Went in for AC recharge canister. They helped me verify which one I needed, then helped me use it, including showing me some tips that I didn't know. Overall they were very helpful.

Ordered and paid for a part on-line and went to store (1 hr drive) for pick-up. When I arrived they had cancelled order because the on-line description and price was in error. They would not honor the lower price so I wasted 2 hours of my time and 5 gallons of gas. I think they violated state consumer laws - but not worth the effort to pursue. Store staff was polite but had no authority to resolve the problem. Corporate customer service could not be reached.

These guys were great. I needed a simple cap for my coolant reservoir - the old one was broken and wedged in. Steve was incredibly helpful in getting the thing out, they had the part. Can't say enough good things.

The young man who worked here tonight was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with replacing my car battery. He was very friendly and loaned us the tools necessary to take the current on battery out on the spot so we could return the core and purchase a new one in one trip. Thanks!

I honestly don’t know why people are posting such bad reviews. All the staff at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I frequently visit this location and Jess (my favorite) Jose and Steve are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even the new kids are good. Don’t be fooled by bad reviews this place is the best with in 15 miles of Maynard/acton area. Trust me I have spent over 50k here since 2021 (I’m a mechanic in the area for a small landscape company) they fix issues if you get a bad part (rarely get a bad part), they price match, they always take the time to go above and beyond. I live in Newton and travel 20 miles to this location specifically because of the great service.

Went here thinking I could get headlight bulbs for at least in the ballpark of what they are online. Boy was I wrong! Most things were 2 to 3x more than online. It was $57 for a pack of two headlight bulbs, while through an online retailer there were $16.99. What are they thinking pricing stuff so ridiculously? How do they think they can get away with that in this age when people can shop from their home?

They had a client in the store talking politics and saying how bad democrats were, and shaking their heads agreeing with said client. This is so unprofessional, and I for one will NEVER shop at another advanced auto again. I would definitely shop ANYWHERE else.

We reached our breaking point with our windshield wipers tonight and stopped quickly here to get new ones. The staff working was extremely helpful and kind. The woman researched our exact wipers and got the perfect ones. The man working there even helped us put them on our car before he left for the evening, in the pouring rain. Really great place, will be back!! Should both get raises!!!

Needed a fresh battery, the gentleman there was very calm and helpful. The new battery was installed and tested, and i was back on the streets in maybe 20 mins. Basically, it's a perfect experience.

This review is based on service I received in January 2023 (I am late in writing this!). I stopped by bc I thought i needed a new battery and had just had to get my car jumped. It was night time and outside the hours that they install batteries, but the man who was there ( i think he said they call him Chief?) Let me borrow a battery so I could at least get to work in the morning if the car died again (which it didn't). When i went back the next day to return the battery, again later in the evening close to closing time, he came out and tested the existing battery in my car. He found it to be fine, and through didn't have an explanation why it had died in the first place, told me i didnt need to replace it. I felt that he went over and above to help me and i was very appreciative. In addition, he saved me a few hundred dollars by testing the battery first rather than just selling me a new one! Thank you for the help and honest service!

Best Service! Have been shopping this store in past 7 years. This morning pick up battery, but actually it is not fit (website said exactly fit :( ). Store employee is very helpful and help me find the exact one what I want, and finish installation quickly. Highly recommended!

Lost a windshield wiper during the rain storm. The lady was very helpful in looking up what size I needed and noticed I was having issues so she came out to help and swapped out the wiper I had just bought because it wasn't working.

Excellent service. I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced in the rain and the dark. The attendant went out to my car, replaced them, and then took the trash with him—just great service. Appreciate their hard work and look forward to shopping with them soon.

I bought an air compressor and they were very helpful at the store. I got home and I couldn’t get it to work and my tires were very low in air. Someone from the store actually drove to my home to get air into my tires. Superb!!!!

Such a wonderful clean place. Me and my son had a very dangerous issue with our car and we were trapped for several hours waiting for AAA and they went above and beyond for us while we were waiting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We started thinking it was a quick fix and I could be back on the road that turned out not to be the case. The whole time they gave top notch service.

Ladies! I went in for help with my car fob, as my battery in my fob was running low and not working all the time. I was helped with kindness and patience as he looked up how to put new battery in my car fob. I wish I got his name, we ended up having a wonderful conversation about the world today, and how important it is to treat people kindly as we are all in this together. He replaced the battery and told me to come back anytime and he would put in the other battery for my spare key fob. Because of him, I will always go back to this store for any car needs I may have.

Great guys! Went out of their way to find somewhere to install our battery we bought didn't need to do that! After we purchase the battery the gentleman carried it out to our car without even being ask 2 very nice thank you and have a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving

Super knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Have even helped me install small items like fluid reservoirs. Recently updated systems that prompts cashier if you have any applicable coupons. All in all super positive experience.

The guys that work here are always super helpful and one time while I was away my wife had some battery issues. They talked her through the issues and provided only what was necessary even including a military discount. My interactions here have always been great and have learned a few things in the process saving money that would have otherwise been spent at our mechanic's shop.

Had a dead battery this morning and bought one online for store pick up at Maynard MA store. Mike T. helped me and got me the right battery since I had ordered the wrong size. Despite the sub zero temps and being short handed he was friendly and helpful and got me back on the road. Thank you Mike!

Got first-class service from Jose on the night before Thanksgiving. This gentleman sold me a battery at 7:45 p.m., 15 minutes before closing. He patiently installed it, having to improvise a replacement for a bent, threaded rod with a frozen nut. Grateful for his hard work and staying after hours, I gave him a $20 tip which he refused and graciously gave to Ben, his co-worker, who also stayed late to process my payment and recycle my battery. Great people. Great experience. Now a loyal customer!

They had what I needed and were cool with helping me out. Turns out the previous buyer had installed after market headlights so the assembly was different, but they were able to get me to correct stock oem part so it wasn't their fault at all.

I have been there about 5x now and have to say the staff have always been courteous, helpful and the online purchases and pickup have been smooth. Good hours - with early 7:30am opening and 8pm closing allows me to go before or after work. Have rented tools there too and had a battery tested.
