We dealt with Rau's towing service when our car got in an accident awhile ago. Someone ran a red light while not paying attention and hit us, and the police / auto insurance used this place to bring our vehicle temporarily.
The owner was very rude to us. He kept trying to argue when we wanted to get a few things out of the car before leaving like our valuables; we eventually did before leaving our car there. He also had a large dog running around us without a leash which was uncomfortable. Really unprofessional and I would never recommend this company for anything.
Me and basically my entire family have used Raus for probably 20 years. Always honest and up front on what needs be done and what can wait. Top quality mechanics quality parts highly recommend Great prices too.

Searching for an honest, reasonably priced and generally good guy mechanic? Look no further. Ralph Rau is all of those things and MORE. Fair, respectful and gruffly funny, sorta like Santa after he fought in the war. After working with him for almost 30 years I'll tell you that he never overcharges. You never have heart failure when you see the bill. Do yourself a favor and check him out. You might actually be glad that you need new brakes!

Called and set up an appointment to have my car brought there and the day of they tell me they don't want it because another shop did work to it. The only reason I was forced to have another shop work on it is because they said they were too busy to take it. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AS THEY HAVE GONE WAY DOWNHILL SINCE COVID AND HAVE LOST RESPECT FOR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS!!!
