First time using them and I will never turn back. Had my truck die on the 5th floor of a parking garage and they arrived on scene with a tow truck in 15 minutes and had me out in 30. Exceptional work fixing the vehicle as well and was affordable and quick (2 days between Easter and Presidents’ Day). Miguel, Aya and the rest of the team should be your go to!
A++ Service! We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Watertown towing. My driver got a flat tire during traffic hour, in Cambridge and my office was calling around getting estimates of 2-3 hours. We had accepted service from another provider, but they never showed up. My driver was ready to abandon the vehicle and go home when my office reached out to Watertown Towing. The pleasant person who answered our call said the driver would be right over, and they kept their promise. From first contact to speedy service, an awesome experience! The long search for an honest, affordable, and knowledgable mechanic is over. Armando is the guy you want taking care of your car. I've been to seven mechanics in the area and none is even close in regards to customer service and proactive car care.

Both the lady answering the phone and the tow truck driver were very kind. We popped a tire on our Mazda Miata - a fun little car, but sadly not equipped with a spare tire. Watertown Towing had our car towed to a nearby tire shop within 20 minutes. It was as positive of an experience as it could have been!
Needed a tow to local mechanic due to car starter not working. I was told they could be here in about an hour since their driver was working a job at the moment. At almost an hour to the minute, Eric from Watertown Towing arrived. I can't say enough good things about how he handled my baby (aka my car). Upon arrival, we went over what we thought the possible issues were, he suggested a local mechanic who specializes in my brand of car, he drove me to the garage we were en-route to, etc. He was very careful and meticulous about getting it out of my driveway and onto his flatbed tow truck. Once we arrived to the garage, he was just as careful having it brought off of his truck and told me "I treat every car as if it's a Ferrari" - AWESOME. If I ever need a tow again (crossing my fingers I won't), I will be using Watertown Towing again.
Had to use them for a nighttime tow on a weekend. They were super helpful, and the guys at the shop were very fair and honest. For an out of town person breaking down while passing through, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I called to get my Prius towed to a service station. Kelvin M who showed up was quick, courteous and efficient. He was actually 5 minutes earlier than the estimate, and didn't complain when he had to wait for me to meet him. He suggested that I just needed was a jump start, which I didn't realize could be necessary for a hybrid, didn't complain at digging through the various stuff I had in my trunk to get to the battery, started it, saving time and probably money. The young man who towed my car did a marvelous job. He took it from a tight parking spot and pushed it to the garage door so he could hook it to the truck. Everything was a tight squeeze.he was also very nice.
Used this service through AAA when my car wouldn’t start. Jose was extremely kind and professional. He was there lightning fast and also went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and my car was 100% before leaving. Watertown towing was fantastic! We had to move two vehicles in a rush, as we had a plan to bring the vehicles to a family home, and that plan fell through. We needed to bring the vehicles to a storage facility in a rush. Watertown towing was prompt and the drivers were kind. The drivers treated our older cars with respect even though the cars are a bit beat up. The owner, George, adjusted our bill, to an incredibly reasonable rate after the tow, because both cars came from and went to the same location (and he realized the same truck could have been used for both cars). George's honesty and kindness, along with the great service of the drivers, made a very stressful moment a painless experience. We are so grateful for their help and would recommend Watertown to everyone we know!

Very reasonable price and I got the feeling this was a company run by very honest people. I hope you don't need their services, but if you do, Watertown Towing has you covered.

Watertown towing rescued me and my 90 year old parents in the middle of a snow storm after five other tow companies said no a flat tire with your circumstances will be impossible. They are above and beyond. We would probably be there until spring if it weren't for them. Big thanks. Awesome help.
This company was called through AAA and the gentleman that came to jump my car was informative and kind. His name was Adalberto and he saved me not once but twice. He told me about my battery power, was not condescending and said after the first time to call him anytime before his shift ended (which I ended up needing to!) He was efficient, courteous and a delight—thank you Adalberto!

I woke up to a mouse caught in the serpentine belt of my vehicle, causing it to come off it's track. I called AAA for a tow, and they suggested Watertown Towing Auto Repair since it was the same company. After calling the dealership and being told it'd never be finished before the weekend, I went with Watertown Towing to fix the issue. They had the car repaired and road ready in roughly an hour. One of the best experiences I've had with auto repair. Armando is amazing.
Watertown Towing goes above and beyond for their customers! Last weekend, I got a flat tire in Porter Square. AAA connected me with Watertown Towing. The tow truck driver was helpful and understanding. Even though they had closed for the night, the shop's mechanic stayed late to patch my tire, so I could get home. A+ business!
Last night James came and tried to get a spark thru my dead starter. Tried hard but it was dead. AAA was texting me that they were still trying to get someone to accept my long tow, 150 miles to Saratoga NY area. James said he would do it.
I was agitated and annoyed with my situation but James was polite and professional and I felt better each hour until we arrived. The car arrived intact (excepting the starter) and I was in my home.
I felt lucky that Watertown Towing had accepted my AAA call.

Nicest people I know driver walter was extremely nice my tow was 2 miles over my 3 free and insisted that he was going to pay for it cause i was going threw some hard times at the time to nice of a person they must be glad to have him you don't find many people like him

Ran out of the battery juice - could not start the car. Calling and claiming the problem with AAA took as much time as for the Mark Thibadeau from Watertown Towing to show up. Another five minutes and I was on my way. Nice. Good company - companies actually - both AAA and Watertown Towing showed their best, yet nothing good could have happened without last mile man Mark wit his expertise, expedience and and cheerful kindness.
