I've been around the auto repair block a few times, and Mosher Auto Body seriously blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I could tell these folks know their stuff. The shop’s clean, organized, and packed with top-notch gear. The team was super friendly and kept me updated on my car’s progress the whole way through. No surprises, just straight-up honesty, which is gold in this industry. They got my car looking brand new, with a paint job and finish that were spot-on perfect. Plus, they got everything done right on schedule. If you need quality repairs from people who care, Mosher Auto Body is the place to go. Highly recommend swinging by if your ride needs some TLC or if someone backed into you (like my case!)

I hit the jackpot with Mosher Auto body. My 19 year old hit a curb and got a flat tire on the way to work. I called Mosher and they came out, within 30 minutes the tire was changed. The people I spoke with on the phone and the driver were all so nice. Amazing customer service, thank you for your quick response, it certainly helped a nervous kid after their first accident.

Scam place, stay away. Make sure they don't tow your car here, or you will be charged 600$ for nothing when you decide to take your car away the next day. He will give you open ended quotes, keep saying price might go up further. Once your car is in their parking lot they will abuse it and try to get most money with least work.

With my driving record unfortunately I've had to use them more than once. (they said if I come back again I'm getting a Christmas card!) Great work for reasonable price. I hope to never need work again but if I do I'll be going to Mosher.

Would like to update my original review! With just over a year since their lousy attempt to fix my bumper, there is now a significant gap between the headlight and the bumper as well (see photos). Please stay away from these people! The quality of their work is subpar. Despite taking my car to them on two different occasions to align my front bumper, my bumper is still popping out and it is not aligned. I wouldn’t recommend them if you are looking for quality!

Someone hit my car and ran away in the mall parking lot and one of the auto body shops that works with my insurance is Mosher. Hersh and John were very friendly, patient and responsive. I hope to continue to support the local business.

I came out of a store and noticed that there was a little white paint and minor scratches on my left side/rear fender that I am positive was not there before entering the store. Went to Mosher Auto Body and they buffed it out at no charge. Yes it was a very small job that took less than 5 minutes, but still to not charge me??? They were so nice!!!! I would go back there for any auto body work in the future.

Speedy work with high quality and a good price, hard to beat.

We brought our 2017 Golf to Mosher in March 2017 for a driver's side mirror replacement. I'd bought the part elsewhere thinking I could fix it myself but soon found that it was beyond my capabilities. They matched the paint perfectly, used my part and did a fine job within the time they estimated. We had to bring in our Outback later that year to repair a sizeable dent in the rear bumper as well as touch up minor paint damage due to tree sap. (Don't leave tree sap on your vehicle!) They were able to use heat lamps to make the bumper flexible, pull out the dent and repaint. The 11 year old Subaru got a nice facelift and looks to be in showroom condition. Again a great paint match and work was done when they said it would be done. In our experience with Mosher, they've certainly earned a five star rating.

I had a suitcase fall over against my rental car trunk and bumper. Of coarse the new cars are all plastic and that was enough to cause quite a gouge. I was panicked about how much this would be to repair. I decided to go to Mosher and ask their advice on what to do. The staff there was great. They took the time to buff out the gouge and didn’t even ask for compensation. I am thrilled with how it looks. Saved me a ton of heartburn. Can’t rate them high enough.

Reffered by a family member. Mosher completed the repair in the stated timeframe. They seemed to have a good working relationship with my insurance company. Staff was courteous and helpful, and provided updates as necessary. Car looks great, would use them again if needed.

I own a minivan and was rear ended so that the gate couldn't open and the glass was smashed. The owner took the time to research and find me a previously owned gate to save me some money in a matching color and my repair was done in a day. Great service, if I ever need a repair again I would certainly go back!!!!

Great service! Repairs handled very timely; car looks great again and the paint matching was perfect. Herb and his staff are professional, friendly and honest. No reason to go anywhere else!

Had my car fixed here after a severe collision. They handled everything with my insurance company had the car done on time and when i got it back it was as good as new. I'll be using them again without a second thought.

Not trustworthy. Lack of quality. I left my Mercedes at Mosher Auto Body for repair of body damage on passenger side door. A week later, Mosher Auto Body notified me the repair was complete and the car was ready to be picked up. After drove it home, I found the tailgate, which was not part of this body repair, malfunctioned. It could only raise half way with grinding noise. Upon close examination, there was fresh evidence that the right side tailgate piston/strut was taken off and put back on. The right side strut appeared damaged visually. After I drove my car back, the owner confessed that his technician accidentally bumped head on the tailgate and "out of anger pushed the gate up" forcefully causing the damage. He then threw the blame back, "we felt at that time that the Piston was defective before he (the technician). Hit his head, we also felt that you had previously hit your gate on your garage door as there marks on your gate". The owner sent me a bill for the piston repair, and threatened with suing me on court if I don't pay for Mosher's mistake. Mosher's imaginary blame was spurious. As a matter of fact, my MB was still under warranty. The tailgate was functioning perfectly before it was brought in. Mosher Auto Body should have disclosed this accident right after it had happened. It’s not honest business practice by concealing the damage incurred by Mosher waiting to be found only by the customer. It's more unacceptable to blame Mosher's own wrong doing to its customer. Other than not being trustworthy, the quality of work was not good. The repaired passenger side door assembly has details unfinished upon delivery. I had to touch it up by myself. The internal of my car was filled with dirt, footprints, and cigarette butts. The smell of smoking lasted for weeks. Mosher also did not entirely fix the tailgate auto raising functionality after replacing the piston. Mosher lacks special diagnostic equipment usually is only available to dealer. At last, MB dealer fixed the tailgate mechanism for me under warranty, which was the only bright spot in this terrible experience.
