My car body was just fix. But oh my goodness they did a great job even clean the inside of my car to the point I didn’t recognize it! Thank you Matt! Way to go!
I spoke with Matt the body man, he told me he would take care of my car, also told me that he would take care of any under carriage work, well I complained about my exhaust and the loud noise it was making when I picked the car up and started it up still had loud noise, apparently he never sent it for a mechanic to look at it. Also since I was rear ended he said he would send it for a wheel alignment no documentation of the alignment and just my luck he is out sick when I'm picking my car up. Now the car has been there since January 2nd, today is the sixteenth and apparently Lee the mechanic is going to look at the exhaust system or try to locate the loud noise. Something I told Matt all along apparently he didn't care about what I said or even the courtesy to call me back.

I worked with Matt and the guys in paint to get a fender painted for my car. Matt met with me on a Monday and he and one of the painters color matched my car, took the fender, and said they'd be in touch. By Thursday they had the fender done, and the paint was almost an exact match! No blending needed, and even though i know which fender I replaced, it's hard to tell. Pleasant Street Auto does good work at a good price.
Granted, an oil change is not the most elaborate service for a car, but the staff and techs at PSA were nevertheless exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. I had a few questions and all were answered. As others have pointed out, the waiting area is very comfortable, including a children's area, with a wide variety of reading material. There is guest WiFi. Even better, there are photo albums and albums of thank-you notes from customers, and organizations to which the shop has offered its time and resources. And there's a fabulous picture book of serious tow trucks. I didn't even get to the large volume of Norman Rockwell paintings. Finally, the cost of the oil service (5W-20, 4 quarts + filter) was noticeably less than the chain outfits. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied. (I am further grateful for being able to retrieve a favorite travel mug I left.) Even though I will be moving to Boston, I may well make the trip to this location for future service -- and to visit the Pioneer Valley.
I went to Pleasant Street Auto to have body work done when someone hit my parked car. The body shop workers/manager was awesome. They took care of me and my car the whole way through. I will definitely go back.
Very personable staff. Prices are reasonable and the company does not change the end price from the quote like some other repair shops in the area. Staff is more than willing to review the issue with the customer and discuss options.

Love this place, honest assessment of vehicle. Body work, detailing, engine work, and car rental all at the same place. You can also drop your vehicle off any time of day or night.
