George was able to give me a quote over the phone by sending videos and pictures of the damage. The ride to him was over an hour away but worth it. I went there with a prayer, I had just crashed my only mode of transportation, along side with ability to work my second job... I was fucked. And its not even a car.. I called and explained to these guys what issue I had and with 0 hesitation he had me bring it down it went from fucked to fixed in 5 hours. I can't even put itno word how much I appreciate these guys not to mention the absolute banger job they did I couple happier an he didn't break my wallet either. I can't complain not at all. This place is small and u wouldn't even see it driving by but don't let that fool u these guys are legends

DO NOT GO HERE. We believe the website is a front. They most likely paid for the reviews. This shop is committing insurance fraud. We paid out over $10k for repairs and replacements that WERE NOT DONE. We paid for new parts that were not replaced. This has been verified by an insurance investigator. This shop even stole the $30 large ice scraper out of our vehicle. I’m writing this because no one should have to go through what we went through. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FREE TOW. It was the only legitimate experience we had with this place.
I had my car fixed at this outstanding body shop. Service is excellent with professional and highly skilled resources. My car was looking like brand new after the work got completed. The repair costs were reasonable and hassle free, the work finished on time per the ETA with no delay. The owner is a great guy with superior customer service. Paid $1100 for them to repaint my quarter panels on my truck. Four months later they are now starting to rust i call and the guy says to come down so they can take a look. When I get there another person, not the one I talked to the first time I went or the one I talked to on the phone comes out and says that since I only paid for paint and only had two spots where the paint need work they did not sand down the quarter panel so if I want it fixed it going to be another $600. This is after the first guy I talked to said they couldn't just do one spot they needed to repaint the entire quarter panel. Last time I will ever use them using one stop auto body up in Hudson New Hampshire from now on. They guarantee there work and do what they actually say they will do.
Worst experience I've ever had at a auto body shop. I brought my girlfriends car there based on the 4.5 star review Google advertised. I went into surgery the day after dropping her car off and 2 weeks later when she got the run around for over a week, she picked it up and all they had done was replaced the tail light and the car was filthy. They put extra charges in to the insurance company for trim pieces they did not replace. If I could save even one person from being ripped off at this place I would sleep better at night.
My 2001 Honda Civic was almost totalled in Nov 2019. Mr Achraf, Mr Ronald, team made my old car look very new and beat all 3-4 previous estimates. The team is very friendly and homely. Shop them last and they will install confidence in their car body work. Highly recommend them. Thanks.
Had some scratches and dents I needed fixed by the weekend. Mr. Ach was super accommodating, made sure I knew what was going into the fix and why, and even allowed me to split up the payment a bit even though I was a first-time customer. When I got the car back, it looked shinier than before it needed work! I could tell Mr. Ach really cares about his business’s reputation and his customers’ needs, and it made all the difference in my experience. I’d definitely go back!

They handled my claim from the start to the very end and made everything so easy. They even detailed my car for free. They go above and beyond for you! Make sure you ask for Ali when you go he’s the best!
It took me a year to write this review, because originally I thought they had fixed all the issues we had before, but I was wrong.
The water is still leaking into the trunk, even after few times fixing the problem and promises it will never leak again.
So far the worst experience EVER. I have brought my Accord to the Patriot's place willingly to help local business, but got screwed many times.
I have got a tree branch fell on my car, in results shattered back windshield, numerous dents on trunk lid, scratches etc.
When I first brought car there, they said the car will be fixed in 2 weeks, in fact it took 4 weeks and what they did was UNACCEPTABLE quality, literally in fact, they just scammed an insurance company, never done what was stated on the paper.
The biggest and most unacceptable issue is water leaking inside of the car 24/7 when in was raining through improper sealed back windshield and improper installed trunk lid. As a result, my trunk was FULL of water, water leaked into the interior as well, soaked wet upholstery on the back row of seats.
The trunk lid never got replaced, even though insurance company got billed for, very poor paint work and craftsmanship skills made it undoutable obvious.
Please, please, please read this article carefully before proceeding to this body shop, be smart!
They are awesome ppl. Ash the owner is great person himself. I got into an accident and he took care of everything. Although on first the turn signals and lights still had issue but he took care of it too on my next visit.
I don’t have any complaints. Instead, I appreciate his personal dedication to help me out about everything.
I recommend this guy.
Only 1 star less is because I don’t know what was the issue one bulb got fused the very next day again. But than I did not tell him or else he might have had taken care of it as well.

