Used them twice in the past four years for couch removal. Will be using for bedroom furniture in the near future. Got the couches out in NO TIME. We’ve used Willard Disposal several times over the years and I would give them more than a 5 star rating each time we have used. Mike is fantastic - he responds so fast, is great with communication and prices are more than fair. Most recently he came to get something within 3 hours of me calling on our moving day which was obviously super last minute on my part. If you are debating who to go with, choose Willard you won’t regret it!

I called Willard Disposal to get an estimate for disposal of furniture from a vacated condo. Mike responded within an hour, set up an appointment a few days later and gave us a reasonable estimate. Absolutely wonderful and incredibly professional and efficient. I needed rock and debris removed from a tight spot in my yard and it was challenging to find someone who could do that. It was an easy call to Willard’s, a stop by for an estimate and then the appointment. Very timely and efficient on both ends. He even adjusted the cost down since the job was smaller than expected - can’t get more honest than that! Would absolutely use again and recommend!

I got referred to a disposal service so I called and left them a message . After not hearing back for a day I found Willards on google and called them on Saturday. I left a message with their messaging service and didnt expect a return till monday or so. In about 30 minutes I get a call from Mike and unfortunately he just left Quincy (meaning he works on the weekends) but will be returning in the afternoon and could stop by to provide a quote. Mike calls me to let me know hes at the entrance of the condo building and when I walk out of my condo to let him in I realized I just locked myself out with all my keys and everything stuck inside. Mike offered to help open the door back up and within 10 minutes we broke the handle and could get back inside. Mike took a quick walk around and gave an great quote. Any disposal service I need or my friends need, Mike will be my only call. Quick and cheap how do you beat that!
