Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Sent them a instrument cluster to be rebuilt. They said it was fixed 3 times and we received a non working cluster 3 times. Completely unresponsive. Does not answer phone calls. Ignores emails. Promised me a refund multiple times. Followed up 10+ times and never received it. Do not understand how they stay in business.

I had my doubts reading reviews but I rolled the dice and Im glad I did. They fixed my check engine light being burnt out and fuel gauge giving faulty readings for a decent price. I would definitely go back and recommend. Was giving 24 hr service just like advertised.

Sent a cluster out twice, never repaired. They had it for several weeks each time. Wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Finally sent it back after I threatened to come pick it up, said it was the vehicle and it tested fine. Offered a refund. Never got the refund. I had to dispute the charges. Sent it to another shop who repaired it in 2 days. Horrible customer service.

I sent it out on a Monday it arrived on Thursday and by Friday morning it was done and got it back in a day, very quick, reasonable and reliable work. Great job

Have been trying to get a defective board returned for over 12 months. Left numerous messages, no response, after I threatened to physically come to the shop I finally got someone on the phone who told me they no longer have the part, and denied ever receiving a message, denying responsibility. Rude and unprofessional, don't waste your time!

I brought my gauge cluster up to their repair center. He told me if I was willing to wait it would be done and ready to go in about 30 mins . Product is now working perfectly I would highly recommend using them for any cluster rebuild needs ! It’s always nice to support a small local company.

These guys are amazing, I was there for only 20 minutes, they did fix my instrument cluster that haven’t work for months. They did an excellent job in a few minutes. I really do recommend them. They are genius.

Repos junk removal here: we used them this am 5/4/21 for the first time very pleased with service and quality of work and lightening turn around time .. 5 star service highly recommend had a issue with a gm cluster dropped it off they addressed the issue recalibrated all the gauges after got back to my place plugged it in problem was fixed !! Ty for your service looking forward to do more business when needed in the future .

Just had autoxpress tech repair my cluster on my 06 gmc 3500 all the lights beside 1 or 2 were out and I couldn’t see my speed at night time just got it back within 3 days of sending it out and all is good and works great! Quick turn around - will be using them again if I ever need another cluster repaired.

Honestly, amazing service and customer service. I was iffy once i read all the reviews and rstings on google and the BBB but decided to take the chance because of the positive reviews and because they were local and a small business. I dropped my instrument cluster off at 1pm, i picked it back up at 4pm. Not only did they fix my broken odometer but they were also more than happy to do a complete LED swap for me even though it wasn't something they normally would do. And it only took 3 hours even after a next day estimate and me saying take your time i just need it within the next few days. Amazing service, amazing work and all around lovely people to talk to and do business with. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my instrument cluster off in the morning and had it back a couple hours later working perfectly. It's been 2 years and I haven't had a problem. Excellent price too. What a perfect work from home setting.

I can't comment on mail in service as I drove down to the shop. Bonny and her husband were quite friendly and very helpful. The instrument cluster I brought in for my 2009 Sierra was dead beyond repair, multiple components were fried including the main cpu. Bonnie was very responsive to phone calls and texts and got me the part number promptly so that I could pick up a used cluster from a parts yard nearby. I brought that in and they were able to swap out the mileage chip so that my truck still shows the original mileage. Even the dealer told me this couldn't be done. And they did it in 15 minutes while I waited, so no need to come back or deal with shipping. Thank you for the great personal service!

Absolutely a scam!!! BEWARE before you buy from these people, they will take your money and ignore your calls, purchased a repair service for a Nissan ECM through eBay shipped overnight to them so I can get it back in 1 business day as they promised!! It has been 2 weeks now and I have no ECM and am out $286.00 including shipping costs to me. They still have my ECM and money, they ignore your messages and calls!! Scam artists living off our money and giving us stress!!

Absolutely awful!!! I own a buisness and deal with other companies all the time and this is far the worst i have ever dealt with!!! I sent in a cluster for repair, once i got it back plugged it into the truck and there was no change, you could clearly tell they did not open it, they didnt even clean it and some of the bulbs were still burnt out on the cluster. Called and talked to Bonnie several times who told me a new one was getting shipped out, which i thought was odd she knew what i was talking about and who i was without giving her info, but now when i call i get no returned call or answer.... I ended up buying a cluster from the dealer and the cluster now works as it should!!! Never again will i deal with this company or recommend it!!!!

AutoXpressTech saved a considerable amount of money when repairing Volvo S 60 (2003) cluster when others were asking unreasonable prices. Thank you guys for doing a great job in repairing this at an incredible pace. I strongly recommend to all those who are looking for cluster repairs to reach out to these guys. They sure do know what they do.

