I think this was the best experience I've ever had with a business. Dave is an amazing person, very genuine and caring. I wish there were more businesses who had owners like him. He got me in and my car on a lift instantly. Sat me down explained everything. Had my car fixed in and out in an hour the next day. Don't bother wasting your time looking elsewhere.
This business doesn't not work with the customer. They work with insurance. Everyone knows that a 4 wheel drive truck needs to change all 4 tires not just one. Dave insisted Insurance never pays for 4 tires, actually he never asked because they did pay for 4 tires.

I actually went to this place based upon the ratings. I worked with Dave. Humorous and great personality. He went out of his way to ensure I was getting the best prices on the part I needed, which was a car door.
Dave got me the best price around for the work hands down. Very affordable. Not your average shop, and I highly recommend it!

Great customer service. Had a rear window replacement. Same day called them and same day installation. Less than an hour had my service done. If you want any type of body work done or any of the services they provide, Please do your self a favor and give them a call. I rate them a 5 PLUS.

One Star is what they deserve for saying one thing and doing another,if you are not sure what is the delivery date for the customer is don't assume we all know what happens when you assume Had to resolve by getting a rental because of the fact that they are waiting for 1 part and they originally said it would be ready.never again will go somewhere else.
This place sucks for inspections go somewhere else, they are way to picky they will fail u for a little scratch on ur windshield, they play favorites here. The passed a guy with a loud exhaust but failed me for a little scratch. There are ridiculous.
I recently just dropped my car off and I’m already giving a review because the customer service was amazing. Great people, so friendly and helpful. Getting stuff done on your vehicle can be nerve racking as it is,and i was just comfortable. I took my car in for a number of little dents and dings and scrapes around the car. Worked with John and he was great to work with ! They were reasonable and did the work quickly and I am very pleased! I was so pleased took my daughters car in for bumper repair immediately after mine was fixed! Highly Recommend! I went in for an estimate and I have never been so informed about the process of repairing a car. The owner walked me through the high price scenario and the low price scenario. I spent time discussing my accident and some friendly conversation with the owner and his wife who also works with him in the main office. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend.
Terrible experience!! Had my car rejected due to a tiny crack in the taillight lens and the owner refused to tell me why he failed me. I had to figure it out on my own and he simply said "if you can't figure it out come back and I'll fix it for you..." obviously for another fee. When I returned with the tail light that I had to completely replace, it was obvious they were doing everything in their power to fail me again. Digging into the replaced light for no reason instead just making sure the signals worked. Courtesy doesnt have a cost but clearly these people have none!

When I lived in town I would get my car inspected here all the time! Professional and courteous staff and knowledgeable and big hearted owner. They have been around for 30+ years and go the extra mile every time. Detailed bodywork checked and rechecked for perfection. Highly recommended!
This place is amazing... Our car was hit by someone at a parking lot that was not a good person and ran off without an IM SORRY note and in less than a week we had the car back. They took care of the appraisal and dealing with the insurance company, that process itself is time consuming... I know I work for insurance. The staff is super friendly, and when we picked up the car you can see the staff making sure we were happy with what they have done. They even washed the car, and cleaned it inside. Thumbs up for you guys!!! Not the we want to go again, but for the future FUTURE lol this is our place to go. If you want experienced, friendly, fast and down to earth staff this should be the place you bring your car.
This locally owned shop is outstanding. Dave and his team do great and quality work. They genuinely care about their customers and the work that they put forward. This is my third time taking my car to this shop and every time I pick up my car, I walk out with a smile. The customer service is spectacular and they take pride in the work that they do. They fix little scratches, big dents and even do inspections. I recommend this auto work shop, especially because of the end results; you won't be disappointed!
Dave and Company were fantastic! Dave stayed past business hours just to explain step by step the work my car would require. He was very patient and professional. I had been shopping around for quotes and even though he knew this, he did not make me feel pressured like other auto shops had. They had an opening right away and even finished the job sooner than expected. My car looks brand new! Thank you so much, will definitely recommend to others.
I'm a single mom and needed a sticker for my jeep. I had work done at another shop and they reset my computer chip so I coudnt pass. They told me to drive it for about 100 miles to give the chip a chance to reset and come back. I arrived about a half hour after closing on the weekend on the last day my sticker was due. The owner and his wife helped me out anyways so I could drive legally. They explained everything to me In a way that I (not being a motor head) could understand. The owner even replaced a bub for me at no cost to get a sticker because i only had enough money on me to cover the inspection. These are great compassionate perople!
Dave was Phenomenal!!!! I got into a minor fender bender, and had to have my bumper fixed. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the car, from when they ordered the parts, to when they would be working on it. the whole process took, less than a week. They were very personable. I would definitely recommend them! :)
I cannot believe anybody could be so rude, never ever in my life. The owner Dave I don’t think he knows what customer service is. He has had our car for 10 days, he never gave us an extimate as to how much is going to cost to repair, did not give us a time frame as to when he was going to finish the work, when my husband calls he is not available to be spoken to. We have had a rental car this whole time and paying on it. All my husband wanted to find out was whether he was going to finish the work today so we can return the rental before the holidays. He got on the phone so upset, yelling, raining insults at my husband telling him “normal people” don’t call the shops as often as he is doing and that he doesn’t have the right to call the shop asking when he is going to be done. PLEASE STAY OUT OF THERE. DAVID IS RUDE!!!!!!!
