Mike at Felix's is not only a great mechanic but also a trustworthy, no nonsense guy. He's taken care of our cars for years. Such a great adviser on what should and shouldn't be done on our vehicles. Really appreciate everything they've done for us.
I called and asked when I could have a tow in to have a tire taken off a seized wheel patched. I was told the tow driver was out and to try back in an hour. When I called back they didn’t know when he would be available and would not be able to give me a time. I was then hung up on by Felix. Do not waste your time with this place as they will waste yours.
Best full service gas station around. Owner Felix is there all day everyday for any questions you may have for service. Also the station atendents are always respectful, kind, and ready to help.

I did use to like them but they just charged me $200 for a new gas cap. They definitely knew immediately what issue my car had, and kept it for 7h to look for a leak to charge me more. I’m very upset.
Not a good place to take your car. I was charge $96 for nothing. My passenger side front window couldn’t go down and I drop my car off for a diagnostic and possible fixing. After a few hours I got a call from one of the mechanic saying; his exact words “ 1. My driver side power window switch was no good, 2. He has to fix the switch first before he can tell if there’s going to be another problem “. What? I thought you diagnosed a car as a mechanic and recommend what need to be fix. Long story short it wasn’t my driver side power window switch, it was my front passenger side window motor that needed to be replaced. He lie to me and collected my $96. Now! don’t get me wrong I believe the owner is a good and honest person, but as you know some employees will always steal.
i've brought several cars here and they always do a decent job. they are not super personable, and twice on an older car the same issue came back within a week. again, older car, but still, mad annoying.
No customer service, very unprofessional, disrespectful and if Micheal or whatever his name was, If you don't like your job and don't know how to talk to ppl then you should work for McDonald's. Would love to tell whoever in charge how he spoke to me..the guy is very lucky.
Have been to Felix's garage twice one was an emergency situation in which they helped me immensely. The second was a scheduled maintenance work in they done a excellent job with the work they done. Very professional and fair prices.
Mike and the other guy are the first mechanics I've trusted in a long time. They actually talked me out of replacing my ac compressor which would have cost about $1200. I think that speaks for itself.
After a quick conversation with Mr Felix, I sent my Nissan 370Z Roadster to his shop and they took well care of the vehicle and fixed the problem. Definitely I will count with them as my personal mechanics moving forward to work on all our vehicles. Thanks to Felix and his team work.
I brought in my Nissan on Saturday to schedule an appointment. I was told to bring it in 7 am on Monday so they can look over, give me a price and fix it on Monday. I was told I would get a call prior to noon with a cost of the repair and it would be available for pick up the same day. I never received the call. When I call them ( for the first time ) I was immediately told “ if you keep calling it’s going to take longer “, and that my car would have to stay over night. That was my first call and I was on the line for 30 seconds. I have been pumping gas at this location for 6 years, that will no longer be happening, I have utilized their automotive repair services and that will no longer be happening. They also didn’t take my name down for the ownership of the car, so any random person could’ve asked for my keys and taken my vehicle. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.
EXCELLENT service!! My Mom had a screw in her tire and I called this service station and I was told that they could patch the tire and to drive over. When we arrived I went in and was greeted. Even though the garage was busy, the mechanic took me right in and patched the tire! I was so pleased as my mother was extremely nervous about her tire being punctured. I highly highly highly recommend Felix’s. Excellent service and I appreciate being taken care of immediately! Thanks so much! My mom said she is going to switch mechanics!
I went to Felix’s a while back for some new spark plugs and had a good experience, but was very impressed even more recently when I went in for help troubleshooting my cooling system. There were no leaks in the system, but at highway speeds, my Jeep would overheat if I did not crank the heat full blast inside the car. After calling a different mechanic in the area closer to my house and hearing that they would not be able to take me for a week, I decided to give Felix’s a call. They said to come over that afternoon and got to work right away. Since there were no obvious leaks in my system and the repair could have entailed anything from a faulty radiator or water pump (both expensive) to something much simpler, Mike took the time to investigate before charging me for something that I did not actually need. It turns out all I needed was a new radiator cap, which I was pleasantly surprised to hear considering that many other mechanics that I have gone to have tried to rake me over the coals for something like this. Mike got ahold of the part right away and even with requiring about an hour and a half of labor for tracing the lines and some trial and error, I walked out with a bill of only $51, including the part. Planning on going back to Felix’s for their great service and availability as well as honest pricing from hear on out. Highly suggest giving them a try!
Very satisfied with their work. They are very friendly and not afraid to fix simple things without charge. They even took my car to get my inspection sticker after repairing my emergency brakes. I would recommend them as so far my experience with them has been great. I hope and pray that they stay in business because good honest mechanics are rare these days.
Felix is the place to go ,they are traditional mechanics who never charges a penny more than their job is worth,some times I think they even undercharges for what they do.