BEWARE! Worst company and horrible customer service with Lowest Better Business Bureau rating (F) We sent in our instrument panel cluster for repair and paid through ebay. Within one day we received a call from them stating that our cluster could not be repaired and needed to be replaced at an additional cost of $150 which we immediately paid. It's been over 6 weeks. We did not receive the cluster when promised and they will not answer their phones or return text messages or emails, even when we had ebay intervene to resolve this issue. Ebay was great in refunding our money paid through them and assured us that their rating would be reduced so future customers would not be duped like we were, but we had to take care of cancelling the additional payment we made directly to AutoXpress. Unfortunately, we should of checked the Better Business Bureau site before dealing with this company because AutoXpressTech has their lowest rating because of so many complaints identical to ours. Upon further research, we have discovered that everyone has the same complaint against AutoXpress Tech. They are famous for having you send them your instrument cluster, then calling you for additional money, never sending you a repaired or replacement cluster and no longer taking your calls. BUYER BEWARE! Do your research before dealing with this company. Oh, by the way, they keep the instrument cluster that you are required to send to them for repair. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I am baffled by all the positive reviews on this page. These must be friends or paid reviewers, or people that just lucked out dealing with this company. I have been dealing with specifically the women in charge for over 3 months now! She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, lied to me on numerous occasions and overall should be shut down if she actually owns the business. I sent out a cluster for repair 3 months ago from CT. I next day shipped it because we are a business our self's and needed it back right away. We used her because she promised a same day or next day turn around time. I did not receive any phone call for over a week. I ended up calling and she tells me its not fixable and we need to purchase a replacement. I agreed to purchasing a replacement threw her and even payed threw Paypal to speed things up. I asked how long, she said she can send one out next day. Then a week goes by and nothing. I called, she made excuses and basically told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. Another week goes by with multiple texts, and voicemails left.. and still no response. I decided to call off my personal cellphone and she picked up before the first ring. Gave me another absurd excuse and brushed me off again. I call back couple days later and now she wont pick up to my cell or office #, so I call off of another employees personal cell and she picks up first ring again... Seriously? After 3 months of dealing with this lady, I finally received the cluster, and it was not as promised and damaged. I had to call off of another random number again, explained the issues with the new cluster she sent out and then asked for my original back because I was just done with the games.....it took another 2.5 weeks even though she promised next day.....Just a complete joke all round. Please do your self a favor and run far from this back yard garage shady business and save yourself the aggravation. ?

Small business w excellent quality work. Very accommodating. My cluster was repaired in no time and I was able to get the customer back on the rood sooner than promised for a lot less $. Look forward to doing business with again.

I have had several people attempt to fix the cluster of my classic M ercedes SL. I spent a lot of time and some funds on several failed attempts. I was told to just get another cluster from a junkyard. But my car has very low mileage and that's what makes it special. Jim under-promised and over-delivered. The cluster was delivered ahead of promised date.

Excellent service! Dropped off the faulty cluster for my stepson’s 2005 GMC Sierra and 45 minutes later it was like new! Friendly, efficient and economical. Would highly reccommend!

I shipped this and it arrived on a Saturday. Fed Ex notified me that it couldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday. It did get delivered on that Tuesday and it was BACK TO ME on Thursday of the same week. I am highly impressed with this service. I live in Louisiana as far south as you can get before being IN the Gulf. I shipped my instrument cluster to Mass. and still got it back in two days! That's IMPRESSIVE. Thanks so much and I will be recommending you to all my friends.

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. This company is horrible!!! and that is being kind. I own a business and sent them a cluster for Jeep Wrangler.....weeks ago. The women who rarely answers the phone is completely clueless. She can't remember the day of the week . We call three to four times a day. NEVER a return call. Most times the mail box is full. I have texted and emailed NO response. My next call is to consumer affairs to file a complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!!!

If I could give this place zero starts I would... Sent MULTIPLE instrument clusters to this place and have had to bring back EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! Just recently had a Ford dash sent over for a brake light issue and after the second time of us sending it over there they finally told us that it had a specific code on that dash that is unfixable so they ordered us a new one, which we obviously had to prepay, and i've been calling at least 5 times a day every single day for over a week to no response. Terrible customer service, terrible work, terrible response. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have read some mixed reviews on AutoXpressTech, so I was hesitant to give them a shot - especially since I live halfway around the world in Guam. However, there were no other affordable options, so I gave it a shot. They fixed my climate control module and sent it right out with no complications and it worked like a champ. Based on my positive experience, I would recommend them and will likely use them for my ABS module when I get the time to remove it.

I should have read the reviews before i sent my gmc truck cluster to them, they did not fix anything, just made the problem worse, the lady on the phone has no communication skills at all and is very rude. Once I recieved the cluster back and nothing was fixed, they will not speak with me or return my calls. What a joke, please save yourselves the time and money and go somewhere else.

THANKS FOR MESSING UP MY GAS GUAGE NEEDLE- Horrible service- misleading and false advertising. I went with this repair service through ebay because they had all five star reviews and it advertised that they would call you upon receiving your part and when they shipped it back to you. I never received the first phone call but was going to not worry about that since it was through ebay. I received my Volvo DIM cluster back & now the gas guage needle will not work. The gas gauge needle goes to the same spot each time engine is turned on and will not move. We contact this business and are told to return the part. We return this part- at our expense- and it was received on a Wed am. I hear nothing and by the following Mon- I get concerned. I had emailed the business the previous Sun pm to see what the status of getting this fixed was-heard nothing back- so I decided to process a return request through ebay so there would be a record of my return. Shortly thereafter I get a response and a refund- saying my part is on its way back. I finally get it back on Thursday evening after sending multiple emails to business again asking for tracking info(no response). Guess what!- the gas gauge needle is still messed up - so I am out of the two times I had to ship this item and they ended up creating a problem- not fixing it. I was very patient with them considering I was without my car for shy of 4 weeks. Buyer Beware!

Horrible service!!! They can't fix cluster panels like they claim, and does not honor their work at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This business is the worst I've ever dealt with in 15 years of doing business online. After they failed TWICE to repair my GM cluster panel, I asked them for a refund. But they refused claiming the part was fixed. LIARS!!! I had to go through paypal to get a refund because they do not honor their work. STAY AWAY from AutoXpressTech!!
