They did an excellent job in a very difficult spot on the interstate . Should be commended on the dangerous position they were in at a heavy rush hour traffic time.
Do not use this place they are ripp off. They use you're bad situation for there own benefit they will charge you Arm And A Leg if u ever call them. Avoid this place at All times.
They towed my truck literally 5 minutes away and charged me a ridiculous bill for $9000 they just want to rob everyone. The people over there have such nasty attitude. The owner Bill, is very rude. And then he has the nerve to say i should be happy he didn't charge more
Horrible company with zero liability. If your car is vandalized on their property, good luck, they’ll charge you for all their fees and tell you they hope you have coverage. Do not recommend. No accountability or sincere apologies just corporate responses coming from the actual owner in person. 9 months pregnant and without a vehicle due to their four foot fence they regard as a “safe site”. My car was just fine up until I went and paid $350 for their towing of my car and I go to get it in that condition with a shrug as if it was my fault.
Who the heck charges 9k to tow a truck 15 minutes away, the fact that you drive the truck to the destination, not towed it. This should be a crime. Bunch of crooks. There should be law suits against these guys, I seen a lot of other reviews having the same issues, hidden fees and crazy charges. Would not recommend anyone to do business with these crooks unless you want to go bankrupt after their bill.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. First, the estimated arrival time kept changing. I was told 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting nearly two hours with no proactive update. When I called for a status check, the person on the phone sounded annoyed and acted like I was inconveniencing them. When the driver finally arrived, there was no apology for the delay. Communication was minimal, and I felt rushed the entire time. On top of that, the pricing was higher than what I was initially quoted, with extra fees that were never clearly explained beforehand. If you’re already dealing with the stress of a broken-down vehicle, the last thing you need is poor customer service and surprise charges. I would not recommend this towing company and will definitely look elsewhere next time.
The drivers are well schooled on their job,. They are polite and do seem to go out of their way. Gabriel is who I had servicing the call and he was just wonderful. NORTHEAST MA AREA, SOUTH HADLEY MA.

Justin, the driver, was fantastic—knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. He backed up the camper perfectly on the very first try, which was incredible to watch. This place is a rip off! My boyfriend brot my nieces to 6 flags gets pulled over 2 miles away from 6 flags goin53mph in a 45 (ridiculous) Apparently he didn’t have a license even tho he did the driving class but wtv another issue. I had to drive 1 1/2hrs had to stop at the police station as well and u guys aren’t on google the agawam location so I thot u were closing at 5 trying to find u guys and the cops gave me the number without the area code. But wtv I finally figured it out called at 430 was told u closed at 4 now I hafta pay an extra $132. Then an extra $20 to use a debit card = $639 for an in a town tow. That’s ridiculous!! In the business to rip people off. God for bid they allow us to use our triple A for free. I had a police tow in Gardner before and it was under $200! U guys make up fees commercial plates police tow after hours and debit card fees. $639 for a 1 mile tow. Grosssss
Horrible service, I hired them to move an excavator to location on the pike. I gave the exact location to the office manager Emma was extremely rude. Their driver dropped the excavator off 5 miles further away at the wrong location. When I called them to get it picked up and brought to the right location Emma told that she was not going to be able to do until the following day. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Then they still billed me for the move. You think they could have worked out a deal since it was their mistake, nope charged me full price and had to hire another company to move the equipment to the right location. Horrible customer service.
In response to the management, I apologize you did credited me $300 on $800+ bill. And I had to pay another company to come move it for another $800. I checked my records and I don't see where we used your company. I have been using the other company ever since. I remember when my 17 year old cousin visited me at McDonald's and her car wouldn't start. Rob offered to give her a jump. Then he tried to charge her for it! She refused to pay as he had not informed her that he was going to charge her for it, she just thought he was being kind. He called the police and naturally they sided with the child.
Just want to say thank you to Jay for helping my friend Jorge out of his yard. We tried everywhere and Hampshire towing is the only genuine people willing to help. Got his car out with no problem after I was able to help him get his tires free of ice. This will be the only tow company if I ever need to call in the future. Thank you so much!!!!!
