My mother called them last minute and then asked me to get her car down there for an oil change an hour before they closed when we were in the middle of getting 4 or 5 inches of snow...wish I could remember everyones name but this is the best I can do lol did a great job and it was quick hope it gets the crew a raise lol appreciate you guys
Went there on the weekend because my mechanic was closed and he sent me here for an exhaust leak. My mechanic when he told me to go here specifically said it doesn’t need a new intake manifold, because the leak was after the flux pipe. When i went there the mechanic came over and said that they would have to go at it from the intake manifold, then they gave me the quote and it was $1800, and days of labor, my trusted mechanic said they could knock it out in a few hours for $300-$400. I don’t recommended they tried to take advantaged of me.
I have my exhaust/muffler repaired and they did a clean job . .The customer service was friendly and engaging. I will be glad to have my car serviced at this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to for this place. Went there just to get a quote to fix a small exhaust leak. I had to wait almost 40 minutes just for them to quote me over $300 to fix it. I Left and went somewhere else and they did a beautiful job for 80$. If you want to overpay and waste your time you know where to go
Quoted me 240 over the phone, I was told it was 60 dollars per tires mounted and balanced on the same call, I got there and they told me 405 with a random unlabeled fee on my bill. Staff wasn’t welcoming and customer service was severely lacking as representatives were not upbeat and did not explain the sudden price increase when I got there.
The staff was great! I was passing through from out of state and asked them to do pre vehicle purchase inspection. They found major issues that the average person would never have found. This Meineke location, scheduled me immediately and found problems that would have cost me thousands of dollars. Thank you to the great staff!
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. The service was excellent and welcoming. They explained to me all the details with the troubles I was having with my vehicle. The end result was they were able to fix the problem for a great price. As a women having someone explain to me the problem in a way I could understand it will have me retiring in the future. They went above and beyond my expectations and was generous with their time.
Xavier put the car on the lift and identified the exhaust issue. The price and time to repair he mentioned were spot on. I will be a repeat customer to the Lowell Meineke shop!!!
The worst place ever to repair your car. The charge 3 times the regular price. Imagine I bought my car tires and went there just to install and was charged $400 I pleaded for $300 but was turned down. I went to VIP tire service just 4 minutes away and got it changed for $140 . I realized meineke have been over charging me all this years . If you ever find yourself at meineke to get your car fixed any price they charge don’t be scared of going elsewhere. You will thank me later
Brought my 2022 dodge challenger here for an oil pan gasket and rear main seal the part was only $150 but at the dodge dealer they want $3500 to do the job sameh at meineke took the car in fixed the problem and it was half of the dealer price plus the dealer did not have an appointment for over 2 months NO THANK YOU I will be coming to meineke from on now
I took my car to check a part that I thought was broken, after 1 hour they called me and told me that the car was ready, they reset the computer only , the car without changes for anything, I spent $260 at the dealer for the part, I changed it and the car works well . They just wasted my time, and I don't want to talk about the bad attitude for the attention of the man at the office , when I got to pick up my car he was sitting in a chair outside enjoying the heat of the sun, he gave me the keys and the only thing he said was his car is ready, ready it wasn't, it was the same way when I left it there, they didn't bother to look at what I told them was broken and I wanted them to fix it. I think they didn't feel like working or only there they do simple work like oil changes, brake repairs and simple things , I wasted my time and with a little patience and $260 the dealer's part I fixed it, I don't recommend it at all, something good is that they didn't charge me anything, of course they are going to charge for a job that they didn't want to do .
Charlie was amazing and so helpful! I would highly recommend. He even applied coupon deals without me asking. I will be back!! Also want to add I had all new tires, breaks and rotors and everything was done in under 24 hours!
I had a great experience with the whole crew here especially Xavier, Charlie, and Larry for really helping me out and making the process very smooth and easy for me. They fixed everything and were transparent and honest about what I needed. I will be back to this location for future services!

I always love the service at Meineke. Especially since my time is scarce. They get me in and out and the work is done to my satisfaction. I did not use their services this time around as I had limited funds available and the work was too pricey and didn't have the cash or the credit. All in all Its my top spot every time Great staff!
