I had to have my old vehicle removed immediately. When I called 114 Auto Salvage they were very polite on the phone as well as in person. They came within 24 hours to pick up the vehicle. The man was patient as I had to clean a few more things out of my car. The driver was very polite and courteous. He was quick and efficient on Towing my most beloved car. I would recommend them to anybody. Happy customer here!!

Great Service!!! I contacted 114 Auto Salvage and was guided through the process of selling/junking my car. The person I spoke with was very professional. We made an appointment for pick up next day. The person picking up the car was available to arrive earlier than scheduled and phoned prior to arrival to ensure I would be available for pick up. Greatly appreciated communication. He arrived as arranged, filled out all paperwork efficiently, reminded me to remove my transponder and paid me the agreed upon price in cash. All of the above took place within 24 hours if my call. It was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again if needed.

The staff was pleasant & professional when I initially called. The staff made the appointment easy & convenient. The driver that showed up was extremely personable and professional. It was a pleasure to watch him improvise his way out of a difficult scenario, that employee (& others) is absolutely an asset to the company. I needed to get rid of my old car and when we called the people were extremely nice and helpful. They arrived that same day in less than 4 hours and the driver was incredible. The car wouldn’t start and was in a tight spot. He was very calm and reassuring with me and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the vehicle out and into his truck! The service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with from the company we're professional & courteous. The truck driver was going to be bit later than I had been told. I received a call informing me of the delay. I was running late & the driver waited for me and was very pleasant. These days it's so nice to find a company that provides excellent service and has employees that are happy and professional at all levels. I had a car that I needed to junk and couldn’t find the title. I called 114 and the woman was very polite and willing to junk it without it. The whole process was a very easy and quick. The driver was very friendly and no issues with getting the car out of my driveway. I had a great experience with 114 Auto Salvage. When I called I spoke with Katelyn who was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with a competitive quote for my junk vehicle within minutes. We scheduled free pick up at a time that was convenient for me. Damien came with his tow truck on time and was friendly and efficient. 114 Auto Salvage made the whole process easy and fast. I highly recommend them!

Do not recommend this company at all. I purchased two headlights on (8/12) for a 2014 vw Touareg for $875. I was told each headlight would be well packaged and in two separate boxes taped together. When the items arrived 8/19 they were in one box with light packing material. Part of the headlights sticking through the box itself. I immediately open the box to find one of the headlight completely busted out on the backside. I call them 8/19 minutes after receiving to explain the issue. I was told I would receive a call back same day in 20 minutes or so. No one called back that day. I then reached out first thing Monday morning 8/22. Multiple calls no answer. An hour or so later a lady calls me back saying she would review the photos I sent Friday and get back to me. 4 hours later no call back. I then call again. She answers with an attitude as if I am an inconvenience. Her response is she talked to her boss and he was suppose to call me. What she says is basically they were not damaged when they were sent out and i need to file a claim with FedEx because they won’t do anything. I reach out to FedEx and they tell me it’s the sellers responsibility to file the claim as they have all the info. Great. So I submit photos anyways and the claim is denied the next day. FedEx states: “According to the pictures submitted regarding your shipment, we have determined that it was not adequately prepared or packed for safe transportation.” There statement is valid and the items were totally under packaged. All they would have needed to do was spend and extra few minutes to double box and properly wrap the item. It’s clear this company does not care what happens after they have their money. Absolutely the worst experience. Any reputable business would have reimbursed me immediately for the damaged headlight which is a result of their negligence and filed the claim with FedEx themselves. All I asked for was half of the $875 to cover the one damaged headlight. I have now filed a claim with my bank and they will be stepping in to recoup my money. They now ignore calls and will not answer. I expect no response or further assistance from this shady businesses but I will get my money back.

We contacted AAA on a Sunday and received confirmation and a reasonable (1 hr) time-line estimate for our service. We also received a link to follow the truck's location on a map with more specific information. The truck arrived in about 40 minutes and driver Jake was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We had to be towed to our home approximately 1 hour away at a busy time of day. We appreciated the help and would definitely recommend the company to others.

The service was Amazing. I had been trying to get rid of several cars for weeks with other companies. Kept getting callbacks, requests for more info., cancelled pickups etc.. One call to 114 and they came and picked up two cars the same day and paid me cash. Came early the next morning for the other. The drivers and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing company! Called them around 9am to inquire about having a car removed from my apartment complex and tow truck driver arrived at 1030am that same day! Woman I spoke with on phone and tow truck driver were both extremely pleasant and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this company. If I ever need another vehicle towed this is the only company I will call.

Completely satisfied. Tow came within the scheduled time and was gone within minutes. The tow truck driver was a nice person with a good attitude and there was no problems with the tittle exchange and payment either. Highly recommend if you have to give up a car that you had sitting around like I did.
