hands down one of the worst dealerships around, they know nothing about cars and sell cars that won't even pass inspection. if you decide to come here for a car just expect the car to brake down on you within the first month. everything here is a rust bucket that's not been professionally inspected by a reliable licensed ma mechanic. coming here is simply just a waste of time and money if you want a reliable car and your moneys worth look for a different dealer
They failed to call me back for payment because they didn't have anyone at the office to process the payment. Then turned around and charged me a late payment and put a hold on my Triple AAA card.
This place is a great place to take your vehicle the mechanics know there job and honest and I'm happy i took my vehicles to this shop, keep up the good work guys.
Terminals were loose. They told me they will replace it. The pictures below are how they fix things. Obviously they didn’t feel like replacing the terminal but instead of putting a battery shim like a normal person would, they put a screw and ruined the battery. Car failed inspection they act like they don’t know what’s wrong. They have 37 years of experience but couldn’t figure out why the front end was failing inspection 😂 they try and get you to go to an inspection bay that they recommend so it will pass don’t do it. I bought a used car here in a pinch because my new one got totaled luckily I know how to fix most things. Would not recommend coming here.
Not sure how they got so many good reviews. Blows my mind. Straight up scam artists. Brought my Expedition in that I had put a lot of work and new parts in, they told me that they weren't sure if the motor would last and it would cost a lot for the front end work and didn't want me to waste my money. Ended getting a 500 trade in for it that I was "lucky" to get cause they'd use it for parts, they turned around and sold it!!! Also bought a pontiac straight out with said trade in, told them I heard a sound and was sure it was a bearing, kept bringing it back and of course AFTER the 30 day warranty when I needed a coil pack because it was loosing power I was then CHARGED FOR THE BEARING I knew needed replacing from the beginning!! I really thought they were nice but in retrospect I wouldn't trust them again after this experience.
