They were awesome. Picked me up within 15 minutes and were very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be my go to if I ever need a tow again.
Francisco came to our rescue at 1:30 am when our car unexpectedly got a flat o. i91 in Chicopee. After picking up our car, He stayed with us while we tried to get an Uber, which we couldn’t do at that hour in Chicopee! Francisco offered to give the three of us and two dogs a ride to a local hotel before dropping off our car at a tire center. He was amazing! Super kind, very professional. Highly recommend.
My daughter's car was stuck off the highway and they responded quickly. They towed it to our garage 15 miles away and we thought we would have to pay hundreds of dollars but they were very reasonably priced. Would use them again for sure.
Worst company they didn't give me a chance to leave while i was in my vehicle at autozone had a check engine light I didn't know u can't park there paid 100$ for no reason trash and don't want them near my house or family lucky I didn't call the boss from that company cause autozone let's u park there quick when u got a check engine light
Trash company they almost took my truck tdy cause I went to autozone to change my wriper blade and I was there talkin to him nicely he made me pay 100$, they hungry for money and don’t work with ppl it was quick

I recently called for a tow from FJR towing the driver arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He used extra caution when loading & unloading my mustang due to it being lowered. They also have the best prices in the area, I’d highly recommend them for all your towing needs.

Was down town spfld making a delivery parked at the apartment I was delivering items, to return to seeing my vehicle being towed away as I’m watching them drive away with my car I called the company stating I was right there working on my order, when I arrived to the tow yard trying to explain I was not gone long as I’m delivering to the downtown apartments driver was very rude starting “yelling two hundred dollars over and over , stating if I had my blinkers on he wouldn’t of hooked my car up, like really it’s in the parking lot,,this got me very upset they haven’t had my vehicle for a day, yet if anything 30-40 min this place is a rip off taking hard earned people money over charging just to get your vehicle down when they do not even have it for a day, we both called the police. And words were exchanged, I was pissed being charged when that money could of gone to more important things in my life.
FJR assisted in helping one of our insured whom was in need. Great service will definitely request them in the future if needed. Very friendly and prompt service willing to work with us at the insurance company
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before so that alone should should speak to how great the service was. I was stranded with a broken down car and a phone on 10% and these guys came in a timely manner and helped out. The driver was great, letting me use his charger and dropping me off at my house (3 minutes from the garage). Overall super helpful would definitely recommend!

I was stranded in enfield after a miserable day and just so happened to ask a kind gentlemen to change my tire. Then the jack was rotted out so he used the truck to raise my car. I am forever thankful and blessed as I have an infant and my 11 YO son in the car. There are still kind caring folks in the world. Very appreciative! He put my spare tire on and saved the day!

It’s easy for towing companies to take advantage of the difficult situation people are in when they need a tow, and I got the opposite treatment from Jose. If everyone at FJR is like him, it’s a great company.
I've used FJR towing services twice now. Both drivers where fast to respond, took amazing care of my vehicle loading securing and transporting. Hard to find a company for a long distance tow in Rural Massachusetts. There not the cheapest there not the most expensive there the most fair priced and I feel comfortable and know my vehicles are in good hand's. Definitely the only company in the future I'm calling

FJR Towing is bar far the BEST towing service in the area! We were traveling late in a commercial moving truck and had a flat tire. Thirty minutes after our call to them. We were picked up and towed to a local tire shop they recommended. It was a very easy transaction. We have never had a tow service that fast. Tow companies usually have you waiting up to 3 hours or more so this was definitely unusual timely service! If you are ever in need of any time of road service don’t use anyone else except FJR Towing!!! Yes this is a real review!!!
I am not able to say enough nice things about this company I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When I called for a quote I got an Exact number and no none sense. I have an insane schedule and they worked with me to pick up my car and towed it to the dealership. If you ever have towing needs would 10/10 would recommend!
