Very disappointed with how my recent lease turn-in was handled. I was never notified of the inspection or given the opportunity to be present and received the bill nearly 75 days after the vehicle was returned. I was charged for tread wear on tires costing around $350 each, despite turning the vehicle in roughly 15,000 miles under the lease. We’ve purchased two brand-new Volvos from this dealership in the last three years, yet this felt like unnecessary nickel-and-diming rather than valuing a repeat customer. Never again Volvo...

Volvo Danvers is great! We’ve purchased three Volvos, and even drive down from NH for service. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Gladys is service is a true delight, going above and beyond for her customers. I always feel great about taking our cars here.

Wow where do I start, ok whatever you do please do not service your Volvo here they are very incompetent or just dishonest, I should have known and leave, when I saw an older lady very disappointed and said this my third time coming in for the same issue. The guy at the front advised to replace my engine mounts and ac lines which I approved since my car was approaching high mileage service. After a three point inspection they never mentioned anything with my spring supporting shocks, so after the high priced service over a couple grand, the second day I drove my car I heard a weird noise coming from the front, took it back, then they told me that my spring and shocks are broken, and it’ll cost $5500 to fix all four🤔 I was like wow how comes the inspection didn’t catch all that. At this point I can’t trust them, (and had a feeling they broker it) so I took the car to another Volvo dealer, in fact where I bought it, they were able to verify that the right spring was broken not the shocks, also they mentioned that the springs are not supposed to break, rarely break, mind you they fixed my car, it took a while to order the part but it didn’t cost half of what they were charging. Stay away. Usually Volvo sends you a survey after every service but, they do this thing where the manager checks in to see if you are happy or unhappy before they send you that link. Guest what? I didn’t get one, But hey google reviews is here don’t worry.

I bought a car from Volvo in April for my son, in November I was told the brakes needed $2400 in repair costs. I spoke with Chris who was unsympathetic and said this was normal wear and tear for this car! The brakes needed to be repaired before putting the car up for sale! He vehemently denied this and said Volvo would not even reimburse even partially, the car was only 6 months old. I would never buy a car from Volvo again and would also caution others. I am in the market for a new car but I will never buy from Volvo, there are several other repairs which I am sure we will be fleeced on, buyer beware at Volvo Danvers!!!! They don’t honor their extended warranty’s and don’t care about customer service, it’s all about the Benjamin’s!

Just got a new 2026 Volvo XC60 at Volvo of Danvers and worked with Boris throughout the process. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and patient, and helped me to find the exact configuration/color I wanted. If you’re shopping for a Volvo, make sure you ask for Boris. He’s professional and knows his product inside and out. I’d work with him again without hesitation.

Found a non volvo used vehicle i wanted online that was located here. Michelle over the phone and email made the process a breeze, once I got there the salesman I was handed to was Borris who made the in person part of the deal as easy and quick as could be. Lastly the GM Emilio was extremely nice and a pleasure to do business with. 0 hesitations to work with a dealer that functions as openly and quickly as they do.

Just bought a new 2025 Volvo XC60 today! It was a truly special experience working with Rob, Crew, Chris, and Michael. I am grateful for their exceptional service. Overall: 1. Great price! Volvo cars are not cheap, but their wonderful team made sure I got a fantastic deal that I'm deeply appreciative of. 2. They were incredibly responsive and patient. All of my questions were answered thoroughly throughout the process. I spent 2-3 hours on each visit, and everyone was wonderfully non-pushy during my visits, which I greatly appreciated. 3. While I did need to Uber/Lyft to get there since I didn't have a car, I believe it was absolutely worth it! I'm so thankful for the incredible experience!

I was in the market for a Ford Bronco Sport and saw that they had one for sale. This was my first time handling a vehicle purchase from start to finish on my own and I was very pleased with the service! I had given the car a test drive and wasn't sure if I wanted to make the purchase just yet and decided to explore my options with other dealerships as well. I had told them that I didn't wish to go any further with the process and they were very understanding of it and said to just reach back out if anything changes. Over the next few days, I changed my mind back and had asked for a second test drive on short notice and they were happy to set aside some more time for me to take it for a lengthier drive to make sure. After the second test drive, I was certain I wanted the car and decided to move forward with the paperwork. The entire process was very smooth and my options for warranties/payment plans was laid out very clearly each step of the way. I couldn't drive off with the car that day since it needed to be detailed/cleaned one last time but they were kind enough to drive it over to my house the next town over on the next day so I didn't even need to take time away from work. (They even had their mechanics repair a few scratches/dings on the rims for me which I thought was incredibly nice of them since I didn't even bring it up). I'm very happy with the car and I was incredibly pleased with the service I got every step of the way from Michelle, Michael, and Chris!

DO NOT BUY THE 2018 JEEP COMPASS that they just reposted. I got pre approved for the loan had a deposit down they told me they was going to drive it down to RI. My husband is a mechanic and he heard a noise coming from the dash board. We told Crew the sales rep and they said they would take a look at it. My husband thought it was the A/C unit because it wasn’t blowing cold air and could be a leak in the hose. They said they recharged the A/C but the Manager Bruce refused to have there mechanics look more into the leak part. Said it would cost to much money for them to do that when the car wasn’t worth that much. He said to be honest he was going to re sell it like that anyway. He was very rude on how he talked to me. I thought that was terrible that he would put that back on the lot for someone else when the person who buys it next would deal with it like that. I talked to my husband and he figured a way we could fix it and I still wanted it. Then when it came down for Crew to drive the jeep to Rhode Island I get a message the day of saying it doesn’t sound safe and he doesn’t want to drive it down. It was making a noise. I spoke to Bruce again and he said we will have our mechanics look at it. Didn’t get a call until the next day from Chris the finance guy saying that it’s to much for them to fix that they are going to send it back to auction because they don’t have the time to fix it and to much money. Also apparently the bank refused to give me gap insurance and that I would have to resign all the paperwork again. I had no choice to get a refund on my down payment. I was pissed. I took a hit on my credit and my Dads now because he helped co-sign, all to see it’s back up for sale on there website. This to me was very shady and it seemed like they did not want to deal with me because my husband is a mechanic and you have a 90 warranty in mass if you have to bring it back and they would have no choice to fix it. Or they did not want to bring it down to Rhode Island. Then why even say you would do that? I am so upset that a business would do such a thing.

I recently purchased an XC60 from Volvo Danvers. I worked with Jessica Folsom who made my experience amazing. I walked in thinking I was there for a test drive considering that’s how things went at previous dealers. Boy was I wrong!!! Jessica made it happen all in one day! We closed the deal and a week later a was driving my car!! It was such a weight lifted off my shoulder as I haven’t had a car in over two years due to living in the city. The stress that comes along with buying a car is always present but somehow Jessica managed to ease that entirely. I can’t thank her enough for her knowledge and understanding of my needs! Overall, my experience purchasing my car from Volvo Danvers was a 10/10!!!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely consider buying a car here!!!! You won’t regret it!!!!!

Walked in thinking we would just be able to test drive it and have to come back to iron out the details but Boris made it all happen the same day. He was wonderful to work with.