Not sure if this is only this community's atmosphere or just for this store that people here were not kind, even did not respond with active attitude to communicate with client. Also, I doubted their professionalism because receptionist could not answer when I asked rough estimation for brake rear and front side. Reservation does not work, first come first serve, so I had to wait long.
I greatly appreciated their honesty. My car needed major repair and the Manager went above and beyond to help me. He went the extra mile and found out that my car was under recall and recommended I take it to the dealership and I got it fixed for free! They saved me thousands of dollars in repairs!! Shows that they really care about their costumers and just on the honesty alone, I will be bringing my car back!
I came in to have a tire checked out for a leak. I was greeted by a friendly face and good vibes. The work was immediately taken care of, fixed and on my way in about 10 minutes. Great service and a great overall performance. Thank you!!
Was heading up to Maine for a vacation and had an issue with the brakes which needed an emergency brake repair. The guys were very sympathetic to our problem and they replaced all rotors and brake pads in a little over an hour. Highly recommend!
Brought my car in about a month ago for a check engine light and they quickly repaired the part. My light came back on this week and I brought the vehicle back today.
Meineke was upfront and informed me that the part they replaced a month ago was defective. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the part in less than an hour at no cost!
They were friendly, honest, and quick. I'll definitely be coming back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this place! I showed up with dangerously bad brakes—my car wasn’t even safe to drive, especially with my kids. It was almost closing time, but Charles and Corey still took the time to help me. They were absolute lifesavers! They got my car fixed, and even gave me a discount. On top of that, they were so polite and kind. Truly amazing customer service. I’m so grateful and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I think the people should be aware of Meineke car care center. That I was charge $178.34 Just to check at my one-wheel front brake pads and one wheel rear brake pads and parking brake shoe. The other wheel inside was not checked. The man doing the work. Had a tablet. And filming at all four wheels. [I ask the man to fix my parking brake cable. For there is three parts to my parking brake cable (1,2,3). The number 2 had broken.] It was the man had to check brake shoes before he would replace cable. My front pads was 1/2 worn. And rear brake shoe was 3/4 worn. Parking brake was good. So, in all this matter. The man said it will cost me $1400.00 to do the repair. I said no! Put my two wheels back on. I will fix it myself. But of course, I will ask someone else to replace my parking brake cable. All that was needed was a 22inch. center cable. And my son helped me to install it.
I went there to get my breaks done. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The manager was awesome and so were the two guys who helped me. I forgot their names but they were all very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely come back.
These guys are great. Absolutely not scammers. There’s been a couple times where I took my truck in to get looked at and they couldn’t find anything wrong so they waived the diagnostic fee. All the work I’ve ever had done there has been done timely and at the fairest prices. If you need work done but are wary of getting ripped off, take your car here. They’re all super nice too. I can’t stress enough how not-scummy and honest they are.
Wow! Charles and his team are amazing. Brought my car in for brakes as the dealership told me I was at a critically low level and were overcharging me. Not only was their price $200 less than the dealership, they told me that I did not even need the breaks yet as the dealership lied to me about it being critically low. Made me a customer for life with the honesty.
I’m writing this review from the waiting room amazed at how kind the employees here are. I came in for brakes not knowing what to expect for pricing. My car is 4 wheel drive. The guy was honest and took me into the garage to show me what he saw and explain everything to me. He told me only my back brakes needed to be replaced. Any other place would have done all 4 brakes for the money. They did find a ripped boot on my front axel but said it’s not something that needs to be done right away. I can do it another time. Again, any other place would have made it seem urgent for the money. I haven’t even been here an hour and my car is almost done. I’ll be paying $499 plus tax when another shop would have charged me over $1000 finding “problems” that need to be fixed. I definitely found my new mechanic.
1st I have to say I've only been to Meineke this 1 time. I had an alignment done and FYI its around 30% higher priced than your average garage. I had an alignment 2 months ago at a local garage and it still WASN'T aligned...SOO I go to Meineke and even though I paid $200 here, its great now and I guess when you go to a place that does this a lot versus my local garage that does every and anything thrown there way..lol. Yeah $130 seemed great but it wasn't done right soo Meineke stepped up and it definitely feels a lot better than before. I will update this in a couple of months if any issues arise.