Greatest Auto shop in Lowell in my opinion. The manager gave me a ride home when I couldn’t get someone to bring me there to drop off my car. Awesome job on the body work and paint! Job was done in less then a week. Highly recommend!
I had an accident in my Mercedes c300, I called many places in Lowell but I got by far the best quote here. They ordered the parts and did all the work in just 2 days! Very nice and honest people, no shady business, very good work. Can't tell I ever hit a deer! Really recommend this place, best auto body in the area.
The owner of my auto body shop has sadly become ill, and so, I decided to take a chance here, and they took me in, worked on my car after hours and did not charge me to take out scratches in my car. The owner is very kind, and I was able to pass on some information to him, that hopefully will help him out too. It was a great community experience. Fantastic service!
I loved their service! I was in town for a one-week vacation and someone scratched my rental car, I googled the nearest place where I could get it fixed and I was really happy of the result. The car was fixed the same day, and their service was excellent, the guy who talked to me in the phone (I guess the owner) was super polite and the car was returned to me in perfect shape. Totally recommend it!
My experiemce with Patriots is nothing short of a disaster. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the owner and the workers are very nice and I think they tried. My car was rear ended by a plow on Dec 19th. I looked up local shops in the area and found this one with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I dropped my car off that day and was told everything would be fixed in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, it's still not done. I finally get my car back on Jan 20th (4 weeks). Everything looks pretty good except my airbag light is flashing and it wasn't before I gave them it AND my airbags never deployed. I was told to wait a few days and it will shut off. OK no problem - I will wait. I get home and park my car so I can clean it out and check everything over. I open my trunk and find that it is FULL of water. Not only that but my rear tail lights don't work. I drive back and they reconnect my rear tail lights and say the trunk was like that when they got it? I don't think so seeing as I dropped it off with them the day I got hit and it wasn't snowing or raining so clearly they did not store it properly. I drive back hom and park my car in the garage. The next day I go to start it and guess what? It won't start! I open the hood and of course, the battery compartment is full of water. What did they do? I go to AutoZone and got a new battery. Well at least my trunk should work after all of that right? Nope. I had to bring it back a third time because the only way it would work was for me to slam the trunk closed. They spent a couple of days and made it somewhat better, so good enough I guess. A week later, I go to open my trunk and my rear reverse light is full of water. They had installed a junk yard part and didn't notice it was cracked. No way I am bringing my car back there again so I buy a spare reverse light assembly off eBay and install it myself only to find they never properly installed the bumper. It was missing screws and fasteners (see attached photo).
Oh and the airbag light? They never could fix it so I had to go on my own to the dealership and have it fixed...$2,100! Thankfully insurance paid for it but while I'm there, they tell me my rear left brakes are seized. I ask them how this could be? I only go to the dealership for service and do it regularly and the last visit the pads were fine. They said "most likely improper storage when my car was being fixed". Their words not mine. That makes sense and explains the airbag electrical issue, dead car battery and flooded trunk. So another $500 for brake repair out of my own pocket.
You would be the end of the story right? Nope. Now my paint is peeling off! See attached pics. I can't even bring it back because I have no confidence it will be fixed.
In summary: NOT RECOMMENDED. I tried supporting a small local business but got burned. learned my lesson and will next time only use insurance recommend places.
I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here for service! They are amazing and very professional. They took care of everything for me and dealt with my insurance adjuster directly. I have never had an experience like this at any other shop EVER! I was referred to them by a family member who also had nothing but great things to say about the staff. I will never bring my car anywhere except for Patriots!!!!
I recommend to ask for Ali when you want to get your car fixed. He's so attentive to my needs and will handle all the difficulty. He was extremely helpful and made sure my car was in perfect condition before giving it back to me and constantly updating me on the progress of my car.
I had my Acura RDX fixed twice here already and both time they did a professional job. First I got side swiped and took it to Ali, He took care of the rest and returned me back a flawless car. Then my car's front bumper was cracked from an accident and again Ali took care of everything from giving me the best option on what to consider, to making sure my car was perfect before returning it to me.

After my accident this was the body shop that my insurance recommend. I was at first apprehensive because I already had a body shop I normally go to. From day one they treated me well, they gave me daily updates via text and my car was fixed 2 days prior to the estimated due date. Extra attention to detail and they explained the situation to me and they also cleaned my car inside out. They even returned my rental for me. I recommend it to anyone who needs repairs. My experience with Ali was awesome!

When I finally got my car back, the work was fantastic! Ali was available to answer all of my questions and provided me information I hadn't even considered. Top notch! Their work speaks for itself, for sure. The repairs look brand new (I bought my car new) and drives as well as it did prior. But it is really difficult these days to find great customer service and Patriots Auto Body really does a nice job of it a good experience. I would absolutely recommend them and they are now my "go to" place. Thanks to all who helped make my crappy situation a bit better and certainly less stressful - much appreciated!!!
Drove up, walked in the door, smiling Ali asks if he can help. Within just a few minutes he had my car in the workshop and the small job I had for him was completed and I was out the door. Great work,done well and at a reasonable price.
He gave me a tour of the shop and I met with some of the employees as well and I was convinced that I was in the right place. I will be back whenever my car has a need.

I have an old Honda that needed a little love. Patriots Autobody treated me and my family with such kindness and gratitude. Ali checked out my car and thoughtfully devised a repair plan that fit my needs and my budget. Before and after the repair, Ali walked me through the details of the repair. Afterward he explained how the repair went and some of the challenges he enjoyed working through.
Patriots Auto body went above and beyond my expectations for Autobody repair. They have my business for life.
