I recently purchased a vintage Mercedes (1990 560 SEL) that requires a little bit of work. Brian, my service consultant, and Jeff, the technician who specializes in older cars, put together a comprehensive inspection report, which broke things out into three categories (must do, would be nice and good to go). A lot of dealers would probably have said “we don’t want to service a car this old” or “how about you trade it in for a new S600” (haha). They both took the time to walk me through each item so I could make an informed decision as to which repairs to tackle. If I could give ten stars I would.

Very happy with the work that they did! I would hit the brakes in my car with a literally almost spin out. Turns out that the rear subframe had disconnected due to corrosion and it turns out it was under warranty and Mercedes covered it completely… Zero balance! This is why you deal with Mercedes of Natick! They stand behind you!! Thanks Abdul and all the great people at Mercedes Benz if Natick!!!

I had so many high hopes and expectations about this place and have been profoundly disappointed during my first visit. I brought my vehicle to have new tires installed and asked for an alignment to be performed as well. While in the waiting area I was given there updates on my vehicle as that Friday seemed to be extremely busy and my appointment took much longer than expected. The second update was to be let know that they have started doing the alignment. The third update was to be told that they completed the alignment and that they would have the car ready in a few minutes. I proceeded to pay for the tire install and the alignment at which point I asked for the alignment report. I am very organized and detailed and I keep record of all vehicle related paperwork. After the lady charged my credit card (alignment was $199) she told me I would have to ask the service rep for the report. The rep came and had a very short chat with the lady and told me he would return with the report. He comes back seconds lates and says: I apologize, we did not do the alignment. The platform was busy and they did not do it. I can refund you the money if you’d like………………………………. I was blown away…..I have never in my entire life have felt so taken advantage of. I have spend many years moving between Europe, Canada, Texas and now MA and nothing of this sort ever came our way. I cannot stop wondering what would have happened if I were a 75-80 years old lady bringing in my car and trusting those people with my car, which means trusting them with my work and my hard earned money. Anyone else in my shoes would have not perhaps asked for the report, but regardless, not having it but ripping people off while not performing the requested services is just so low….. Perhaps I am different than most people out there but I could not sleep at night if I ever did this to another human being. I would not be comfortable putting bread on my children’s table in the evening knowing that that’s how I earned my money…..by taking advantage of other people. It is beyond disrespectful, utterly unacceptable and just plain not right for people to hide behind such an established brand like Mercedes while treating customers so poorly. On the other hand, the same rep came in a heartbeat to ask me if I wanted to proceed with the changing the break pads and rotors for over $3000. I cannot stop wondering how could I ever trust this place ever again with any type of service, whether it’s a simple oil change or an expensive break pad service? Perhaps Mercedes could learn from Audi to send a video inspection of the service to the customer detailing the findings and the plan forward. I simply cannot get my head wrapped around how people or management think that this is acceptable. My husband was beyond disappointed, to not say disgusted when I called him right after I left the dealership. I am aware this is perhaps yet another review that will slip through the cracks and perhaps go unnoticed, but I for sure hope no one else will ever be treated this way….. We all work so hard for our money….we need more common sense and respect for other peoples’ property. It’s that simple… Thank you kindly.

My sales person was great and it seems as if the staff there is pretty decent as well. Just not impressed with the facility itself as a dealership. The environment feels to be a little dated. They are very skimpy in the show room. Only offers apples and waters, considering that this is a luxury brand I do not feel as if I was in a luxury brand dealership.

Brian was an absolutely incredible service manager contact. I was stressed and had some challenges w my schedule. He listened well and really helped me get the service i needed in a way that worked. I was blown away by his level of personal attention and thank him so much. All work done by the team on my car was excellent!

My car needed an urgent appointment and I was able to get it in within a couple of days. Maya was wonderful with scheduling and my technician, Brian was professional and helpful. Both communicated well in a personable manner, which I really appreciate. Happy customer!

Friendly and knowlegible staff. Brian went out of his way to help me getting the information that I was looking for that really helped me in making educated decisions. He also made the cost of service fully transparent. He then accompanied me to my car to explain the problems they saw. Great service 110%!

