Update your hours!!!! and don't allow ordering of parts and say they will be ready at a time your closed ordered parts showed they would be ready by 730 show upbat 720 and they closed at 7 online shows 9pm for this lication

Came in for diagnostic reading because I just replaced my thermostat but still had the error code. Workers were super nice and helped me pin point my car issues. They talked to me with respect even as a female and they were super knowledgeable! Hard to come by as a female in this industry.
I went in for a dead headlight issue, thinking they could sell the replacement bulb with free installation. When I arrived the crew greeted me warmly and quickly went to check the lights. Turned out to be a circuit issue, not a replacement, and they fixed it within 30 min and didn't ask for any charges. Thank you so much! You are the best!

Came here a few days ago. Rob was running the store solo for a bit & was very helpful & efficient. I've gone to so many parts stores where they act like you're inconveniencing then just by being there. This was refreshing. Keep up the good work my man.
Guys were great and where able to make sure I got all my stuff correctly. I ended up going to 3 different ones one for front pads and rear rotors one for rear pads and one for the specialty tools.

The people that work there are great even though I didn't buy the wipers from them they came out and put em on my truck when I was having issues and couldn't get them on my truck thanks for the help
It was Sunday, I'd ordered all the parts from Toyota I need to do a brake job on my 07 Tacoma. Hubs, bearings, calipers, rotors, pads and a very obscure steel brake line about 8" long in the shape of an "S". Well, Toyota sent me the wrong lines. If it wasn't for the help the guys gave me at the Tewksbury Main St O'reillys I wouldn't have had my truck for my commute to work on Monday morning! You guys are great! Thanks

I just got my windshield wiper here.
I tell them my car model and they found what I need immediately . But I’m not sure how to use it so I ask the staff “is it easy to replace?”,then the staff say “I’ll help you to put it on if you want”.
So after I walk in and get my windshield wiper replace just take me 5 minutes.

So i was in my 07 chevy 6.6 duracrap and my fuel system took water in some where. Jason and camron where such a big help with install and priming my fuel system they went far anf beyond for me....
Very knowledgeable and acknowledges you once you enter the store. Hours are much better than the store across the street. Large variety of products and will recommend things as needed.
Got the part I needed but the sales person wasn't the greatest didn't seam to interested in being there.
Consistently more expensive than advanced across the street but when advanced doesn't have my part that always seam to have it.
Amazing service. They went above and beyond. I came in to buy a battery because I came out of the house to find mine dead and needed a jump. Turned out I had left my dome lights on, and my car is about 6 years old so I wasn't sure if maybe I might as well get a new battery considering the age and the fact that I just drained it. Went in fully prepared to buy, they said hold on, let's test your system as they didn't want me to buy a battery if I didn't have to. After testing they said I was good to go. They could have just sold me the battery and sent me on my way. I'm super impressed by their honesty and care for their customers. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks guys.
