I used to come here for everything I needed. For a long time. Tonight I called up about getting a new battery. He was the only one in the store so couldn't come out to help me switch the battery. No problem I get that. Then I ask if I could borrow a set of sockets to do it myself outfront. They've always been about loaner tools. He tells me they've had to take a look at loaning tools because people have dropped them into the engine bay where they can't be reached. It's all good. O'Reillys across the street swapped it out for me no problem and it was only $12 more. Guess where I'll be going from now on.

I ordered windshield wipers for my Mercedes and the team was amazing…knowledgeable, friendly, and just great people! I went to pick them up today and they put them on for me as my make, year, and model is notorious for being hard to figure out and snap in. I have years of retail experience. I am always respectful and mindful of store hours and not keeping establishments past their sheduled hours. However if you are go To an establishment that has set hours they should be followed, for the customers sake and the needs of the business. With this being said I knew what I was going in for would’ve Been in and out in less than a minute. But they were locked up 10 of. Definitely not good business practice.
The Mgr Rich made my visit very Enjoyable along with his Knowledge and his Customer service,while treating me and everyone else that was in inside his establishment that kind Of Place it's Well Worth going to Shop. To the Rest of those Automotive Places, you should spend " just 5 minutes " with Rich too see how he Treats & Talks with each one of the customers that came into his establishment to Solve their problems and get the Job done ✅.

The staff was so detailed with spark plugs I went to buy for tuneup as well told me about filters and wire for the full replacements. I would definitely go there for him showed me enough knowledge and assistance anyone would need over about the vehicle.

Had a battery replaced there today. The associate Rich was customer service centric, knowledgable & friendly! I was out of there in 10-12 minutes. The workers all seemed to like their job & each other, which makes for a kind environment. Nice work, people!
Very bad customer service. Yesterday around 6 o'clock I stopped by, needed a little help to switch my low bean bulb of my honda Accord. I was on my way home ( Cape Cod) and was worried about being pull over for the light bulb. I bought the bulb with the two young men and asked if they would give me a hand to install it. I watched the video and it was completely doable. They were standing doing nothing, with no other customers to help but me and just answered that Advance auto parts does not do any installation. I came to the Cape and by this morning I went to the closest Auto zone. The issue was solved in less than 5 min and I tipped him 20 dollars. I am going to Advance to return the bulb and never coming back. Please, if it is a internal rule of the company not do any kind of installation at least hire people that are more proactive.
Here the people will sell the things without having any kind of knowledge to product. I went there to just check my battery signal is on. The staff (SARAH) checked my battery and told me change it for the price $179 by taking my old battery i said ok. I helped sarah to change my battery because she struggling to replace. After the replacement still my battery signal is on. Here comes the manager (Mike ) came and played his role as manager perfectly by saying according to me everything is perfect please go check with mechanic. Went to the mechanic he said its the issue with my alternator not with my battery, my battery is good. I went back to auto part with 1 hour to ask my battery back it is in very good shapoe. Mike said they cant take back or else do the refund. Summary is so simple they don't value your business and you. Instead go some other place where your issues will resolved and get value for you business.

Went there today for a truck battery. 2 guys I can see on the floor, not busy inside at all. "Hope you aren't looking to have that installed today!" Well that's why I'm here.. nowhere near closing time either. Glad they're so well off they can refuse a sale! Went across the street to Oreilleys. Great and fast service. Do yourself a favor and go where your business is appreciated.
Kinda slow with foot traffic because most of there clients are auto shops that they deliver to. Average prices, stock is fair. If they don't have an item they can have it shipped from another store the same day or next day.
Took a bit to be acknowledged, but I knew what I needed anyway. Employees did not spike up conversation or ask if I needed help, but at end of transaction said the have a nice night phrase.
Went there because they advertise free battery installation on the website, I get there and get told that its not for all cars and mine didnt qualify. That is fine, and not the reason for the 1 star review. It gets a 1 star review because of the way I was spoken to when I asked.
I was looking at the batteries for about 5 minutes trying to the find the right one, they were not organized in any manner what so ever (they have numbers for freaks sake, why are they not in sequential order???). No one asked if i needed help, and eventually I asked for help from the blond woman who was looking at me the whole time doing nothing. The tone, lack of any pleasantries and complete lack of willingness to help was extremely off putting.
"NO we don't change batteries on every car, *pffft* we only on cars that it takes less than 5 minutes to change...." in probably the rudest tone i have ever been spoken to in years. Sorry I asked for helped and ruined your day by asking for help.
I regret buying the battery and i should of left... needless to say i will never shop there again. I will take my business to NAPA auto parts a little further up the street.