Service department is outstanding! Highly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and customer centered. Having recently moved to MA, this was our first experience. It will no be our last. We’ve owned Mercedes consistently for over 40 years and are delighted with the Service Dept at MB of Natick.

Luis in service is great! I am EXTREMELY happy. I live very close to a different Mercedes dealer who had been "doing" work on my car for the last couple years yet it was never fixed. I came to Natick just for an oil change because the other dealer never has time for those, and Luis and the techs took control of the situation and re did some of the work plus more! could not have asked for a better professional!

Great staff, specially Brian who takes care of all the maintenance issues really nicely. He is really good with communicating to clients about the type of maintenance needed and provides thorough information on why you need that. Keep checking out the promotional emails from this location, as you might get discounts on special requests such as tires, brakes, etc. Keep up the good work!

I came in with a flat tire, no appointment. They were courteous, very helpful, and changed the tire in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend this dealership. Lovely personnel! Abdul explained things clearly about the new tires on the 300 models, a feature that I was unaware of. (Far superior to New Country Motors in Hartford, CT)

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles- I felt like I was visiting friends. It was very inviting and comfortable. Never pushy. I worked with Dakota & now I want everyone I know to go visit and purchase a car from her. I also worked with Yatin in finance and he was amazing. I actually look forward to any services I may need in the future at this dealership because of the amazing experience I had purchasing my new car here.

After weeks of car shopping at various dealerships, I was feeling uncomfortable with some of my interactions and unsure of next steps. I decided to drive a bit further from home and the moment I stepped into this dealership, I felt at ease. The whole team here is fantastic, and I loved working with Dakota! She was genuine, knowledgeable, and got me into the exact right car for me. I’m so happy with my entire experience!

This dealership outlet is superb in customer service, from the sales department and even to their car maintenance service. We will never buy car from anywhere else. From the very first contact for an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle that I had interest in I was treated professionally, respectfully and felt completely welcomed as a new customer and serious buyer. Rafi assured me of its availability, pinned down a time to meet and I made a 90 mile run to the dealership. Car was prepped and ready to go.... every question about it was answered to my satisfaction. Zero pressure in the meeting. Great car, my decision was easy, SOLD. All paperwork was explained, concerns addressed and resolved ... Delivery was completed in 24 hours and the entire dealership experience was just what one would hope to have in making such a purchase. Rafi made the entire purchase an excellent and enjoyable transaction. I cannot recommend him more highly. If there was a Sixth Star box I'd have checked it. He's knowledgeable, pleasant and represents his dealership so well. My "Thanks" also go to Sales Manager Danny for letting me know that my business and the long trek that I had made to their dealership was so very much appreciated. I walked in , fron the get go stephen acknoledge me right away, wich is not common ,we spoke for a few minutes ,but the car I wanted wasn't there so he called me a couple days later to let me know it had arrived , Went back and bough it within half hour the decisions we're reached and we closed the deal, I can say that was the most satisfactory interaction as buying a car I have ever had .and mind you in the past 30 years i have traded cars every other year Great guy

Want to first note that I did not know Rafi or anyone at this dealership. Just genuinely wanted to leave a review because the experience was so good. My wife and I had found two cars we were interested in online and were connected with Rafi when we came in. Right away he ran to grab both to bring them out front to check out without asking the million questions you usually have to answer before getting to see a car. Instead of pressing us to look at more cars (this happened everywhere else.. we already did our research), we just chatted for a while and got to know a bit about each other’s background. He’s a great and very genuine person. We decided we really liked one of the cars and were very happy to give him and his team our business. Would highly recommend this dealership if they have what you are looking for!

Fred and the mechanic in the service department were awesome! They were very helpful, friendly and straightforward. I went in about an hour before closing without an appointment, and they were able to fix my tire very quickly and efficiently. Any other service department, and I believe I would’ve been turned away and told to make an appointment for another day. Thank you!

Courteous, friendly, interface with all employees are at your facility. Comfortable waiting room, repair completed in a moderate amount of time. My new tire is working well so far although it was a long way from being inexpensive, to be expected these days. from the time that you sold me this vehicle, and all the services in between I’ve been very satisfied.
