Great Service!!! I contacted 114 Auto Salvage and was guided through the process of selling/junking my car. The person I spoke with was very professional. We made an appointment for pick up next day. The person picking up the car was available to arrive earlier than scheduled and phoned prior to arrival to ensure I would be available for pick up. Greatly appreciated communication. He arrived as arranged, filled out all paperwork efficiently, reminded me to remove my transponder and paid me the agreed upon price in cash. All of the above took place within 24 hours if my call. It was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again if needed.

Best place to sell your old junk car got a good amount of money and the owner is super nice

I had to have my old vehicle removed immediately. When I called 114 Auto Salvage they were very polite on the phone as well as in person. They came within 24 hours to pick up the vehicle. The man was patient as I had to clean a few more things out of my car. The driver was very polite and courteous. He was quick and efficient on Towing my most beloved car. The staff was pleasant & professional when I initially called. The staff made the appointment easy & convenient. The driver that showed up was extremely personable and professional. It was a pleasure to watch him improvise his way out of a difficult scenario, that employee (& others) is absolutely an asset to the company. We contacted AAA on a Sunday and received confirmation and a reasonable (1 hr) time-line estimate for our service. We also received a link to follow the truck's location on a map with more specific information. The truck arrived in about 40 minutes and driver Jake was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We had to be towed to our home approximately 1 hour away at a busy time of day. We appreciated the help and would definitely recommend the company to others.

My mom bought a new car without notice so I had hours to get the car gone I found this number on the web spoke to this nice going lady that promised they would pick it up, in a few hours it was 12:34pm and they said from 2:30-3pm and they called me around 1:30pm 🙃 saying that they were minutes from my house. The gentleman in the Towtruck picking up the car was very nice, and professional respectful something you don't get everyday and once the paper work was done he even ask us if the other car was drivable and if we needed any help. Now that a 5 star company.. It's good when you can depend on a good service that won't let you down and lie and cheat you out of money aswell. I would 100% advertise and recommend them in the future to other people. Thank you

I called on a Monday to see if they would take an 05 Cadillac that refused to stay together enough to pass a state inspection, despite all the work that went into it. They said they could be here in an hour, and they were! And they paid much more than a dealership would have as a trade in. The tow truck driver was very friendly and had no problems getting it up on the bed and out of the driveway, despite us having lost the key. The whole process was so fast and easy that I kept thinking I'd missed a step. Thank you so much!

Do not recommend this company at all. I purchased two headlights on (8/12) for a 2014 vw Touareg for $875. I was told each headlight would be well packaged and in two separate boxes taped together. When the items arrived 8/19 they were in one box with light packing material. Part of the headlights sticking through the box itself. I immediately open the box to find one of the headlight completely busted out on the backside. I call them 8/19 minutes after receiving to explain the issue. I was told I would receive a call back same day in 20 minutes or so. No one called back that day. I then reached out first thing Monday morning 8/22. Multiple calls no answer. An hour or so later a lady calls me back saying she would review the photos I sent Friday and get back to me. 4 hours later no call back. I then call again. She answers with an attitude as if I am an inconvenience. Her response is she talked to her boss and he was suppose to call me. What she says is basically they were not damaged when they were sent out and i need to file a claim with FedEx because they won’t do anything. I reach out to FedEx and they tell me it’s the sellers responsibility to file the claim as they have all the info. Great. So I submit photos anyways and the claim is denied the next day. FedEx states: “According to the pictures submitted regarding your shipment, we have determined that it was not adequately prepared or packed for safe transportation.” There statement is valid and the items were totally under packaged. All they would have needed to do was spend and extra few minutes to double box and properly wrap the item. It’s clear this company does not care what happens after they have their money. Absolutely the worst experience. Any reputable business would have reimbursed me immediately for the damaged headlight which is a result of their negligence and filed the claim with FedEx themselves. All I asked for was half of the $875 to cover the one damaged headlight. I have now filed a claim with my bank and they will be stepping in to recoup my money. They now ignore calls and will not answer. I expect no response or further assistance from this shady businesses but I will get my money back.

The people here are very nice. I got a reasonable amount for my car, more than I expected. And the service was quick and easy, they were able to come out and remove my car the same day I called, and once they got here the process took less than 10 minutes of my time.
