I JUST BUT A CAR WHERE I PAID 13,500 DOLLARS 5 days later I started giving me issues I didn’t know about the lemon law the never told me until I took thet car to Honda and they gave me the real diagnostic wich they didn’t want to pay. I YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DONT YOU EVER BUY A VEHICLE WITH THEM
Been going there for years for my inspection sticker. Today staff was rude to the point one tried to start a fist fight with my husband. Might need to find a new station to get my inspection sticker. Who needs to drama for service you are paying for?!?!?!
Just nope, they are weird and shady. It's a full service place but when you pull up they take forever to come out and if you get out to pump your own they are just lurking next to you. Like no. Better places just a short distance in all directions.
Went today for inspection sticker after getting the run around at other places. They were so nice and took me immediately . I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
I have been here before and treated fine. Mind you this was on a weekday. I was not aware the garage closed at1 on Saturday. A man had told me to park our cars for an oil change, he was pleasant and polite. When I walked into the "store" area was an older man there that was borderline rude. Very dismissive and said the garage closed at 1. Fair enough but no need to speak to people in the tone he did. I rather not come back to avoid being treated like that. Please note: This review is based on customer service not mechanic service. Not trying to trash a business. I wanted to provide constructive feedback: be more pleasant and polite to your customers.
Amazing service from start to finish purchasing a vehicle from these guys was the easiest process ever ! Made sure I was happy with everything before leaving with the car. Rob Chris and kostka are the best definitely buying cars from here again in the future!
Took my truck for an inspection and the mechanic actually fixed my taillight which had been out for a little while and never charged me for it

The owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet! My entire family goes here for any services and we all love it. Very professional, efficient and extremely friendly!
An undeniable disappointment in purchasing a used car. Repetitive headaches, empty promises to fix, continuously not following through. A horrible way to conduct business with potential life long customers. The only positive thing, this place has going for them, is their mechanic Kosta. I feel for him, for having to deal with unsatisfied customers due to the owner, Rob’s negligence. A little less than a month, and finally a suitable car surfaced. Suitable but definitely not complete as promised. At this point, rolling dice just to get far away from this establishment, I’ll deal with whatever happens next. #lessonlearned
Leaving one star not because of any issues with obtaining gas, but rather because of the racist who assisted me.
Don't make racist comments if you can't afford to lose customers.
Friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced, good customer service, fixes only what needs fixing (no surprise extra $), will prioritize repairs (helping w/costs & "needs"), serviced all my cars, wouldn't go or trust anyone else.
My experience at Union Service has always been top notch very customer service friendly I am in and out never have to wait long. thank you!! Very happy customer? I give it a 10 they were excellent I had my inspection for my car they took great care of me.
