This is one of the best service businesses I have ever dealt with in any industry, let alone auto repair. These guys are honest, reliable, and easy to talk to. As a single woman it's hard to know where to take your car. These people are top-notch at this station. Nick the owner is the best and his employees are the best always always friendly. Good place to get your car inspected and worked on
Went in for a few different, unrelated repairs. There was a bit of miscommunication, followed by some phone tag and then a delay due to a vacation. But when I got the car back in, Nick apologized for the delays and fixed the remaining issues on the spot, and happily walked me through the causes and what his fixes were. Thanks again guys!
Got a set of tires, brake pads, inspection, brake fluid and oil change. Nick went out of his way to get special racing brake fluid, synthetic oil and high performance racing tires my car needed that were out of stock literally everywhere. Finding parts right now is literally impossible due to the multiple supply chain issues but he still managed to get them when the dealership wasn't able to and still gave me a great price way lower then other shops quoted. The shop is always busy but they do an amazing job to fit people in. I feel like people forget that small auto repair shops operate on a first come first serve basis. People complain that it might take a little longer to get your car back but they need to understand that if you took your car to a dealership they would charge you 3-5x the amount money in labor alone and 2x as much in parts. M G&S is a great shop and i highly recommend it.
If I could rate 0 I would. WORST shop I've been at.
Do NOT come here if your car needs work longer than the time it takes to fill your gas tank.
If it dosent take 15 minutes, he will tell you to leave your car and (for a minimum of 6 days) will have not even looked at or moved your vehicle from the spot you dropped it off at.
NICK will blatantly tell you "he does not have time" once you question why he let your car sit untouched for a week.
Well why would you on earth tell me numerous times via phone and face to face to "bring it down, and you'll take care of me"
Nick I have a life, a job. Places to go to earn money so i can eat. Just like you.
You complain that "you're busy because of your work" okay, give me my car back. I can't even get to work because you do not want to do your job.
No you just took my $400 from me and left my car on your lot for now 4 weeks now. I have to keep taking it back and driving it on the check engine light because he won't look at it and I have to get myself to work.

Nick and team are the best! The work is done on time and everyone treats you like a friend. The station and grounds are looking so much nicer too. I highly recommend this business!!!
This is my favorite place! i have spent 100s of dollar in so many services for a year and they have been amazing. Always professional, reasonably priced, fast, and very good repairs. They tell you what’s wrong and don’t try to sell you what you don’t need! Best place for inspections to oil changes to regular maintenance. i highly recommend!!
My husband and I use this garage frequently we always work with Nick and we have always had an incredible experience. He is able to diagnose the problem, give us a reasonable price, and do the work quickly and efficiently. This place is literally a lifesaver we will definitely be giving them all of our business in the future.
I dropped off my 1991 Land Rover Defender as it had some issues. They got the parts installed (filters, new had gasket) and as a bonus they fixed my horn! Very professional and they went above & beyond to get my defender back on the road. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.
I would not recommend this gas station for any service. I dropped my tires off to be mounted and balanced on a Thursday afternoon. I was told they would be done the following morning (Friday). They didn’t end up being finished until Saturday night, more than 48 hours after I dropped them off. Even worse than the timing, they scraped missive scratches into my rims all around the edges while switching the tires. Thankfully, I have inexpensive rims. I just wish I would have taken pictures beforehand, so I had proof of what they did. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. This is not $25 a tire quality. I will never be going back.
Jack and his crew are great people. I was traveling from NC and the alternator died (afternoon of July 4th). Referred by my B-in-law. Great service, friendly , very reasonable on the price.
Jack had my car done in an hour. Drove from Boston to see jack for his quality service and a very nice person. Car is running like new. Great price, great atmosphere. Highly recommended
What a phenomenal place!! My friend told me she got her oil changed for $22 TOTAL and in less than a half hour, which is unbelievable. So I took a flat tire there and they patched and mounted it for me in about 5 minutes (no wait at all) for $20! Amazing speed and amazing prices. If only I was local, this would be my body shop of choice.
Jack is straightforward and honest. And he does what he can to save you money-he doesn't try to add unnecessary work to the bill. And he's a great mechanic.
The staff is friendly and asks where I've been when I've not been there in awhile. Jack and his staff care.
And that matters to me. I'm an independent musician with 174k on my Scion xB, my wife is self-employed and has 140k on her Honda CR-V, and my 20 year old daughter is in school and has a Ford Explorer with 185k on it.
