This was our first time purchasing a rollback truck to expand operations. I called many places without much luck getting a response, Jon from Patriot showed an exceptional amount of knowledge and communication through out the process. Ive purchased 2 tow trucks from Patriot and gotten exceptional service. Jack even delivered a truck during a snow storm after completion one night and I couldnt be more thankful
Jack is awesome, Bill in parts is the Magical parts guy, and Angela that answer the phone is the sweetest lady ever and great to chat with on the phone. I call Patroit a few times a month for random things and their Awesome to deal with. We at Fleming's Towing are looking forward to be hopefully buying our 3rd truck from them this summer 2023.

ABSOLUTE SCAM.
parked after eating Burger King and wasn’t there for 15 mins and they towed us. Then charged 220$ CASH. Would not take care- made me walk (8 months pregnant 23 yr old) down some dark ally to get cash. Ridiculous
Consistently going above and beyond meetingmy expectations!!! Owner and his staff are knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. The Facility and the operation is first class!!! Been a long time customer of Jack's since the 80's and he's never let me down. Keep up the great work !!!
Was my first time in the show room. I needed Three L arms for my trucks. I called a day ahead. They were friendly on the the phone and them in stock. I went today to pick them up. The woman who rang up my order was a sweetheart. Loved her British Accent. The Man in the Parts dept carried them out to my car. I wish they were closer to me. We usually use
another place who I will not mention because there service is terrible, but where I am living in Bellingham, I will stop here on my way to work if we need supplies. Thank You guys for being total professionals and making my Experience there a pleasant one.
