Steve here at Danvers Autozone helped me find specific motorcycle oil that was missing from stock but said in stock for my order. He saved the day and a trip downtown. The absolute man and cannot believe in such wonderful customer service.

I went to the Danvers Auto Zone yesterday for new wipers. Ian waited on me and he was very nice and helpful and he offered to install the new wiper on my vehicle. He did a great job installing it. It’s so refreshing to experience great customer service!

I stopped in to buy a rear windshield wiper blade. Cody helped me find the exact one I needed for my car and even installed it for me right there in the parking lot. I really appreciated the extra help. Excellent customer service!

I had just had purchased windshield wipers and Cody offered to install for me which was music to my ears! Cody was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as with everyone else at the store I found, will be back soon for car mats!

Had help recently to find the right bulbs for my brake lights. The workers there are super friendly. They even pick up the phone on the first try!

Just had a five star experience thanks to Cody H at the Autozone in Danvers. He provided me with the best customer service: helping me pick out the correct oil for both my car model and my budget as well as the right windshield washer fluid. I purchased an item The adhesive side where it should stick to the vehicle had no stickyness to it at all I took it back and they won't let me return it
Denied return give me this number I have to call and the lady on the other end says that I can't return it because I have a bad record of returning things with autozone and she will send me the file I haven't purchased anything from AutoZone for as long as I can remember

New to the area, stoped by auto zone and got a diagnosis and new windshield wipers. Jay was amazing. He not only told me what was wrong with my car but was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain how the battery powers my vehicle and not to mention it was extremely cold. Jay is a great example of professional management and customer service. Ian helped me out with an issue I was having with my rear wiper. He was super knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Ian and I will definitely be back because of him!

it's an autozone. it's probably got the little bits and bobs you need. The staff howrver really go above and beyond. Jack came out to help me swap a part out in the freezing cold and I really appreciated that. :)

Jeremy was amazing. I had a dead battery at 830pm and raced to the closest AutoZone. I was apologetic coming in at 845pm as they close at 9pm. His coworker was turning me away but Jeremy stating "As long as we are open, we can help". Jeremy saved the night for me. He came out in the cold and installed the new battery, despite the difficulty in position. He stayed 30 minutes past closing and I couldn't be more thankful for his kindness and understanding as emergencies are never planned. I am an ER nurse and was so thankful AutoZone has an employee like Jeremy, not his coworker who again was turning me away stating "we are closing and can't help you". THANK YOU JEREMY!!!!!

I went in looking for oil, windshield washer and nice smelly things for my car. An extremely kind young man named Ian helped me with everything including checking my oil and answering all of my questions and explaining in detail what I needed to look for with specific problems with my car. I was at Auto Zone requesting that someone help me plug a tire. An employee, Jay, graciously came out to my car, plugged my tire with no complaints, and did an amazing job. Jay was extremely helpful, polite, and professional.

Jason and his team went above and beyond for me. I was at the Liberty Tree Mall and came out to a dead car battery. I called Auto Zone and asked if they could help me. Not only did they have the battery in stock, but Jason drove it over to me in the mall parking lot and installed it! It was a hot day in the blazing sun but he was so kind and professional and even refused a cash tip. I am so grateful and would recommend this store location highly! Thank you, Jason!