Great service. Eddie M was very skilled at his job and managed to get my car out from between two others easily. Despite claiming to only have been working with the company for a couple months, he clearly knew what he was doing. Very professional service, will definitely be calling again if I need a tow.
Hampshire towing and pleasant street auto are the only place we will use for our vehicles. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the pricing is honest and straight forward with great communication through the process and the shop dog Remington really provides a welcoming environment in the office
This is the worst towing company ever. They don’t disclose prices and they will do things as if it’s complimentary and it’s not. There A scam especially the manager I believe EMMA she is so rude and the worst. I don’t recommend their services to anyone. The driver didn’t have any information seemed lost and didn’t have any knowledge of anything. Seemed like they picked him up from the street and said here just drive to these addresses. I want to talk to upper management the general manager she called herself was very rude impolite and unprofessional
Absolutely terrible service, purchased a repo vehicle and wasn't allowed to jump start with my own pack since it was on their property. Hampshire charged me over $150 to jump start the vehicle (don't worry it was discounted to $100), and when I went to pay the "fee" online I was charged $3.70 to use their glorious website. What a bunch crooks stay away if you don't like to pay hundreds in pointless fees.
Quick friendly service in a timely fashion. 130 bucks for 5 mile tow hurts but no clue how they'd compare price wise as only ones offered service right away. Happy job got done
Driver showed up an hour after dispatch said they would. Driver blamed dispatch for the delay, dispatch blamed the driver. The driver was very professional, safe and courteous. Dispatch said a supervisor would contact me which never happened. Prices are 50% higher than other local companies, I checked while waiting. I'll never use this service again. Always use local services. Dean's was great, this company is horrible.
Axle broke while leaving Walmart and they were so professional. They came quick and Aaron made me feel so comfortable. He was amazing! His truck was so clean and you could tell he took pride it

I was here and they have towed a car for me and they did a fantastic job. They are a AAA provider. However in the interest of honesty my son works for this company so of course I do have a bias toward them. The company treats my son very well and he has high regard for their standards of operations. So yes I would recommend Hampshire towing should you need such services. Please when you see a tow truck working on the highway SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER THE LIFE YOU SAVE COULD BE MY SON!!!
After spending 6 hours on the side of the road over an hour away waiting for AAA to show up and repeated phone calls and promises to be there it was excuse after excuse. I called Hampshire towing which is located on the same street I live on an hour away not thinking that they would come all the way out to Milford ma, to get me, to my shock and disbelief Jenn from Hampshire towing sent out a tow truck right away to come pick me up. Dwayne from Hampshire towing was there as promised by Jenn and Dwayne himself who also called me to let me know his ETA which was a godsend after 6 hours broke down and repeated false promises from AAA. Dwayne showed up on time as promised and was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I will use Hampshire towing for all of my towing and repair needs. Thank you so much for coming to get me. It may seem like no big deal to some, but it's something I will never forget...
I was towed a short distance when my car died on the way home from Vermont. Chris was my driver and he was very polite and professional. He was even diverted off a call to get me picked up quicker. Great service all around. Made a stressful night a little better.
ok my worked truck died at 10 pm in a not so great area of the city. It was cold out ,when I called for a tow the first concern from their dispatcher " Conner " was if I was safe. Not only did the wrecker arrive in a timely fashion. The dispatcher called me 3 times to check in on me and update me on the ETA of the tow. Great out fit great experience. Thanks guys good job
My vehicle was hit and totaled by another driver the night before Thanksgiving, which was stressful to say the least. I am so grateful that Hampshire Towing was called to tow and store my vehicle as I go through the process with the insurance companies. They gave me a list of my rights and provided me with sound advice on how to handle my claim. The gentlemen that helped me get my plates off, Guy, was so sweet. I would highly recommend them - they handled this frustrating experience with great customer service and empathy.
