Ken did an amazing job laying out different options for our aging Honda Fit with a myriad of structural issues. The work was done skillfully and on time. Roche Collision went above and beyond by returning the car to us while we were out of town. I hope not to require a body shop again, but I would definitely call them again if the need were to arise.

A tree fell on my car and damaged the back half of the car. Despite their extremely busy schedule, Roche fitted my car in and did an excellent job of fixing all the damages and polishing and cleaning up before handing over, what looked like a new car, to me. Thank you.
My car was rearended while I was at a restaurant. I went to Roche Collision because I had heard good things about their work. Hector and Ken sheparded me through the process. There were complications in getting parts, etc., but Roche always communicated well and remained in good humor. Oh, and by the way, the repairwork was magnificent.

For the repair of my 2009 Honda Civic after my first accident that left the car not drive-able, I'm so thankful that I went to Roche Collision. Not only was Rob incredibly helpful, kind, and informative over the phone before I even indicated that I would bring my car into his shop, he was just as caring, reasonable, and honest when explaining the entire process to me. He explained different repair options that would work better with my financial concerns and also updated me throughout the week on the car's repair process. My car's repairs are perfect.. almost as if I never even had an accident. I would recommend Roche and their honest & thoughtful work to anyone.

From the first call to them to the day I picked up my repaired truck they were excellent with their communication with me. They helped with the rental car arrangements as well. My 2024 Tundra took a bad hit on the drivers side. I thought my truck would never be the same again. Roche Collision did such an amazing repair that even my critical eye couldn’t believe the flawless repair on my truck. We've used Roche Collision for 3 different repairs. The results have always been excellent. The staff is welcoming and informative. The lates repair was complicated by the lack of availability of a part for a new 2025 model car. Roche managed to repair the damaged part so it is indistinguishable from a new part. Highly recommended!

While I hope I never have to get my car fixed from an accident again. If I did, I know for sure that I would come back to Roche Collision, Inc. I chose this auto body repair shop because they partner with my insurance, USAA and because of positive reviews. I can see why they are so highly regarded now. They explained the process for insurance and repairs thoroughly. They also were very communicative about the status and when to expect my vehicle. They helped facilitate the return of my rental car and worked directly with my insurance to address costs that exceeded the initial assessment of my repair by USAA. After the completion of my work, I inspected my vehicle and felt it was even more beautiful than prior to my collision. I had a tiny scratch that they painted over that was not part of the work package. If you're in needed of auto body repair due to a collision you should definitely consider Roche. I would like to call out Ken and Rob for being awesome to work with too.

Great experience. They took my car in immediately and assured that I could get my car back within 2 weeks. Handled everything through insurance and replace one of the doors. The team even tried to pain match the new door to the rest of my car and cleaned my car before retiring it to me. Beautiful work done and I really appreciate it.
I went to Roche to repair my car after I was rear-ended. They were so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I submitted my claim to the insurance company on a Thursday evening and had selected Roche from their list. I received a call from Roche around 8am the following morning! Ken kept me updated throughout the process and it took less time than I had expected, based on my previous experience with another company. I definitely recommend them!
This was our first car repair we have ever needed and I can't express enough what a great experience we had with Roche Collision. They kept us informed at all times and did an amazing job!
