very unhelpful while getting my car towed late at night. very secretive about all their fees they “forget” to mention until you’re already there and have to pay them or leave and go to an atm. as well as an after hours fee of $100 which wasn’t mentioned at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. very scummy on their part. just be upfront about stuff so people can preparer accordingly to get their vehicle back instead of trying to nickel and dime everyone

My Kia EV6 would not start. Dakota was great, understood EVs, and had me up and running in no time.

I broke down on the side of 91 after 7pm, while en route to northern New Hampshire after driving 11.5 hours up from Virginia. After calling AAA and still not being picked up 2 hours later, Mass State Police came along, and Ernie's Towing came to get my car. The driver (I wish I got his name) was very kind and helpful. I'm not sure if he realized I was a bit frantic, it being so late at night, but he took very good care of my car, used dollies to protect my AWD as he didn't have a flat bed, and he kept up with my chatter, putting me at ease. I'm super thankful to him for everything. These drivers work very hard and put up with people who are not at their best; the care he took for both me and my car is appreciated.

The service was great!! 5 stars. The driver was much more timely than the road service agent had indicated. Great customer service provider.

Driver was amazing. He was running behind so he actually called to let me know, and to tell me that since I wasn’t going with him for the tow, I could just go inside (car was being towed from my house) and leave the keys on the seat and he’d take care of it since it was late at night, and he’d only call me back if there were any issues. Sure enough, he came and grabbed it and towed it without me having to wait. I thought that was super awesome of him. But I always have a great experience with Ernie’s.

Shawn came promptly, provided helpful advice, and took the time to follow us to a nearby gas station to make sure that our vehicle was performing properly. In a stressful situation his friendliness and assistance were just great. I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Had an unfortunate 2 tire blowout early morning on the way to work. I called and a nice lady answered the phone and was able to get someone dispatched to my location in under a 1/2 hour. The young man who towed my vehicle was professional and accommodating. He had my Jeep hooked in no time and allowed me to ride with him to my workplace (where car was towed to). 5 stars to all that helped!

Don't waste your time Have had two experiences with Ernie's. Spoken with at least 6 employees if not more, and only one competent one. Thank you to that literally one helpful man who also rolled his eyes at how horrible the service desk was doing. Go to Aaron's towing, even if you have AAA they'll help you through that.

Ernie’s Towing was a complete life saver! My daughter locked her keys, phone, computer and everything else in her car two hours away from me at school! I had to communicate to Ernie’s towing for her to get the car unlocked. They were so fast and helpful to me and my panicking daughter! I would give 100 stars if I could!

You guys were terrific. You started my car and we’ve been driving it ever since. We’re at the shopping mall and it’s going great. I hope that tomorrow morning I’ll be able to start the car. The battery has never died on me before not like this morning.

It was a wonderful experience. They were super quick in getting there and changing my tire and Gave me a recommendation of a location to get a new tire because I wouldn’t make it home with the spare. Thanks so much!!

Have been unfortunate enough to be in two car accidents in the past 3 years. The first time Ernie's refused me access to my car to get my work tools so I wouldn't get fired. I had to call the police to learn that they're not allowed to hold my stuff. Hostage and I went and picked up my. Today I was hit by a drunk driver crushed my sternum. I'm not going to be able to work for a while and it's going to rain all week. So I want to get my expensive work tools back. Same trick they said they're not. We're not allowed access to our own property. These people are thieves Do everything you can to protect what you own because they're trying to let it get destroyed in their lot or they're trying to sell the stuff but they are not just there to protect your property which is what the police contracts them to do. They should not be on the police's vendor list. I will do everything to make sure they are not for much longer

Ernie’s saved us from a huge bind when a shipping company canceled on us day of for the transport of a motorcycle two hours away, during our move. The crew and dispatch was extremely helpful, professional, and five stars from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Donnie has helped me with tires and towing on multiple occasions and he is always prompt, kind, respectful, and informative. He makes sure I understand everything and he clearly knows his stuff. I’m grateful for his help and his kindness and I give him my highest recommendation.

I called at 12:30 PM; the tow truck arrived at 1:00. I could track the location of the tow truck as it approached my vehicle. The tow truck driver took real care pulling my vehicle out of the snow to make sure it we as not damaged. The driver had to try several different ways of extracting the vehicle and was extremely patient. Thank you Ernie's and Mick (the driver).

The driver was amazing. He was prompt as soon as AAA got their crap together. My husband said he was happy with the service he provided. He would highly recommend Ernie’s truck anyone.

Very responsive and friendly. Jonathan was Great. He was courteous, called with an estimated arrival time and was very punctual. I requested my car be taken to a shop about 25 miles away and he agreed to take it there without any issues. I would recommend Ernie's to others.

Did not call to let me know car was dropped off after repeatedly asking so I can be on site when they arrive. Car sat for roughly half hour with keys in center console. Anyone could have walked by opened door and stole car or taken my work tools from vehicle. Think after $500 which is outrageous for 13 miles be more respectful of someone’s property

Zachery was knowledgeable, kind and very patient. We had a great conversation on the way to the tire place and I just want to say that Ernies Towing is lucky to have him as an employee!

My experience was very excellent. The person that they sent to us his name was decor. He did a good job very patient very polite well matter and to be honest I love the job the way he helped my sister. I give it a 10 and beyond thank you and God bless you

Had to have my car picked up from my place and towed to Subaru to be fixed. We arranged the tow the day prior, he called me this morning when he was 15/20 minutes away. I made it simple for him and got my car into a position he could easily hook it up and tow. He got there on time, was very nice & respectful. Hooked my car up with ease and dropped it off at the dealership for me!

I want to thank Zack D again for his superior service, knowledge and courtesy ! It was a AAA call to extricate my car from a steep driveway where I was stuck. The first AAA driver couldn't do it, but Zack had no trouble in solving the tow issues in pulling out the car safely. He arrived very quickly after being dispatched too !

Ernie’s ROCKS!! I had a tire blow out on RT 91 and after waiting 2 hours for AAA I called Ernie’s and they arrived in 30 minutes. From the person I spoke with on the phone to the person who changed my tire - they were both super nice. Mind you it was 8pm at night in wind driven pouring rain. Highly recommend this company?

No complaint. We called AAA. Ernie’s came, loaded our truck on theirs, and moved it halfway across Massachusetts to where we needed it. The driver was polite, competent, and kept us informed. I hope we never need them again, but I’m glad they are there if we do.
