I am incredibly dissapointed with the service i received today. I called to find a viscous coupling for my 2011 honda cr-v and the store assoicate "mark" was incredibly rude, condescending, and told me to call back later. I later looked online and found the part with zero issue, but i will be going somewhere else to get the part. due to the horrible service i received i will not be returning, and will be reccomending for people to go to a different store for car parts.
i want to thank Bill and Jaykob in the Medway store for helping me find a car shop that has the meter to adjust the charging voltage on my new battery i just bot there.
Sunday 2/5/23 desperate to get headlight bulb replaced in my fiat! Went to Auto Zone asked for help and the gentleman there looked at my car and said he didn’t want to take a chance in replacing a bulb in my headlight! He told me to go Jiffylube it was closed! So I decided to try O’Reilly Auto Parts in Medway, I was greeted with a smile by this very nice young man Jacob, he more than willing to help me’ He went above and beyond to assist me, IN YHE COLD weather, not only did he replace one headlight bulb but both! I could barely get one replaced at Auto Zone! That said, thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism you Jacob, are the reason I will be back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND O’Reilly Auto Parts -it was my 1st and BEST experience ever! Thank you Jacob, for your recommendation as well! My headlights are brighter than ever!

I prefer this auto parts store over any other in the area. I am always working on something non standard and I get no “feedback” when I explain what I need; always smiles and as much help as they can offer. I bring all my easy jobs here because they help on the hard ones.
Kathy was extremely helpful when I called about a new battery and Bill was very friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job installing the battery
Always a pleasure to go in, they are very nice over there and know there stuff. There awsome on the whole mask issue. They dont push it. Yea it's a it more expensive but hey I dont mind, better then auto zone and and others and Kathy over there is awesome.
Drove 20 minutes in each direction to buy something and then was told “you have to spend more money because I can’t give you change”. I was buying something for $23 with a $50 bill. Avoid this place.
Great auto shop who go the extra mile on service! They took the time yesterday to not only show me the parts I needed for a full front end control arm and spring job I'm doing but they also took the time to show me videos and understand all the tools I'll need to get it done too.

The people here are very knowledgeable and polite. Couldn't ask for better. They never seem in a bad mood and always willing to help and save you money.
All the O'Reilly stores are great but this one really stands out. Excellent service, always well stocked and plenty of parking. Staff is knowledge and more then happy to offer advice and Intel on whatever your repair situation might be.
I go here all the time for car parts. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. By far the best auto parts store in this area I highly recommend going here.
Excited for the auto-show events on Tuesdays this summer. To bad you're counterpart and co-sponsor walks around telling everyone that its great O'Reilly assumes all liability and let her reap the benefit. Seems like you guys are being taken advantage of. Will still attend, but that's a pretty bad image to be portraying
Terrible customer service. I walked into the place to pick up an online order and the employee behind the counter says, "What are you here for?" Really, that's how O'Reilly Auto Parts wants to great a customer? No, "Good afternoon" or "Welcome to O'Reilly's"??? I can think of a 1/2 dozen better ways to greet a customer then that. To top it off, the employee didn't even ask to see my ID, email or order confirmation. (I should have said I was there to pick up a $1,000 item.) Lastly, NONE of the employees had a face mask on, even though the store required it for the customers. Go figure.
Store seemed clean and nicely stocked. There’s a clear sign at the door about masks and social distancing, appropriate for this time. Nobody was in the store except staff (no masks). After one came over - very helpful! - I asked about the masks, and he put one on. As I left, two more customers came in without masks. No enforcement!
I like the place, but I won’t be back.

Made the switch after a careless employee gave me the wrong brake rotors because they were next to each other on a shelf. I did not realize until it was all apart.
Have been going to O'Reilly for months now. Knowledgable staff even checked my check engine light.
Easy returns and a good selection have made me an O'Reillys man from now on
