I don't think it's the same owner anymore. Brazilian guy and his kid sold me a used tire for 85 bucks and didn't even last 2 weeks. Got a rip on the side of it.
They are as good as it gets. Brought my Mustang in and they always are prompt, professional and quick. Friendly staff with great prices and great service. Go here and not those chain stores.
I have been going to spadafora's for years Ray his wife Eric Matt all the employees are friendly their prices are unbeatable they now sell car and truck batteries these are not used these are new with a one-year warranty between $60 to $70 any store in Massachusetts wants a minimum of $179 how do you go wrong you can't they sell quality products at great prices they are also very well known for helping thousands of young men women and families thank you Ray thank you Eric and thank you Matt
2 tires went flat. Contacted Spadafora in the morning and Ray was a god send. They towed my car and put on 2 tires in like an hour and price was very reasonable. I can’t thank them enough for their help!
Had a set of new tires put on. The guys working the car looked like veteran tire guys who knew what they were doing and were friendly, but...
I had to point out the "outside" listed on the tire and he had to remount one he put on backwards. Then I get home and I put the tire pressure gauge on all four. Two are perfect 32 lbs, but then I had one at 29lbs and the other at 37lbs. They also didn't put one of the valve caps back on.
The good news is the balance appears excellent, but they only balanced the fronts.
So some good, some bad. For $100 all in I can't complain that much, but check the work afterward!
Absolutely love this place! Prices of tires are crazy and you can get practically brand new tires here cheap. Not to mention the staff is super friendly, polite and always willing to help.
They where very rude and unprofessional i was talking then me cell phone got disconnected then a worker from there called back and left a messag swearing a t me so unprofessional ill be reportting them to the better business bureau id say dont go there for any reason there workers are very rude and unprofessional ill make sure the right people know and that they be rated accordingly also i need other parts and the rep was rude from.the start my rating for the service i recieved woul be a negative 5 id suggest dont do business with them
Excellent fast service! Needed a tire repaired. They got me in immediately; fixed the tire while other cars were occupying the bay; then brought my car into the bay, switched out the spare, and placed the spare back into my trunk -- all in less than 20 minutes, and for only $20 total charge. WAY better and more efficient than those places promising "free tire repair."
Horrible service! The manager put on one tire that was bigger than the rest of my tires and it stared making noise. When I called I was told they have a two day policy.
I would recommend this place to anyone. I called just before closing and they stayed an extra 20 minutes to assist me even though it was Friday and they had plans. Great prices and great service
Absolutely horrible do they not understand that there is a thing called technology today every time you asked him for a part they need to run out in the yard and call you back within the day
I called here today to see if they had a used tire and rim because no other places had what i needed. Sure enough, they had both and at a great price too. They were very nice on the phone and hepful. Place was easy to get to and a smooth and quick transaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for used parts.
Called over yesterday and spoke with Jeremy, this guy was nothing short of a customer service machine! I had my car towed down w 2 bad wheels and Jeremy hooked me up w a set of alloys and tires for cheap. Now let's be clear here, I paid (Not a lot) for the parts, I don't know these people at all, and felt like I knew them for years while there. He swapped out the tires n I was gone, I am pretty sure I "Turned n Burned" out of there in all of 10 minutes, HIGHLY recommended, talk to Jeremy if you need something specific, he won't just push you off/tell you to come down etc - he will ACTUALLY tell you what they have, the condition, and do his best to make sure that you get the best you can from them. Greatly appreciative of Spadafora's Auto Parts!! Back on the road (not now cuz even as great as they were I don't want to have to go back JUST yet lol)
Their website says they're open, but when I arrived at 10:10 am on Saturday morning, the place was closed. BAD business!!!! So rude to waste people's time and be so inconsiderate!!
Wife took the car to Spadafora to get a replacement tire in 05/16. What I didn't realize at the time is that they sold her an 8 year old tire! It is clearly cracking on the sidewalls. What scumbags. I'll change this review if and only if they rectify the situation to my satisfaction.
