Owner cussed me out, made me cry, talked to me like I was stupid. Waving and waving his hands at me agressively. Very unprofessional and the poor lady that answers the phone, he's even mean to her. Lost my phone in a wreck and my phone was lost. But I have phone finder and it's in his yard wouldn't let me look. He also works with police so be careful what you say. He don't even deserve any star.
Call up try to get a form from somebody. Offic doesn’t open up until 930 person that answered the phone was rude. Oh you blame us lady your car been here10 or 12 days and now you wanna sit up there and blame us for it but they’ve made money I understand they work all night, but an efficient businesses run to where they overlap and have scheduled hours they have to work and then you have a ground crew which one or two people should be in the office to collect payment to sign the cars out to where they can be delivered where they need to be fixed I work for one of the biggest companies in the world and I seriously doubt they got that way by the way these guys are working. It’s a joke. One guy who works here just walked over. I asked him excuse me Sir you work here oh, it doesn’t open till 930 came over to see what the guys were doing fixing the building and then proceeded to walk back over wherever he came from didn’t bother to help just sitting here waiting for somebody to open the door where I can sign a simple piece of paper all because they did a screw up by giving a husband some woman’s car and he wrecked it not my problem is it no you need a business manager? That’s why you got a rating of 1.7.
If I could give this a -0 star , I would. I do not know how this man runs a business. Treats customer terribly. Even the phone calls I witnessed how he spoke to the customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Made us run in circles about picking up our car with THE DRIVER present. Because my husbands god daughter did not have her ( picture id onhand ) but had other identification showing it was her ( she also showed him a PICTURE of her her ACTIVE license , that she had in her phone. He also required a driver with a license which my husband was there with active license, this man began to give him a hard time as to who would be driving the car, since the purpose was my husband bringing his god daughter to pick up her car, after a whole run around my husband decided leave and dropped off his car , came back in an uber AGAIN WITH HIS LICENSE AND THE OWNER of the vehicle and her Identification when they arrived he was questioning how they arrived and proof of uber receipt. . Had to threaten to call authorities to get our car. Treated ver very poorly doing unnecessary runs! It should have been resolved the first time!
Christopher is so rude, condescending with zero customer service skills. My daughter's car was totally lost, at first it was driven to Carstar for repair. Because Carstar told us the car repair will cost a lot, they made me sign to remove all my daughter's belongings because the car will tow away. It seems Carstar tried to reach to my daughter, as a busy Nurse Practitioner and knowing everything was done she was unable to contact Carstar. Suddenly she received a certified letter from Christopher, as I mentioned earlier, she is a busy psyche NP and she got the letter days later. Once we received the letter, my daughter and I went to Carstar and someone at Carstar called in our presence and told us to bring the car title to Christopher. I personally contacted Christopher, he didn't even show respect to the guy at Carstar. He said over the phone and in person and I quote:" The guy at Carstar can't make any decision on behalf of me". When I brought the title to him, this is the first time ever I met a rude person like that and he is condescending. He told me that he didn't need the car and charged me $1300.00 from June 9 to July 7. And the worst thing, Carstar told me to bring the car title to him according to their conversation and I went to the place June 26, unfortunately he was out of town/city. When I told him what he can do for me, he told me at the beginning that he didn't need the car finally he charged me $1000.00 and
he kept the car(2010 Toyota Corolla with low mileage ) a $300.00 value. As a Medical Technologist, I don't and won't tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone in any way.
Awful establishment. They towed me bc my sticker fell off my windshield and onto the dashboard from my own apartment building. Can’t get the car back for days.
And the kicker, they’re mad at me for being frustrated. WHO WOULDN’T BE FRUSTRATED. These guys think they’re doing you a favor towing your car and holding it hostage.
They towed my car from my apartment and then I called and I got into a heated argument with the person over the phone he was very rude they like arguing with people and when I got to the yard and payed my car didn’t Start they made me pay 75 to jump start my car even tho I had the jumper already and the workers started to talk shit to me this whole company need to be shut down
The owner cussed me out (after cussing at his own employee) and refused to provide me information on my vehicle afterwards. Super unprofessional. Worthy of negative stars.
Absolutely the worst experience ever, the lack of customer service and attention to detail is horrible. Lowell Pd notified and filed complaint on their actions and behaviors.
The girl in office had zero common sense, called multiple times to ask if my mother could go down to get my brothers keys out . We are told yes and then get there and not allowed . So either she is deaf or just lacking and sense .
Lowell PD you can do better for a towing company then this !!!! Don’t use them !! Horrible service and poor quality of service.
Horrible place, the owner is super rude and very disrespectful my car got towed for 1 hour and when I called them they refused to give me a price over the phone when I went to get the car they charged me $300 mind you the place where they picked up my car from is 4 min away from the Christopher’s towing, i honestly think this place should be close down because they are robbing people, very dishonest!!!!!!!! And also where my car was parked did not have any sign saying I couldn’t park there

NEGATIVE STARS. This company should be put out of business. The people took advantage of my younger brother, who had a small accident and was in shock. The tow truck driver convinced him that his car was completely totaled and refused to tow the truck to our home, which was two blocks away. Instead, he towed the truck two towns away and refused to let us access the car until the following day. This company had the car in its possession for approximately 10 hours and they charged my brother $500, then wanted to charge another $200 to tow the truck back to our home. On top of that, their customer service etiquette was extremely poor, as the staff member spoke to us with a discourteous and nasty tone.
If you can prevent using this diabolically unprofessional service, please do so at all costs!!!
