyundai sucks all the cars have transmission issues I was buying 6 cars a week!

Worst auction in Mass, customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and careless. Do not sell or buy cars from this auction unless you want a headache and to be treated poorly the entire process.
I went there to deliver an order from Uber Eats. The staff member that met me outside was very nice I think his name was Pedro??? He was super cool !! Very polite. He met me outside for his lunch. Nice guy. That was my first time going to that place so I was very happy that he was such a nice guy.
Safety and customer service is the last priority for the workers here . There arbitration department is a joke . It’s 1 guy . No mechanics . They are more focused on making sure they made the sale rather then fixing the issue . I purchase 5 cars a week here every week . They have lost a valuable customer .
This is the worst dealer auction in New England region period . i have been their customer for over 15 years and i have had it . They buyers and sellers fees are the highest than any other auction. bought an $900 car and the fee was $260 and at Adesa Boston it’s only $125 for cars under $1000 and Adesa customer service is amazing . Zero customer service at Quincy auto Auction.The manager and most of the workers there are so rude and threat you like garbage . I won a 2008 Ford F-150 with announcements, No title ever and they sold the car in the system to me. I get a call an hour later that they are voiding the sale because it’s not legal for them to sell cars without title , I said you guys been selling hundreds of cars over the years with bill of sale only . I have a car that I bought from you without a title , take it back then . The manager Said no And thats the end of that conversation. So many different auctions in this area that bag you to come do business with them and will give you discounts on fees , help out if you got stuck with a bad vehicle But at Quincy Auto Auction you will get a big fat To Bad . Better luck next time . Do your self a favor and stay away and give your business who actually appreciate it . Most of they cars are trash with wrong description.
A good place with a lot of cars. They need to become more organized/better at dealing with customer though. No one has a clue where the vehicle you need is; and you'll walk around aimlessly for a bit. But once we found the vehicles, they were very nice.
The girls in the office are real good but as far as the rest of the place had to find a car that you buy on the lot service to help you to find cars is not that great it's okay sometimes I can take you an hour to find a car sometimes you can find it in 5
I’ve purchased way too many cars with issues that I feel should have been arbitrated and I’ve been told that I’m stuck with them way too many times that this one really bothered me by the way Tim handled it. I purchased a BMW X.3 online site unseen so based on this I fully rely on the vehicles condition report. I thoroughly checked the condition report Prior to bidding and bid accordingly based on the condition report. When I pick the vehicle up the windshield was cracked I mentioned it to Tim in Arbitration and his response was.... So wha that could have happened during the snowstorm. I then said to him how is that my problem I purchased and bid on this vehicle based on what the condition report says which does not mention anything about a cracked windshield he told me tough luck it is what it is maybe somebody broke it on purpose because they don’t like me and that it’s my problem not his. More than the value of the cost to replace the windshield I’m more upset in the principle of how Tim handled this and his attitude towards this. All in all they have absolute horrible customer service
I can't say enough about the great service I am provided by Tim in dispatch who is always most accommodating and the admin support who is always willing to go above and beyond. I hope Mr. Quirk will recognize his team members for all they do to keep us 110% satisfied.

This place its ridicules bidding online just unbelievable, all the time people bidding online are paying extra ... be my guest go over and try it ... I already got my feelings, it's hard to get a good deal in this place .it used to be great place to get good vehicles .
This auction is not dealer friendly, they no longer allow vehicles to run threw lanes all digitized now best part is my rep. went there bought 5 cars paid all in full and i got a phone call saying i owe them $1000 because the made a mistake. Manager threatened to call police and report car stolen lol Dealer relations did nothing, manager did nothing they lost a dealer for life that purchases over 500k a yr in inventory there loss Bye Quincy
This place sucks they will knowingly sell vehicles with bad frames and when you call them out on it they just make up a new rule on the spot to cover their ass. Tim in arbitration is an absolute scumbag, steer clear of this place and go south
The worst auction for standing behind there vehicles. I bought 70 vehicles in a month and had 6 cars with problems and neither Dan Quirk or Mike Colley wanted to do anything.

Love this place. Walked out of there and found a 2001 Honda 93k miles, custom sunroof, no dents, and interior was excellent. only paid $3500...I was looking for a public car auction and found Repokar...It impressed me a lot....it is a very good choice to make deals...

Timmy and his crew are always thier for locating cars jump starting ect.. you could not ask for a better team then those guys

make it right
You also can use your MIADA coupons thier and save about 3000 dollars a year not many auctions do that

I have been attending the Quincy Auto Auction for 18 years. The auction runs like a well oiled machine. Our dealership has seen the auction grow from their small one lane operation behind Mr. Quirks Ford store to its present location on Riciutti Drive. They offer the best cars, service and selection of any auction, period. Mike Cooley (General Manager) is ALWAYS attentive to his customers and continuously impresses me with his attention to detail and commitment to his customers. The entire staff at Quincy Auto Auction repeatedly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure each and every transaction is completed properly and efficiently. 5 stars to Mr. Quirk, Mike Cooley and the entire staff at QAA-you have earned a customer for life!
My Experience at Quincy Auto Auction has been a great one. All the staffs are wonderful and very helpful. If you have any concerns they are ready to take care of it. The Auction it self is very nice looking especially the office, one of the best I've seen. The management is excellent. One of the best car auction experience in The New England area.Give them a try and have an opinion for yourself.
I read the negative reviews and had to post a review. I go to Quincy, Adesa Framingham, and Manheim New England. Quincy Auction is by far the best of the three. Great variety of inventory, best fees by far of all that I go to, and the staff is the most helpful on auction days and none auction days. Everyone is entitled to their option, but be factual. Looks like a competitor auction may have posted negative reviews because Quincy is taking their business. I would highly recommend Quincy Auction to anyone in the car industry.
I bought a car with a post sale inspection and it turns out the entire car was a living nightmare with a history of flood. I discovered this right after the post sale inspection, and they would not take their car back. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEIR ARBITRATION. These guys are scum.
