Great experience! It was clear to me that all of their cars were already priced to sell, and they've all been impeccably serviced -- if you've been looking you know that this is not an easy combination of factors to find.. and the icing on the cake is their staff was 5 star; very easy to work with, no hard sell, answered all questions before and after my purchase.. Next time I'm looking, I'll check their inventory before going anywhere else.. I highly recommend carbidz!

I had a great experience working with Paul and Ryan. They are honest, direct, and offer a no-pressure, no-frills buying experience. Great communication throughout the process. Most of these cars have a lot of miles on them, so consider what cars require to maintain going into this process. No dealer fee which is great. We traveled 1 hour to look at a 2017 Chevy Traverse. We Spoke with Paul over the phone. He was very pleasant to work with. His discription of the exterior was good. He advertised 0 accidents but after taking it to a mechanic for inspection it was determined the vehicle was definiately in a significant accident, the transmission was replaced (red flag), the electrical steering unit was questionable, the rear windows would go down but not up, the pass side heated seat did not work, the tire pressure sensor was displayed on dash, radio speakers in the rear did not work. After bringing all this up to Paul, he admitted they usually don’t go through the vehicles that they purchase from local auctions and dealers. They purchase at low prices and this is why they sell at low prices. This definitely came through loud and clear. Buyers beware when buying from this dealer. I don’t think they are purposely dishonest but they don’t take the time or care to learn about the pros and cons of the vehicles they are selling. So you as a buyer really have to do your own homework and not rely on their information.

Buyer beware, please get a third party inspection before you buy. I purchased a Lexus gx 460 from them with a KDSS light illuminated. At the time I was testing the car, both guys at Carbidz assured me that it was a non essential system and the car was safe and would pass inspection, even with the light. They even told me to call them if it had any problems passing insprction. I took the car to a Lexus dealership, after I bought it, for inspection and was told that it would fail for the KDSS light and the service adviser told me he didn't consider the car safe to drive without the KDSS properly working. The dealership quoted me ove $10,000 to fix the issue. When I called Carbidz about the problem the only thing that they did for me was give me the "advice" of shopping around to find a place that would pass it on inspection. I feel taken advantage of, personally I would avoid this place.

The car I came to look at ultimately had many flaws that were not listed under the description online. The battery was dead, which is understandable as the cars must sit in the lot for a while, Paul jumped the car and it was running fine. After looking at the rest of the car, I turned it off to see if the initial jump fixed the problem. Though it didn’t, and it had to be jumped again. Paul acted very annoyed when I said that the car was turned off and he had to jump it again, and from the beginning seemed like he was just having a bad day. Then while taking it for a test drive, the steering wheel was leaning left and had to be turned slightly to the right in order for the car to go straight. The seat adjusters also did not work (the ones to tilt the seat forward and backward). Overall, I can’t speak for the rest of the cars in the lot but this one definitely had major issues that would have cost a lot of $$$ to repair had I bought the car. I recommend coming in to take the car for a test drive and a thorough inspection before purchasing any from Carbidz.

Drove three hours to look at a car which had critical engine failure, despite being marketed as in perfect condition. Business is a scam, as is Paul, the owner, who allowed us to take a dangerous vehicle for a test drive knowing full well the situation.

Very bad experience after buying the Audi sq5 a car of my dream that has come out in a headache since the seller knew the problem and hiding the hidden secret of the car saves that I tell him what he has he does not want to take responsibility for the repair of the car but he did not complain when I kicked him $12,800 in cash for the car save will be to take legal action because that is not done God knows and how many people have fallen into this trap,claim the car have maintained done when the pictures show different story

Me and my wife went to carbidz looking to buy a good used Honda CRV and hoping to get a good price. At first, I was a little nervous until we met Paul. He was very polite, respectful, and patient and he had a great sense of humor that helped to put us at ease. My experience at Carbidz was excellent. Paul was professional in every sense of the word. he was very patient and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Most importantly- NO HIGH PRESSURE! I was interested in a car but did not have everything on my end at the specific moment and time, Paul went above and beyond to make sure I got the car i wanted and always kept me in the loop with availability!! Once I was ready on my end to get the car we both came to an easy agreement and both got what we wanted. If you are looking for a car this is the place to go!

He not only allowed me to take the car I was interested in to my mechanic to have it looked at before purchasing, but he encouraged it. Paul was AWESOME to deal with. A very honest guy too! Not only doesn't mind 3rd parties looking at the car but encourages it. Very accommodating for my difficult (at times) requests because I live pretty far away. If I am ever in need of another car, I will look his way first! This place is deceiving and will manipulate you and make you feel comfortable and then act shocked when the car you want to buy doesn’t pas inspection!! My mom originally came to CarBidz alone and checked out some cars until she found one she loved so I returned with her since it’s a 45 minute drive we want to make sure she liked what she saw online before I tagged along to make sure she was taken advantage of. Well I’m glad I came because she was looking at a 2010 Mazda with 121,000 which apparently will pass inspection if you take it to a shop the owner knows!! Well I asked to take it to a local shop which uses Massachusetts equipment and charges the same price as every legit place does unlike Paul McDermott who suggested we pay a shop he knows $20 bucks and it will totally pass. Well I took it to O’Brien car care who did not pass it and suggested not to buy it because there was so many hidden problems like someone had cleared the check engine light but never fixed the problem and yes you can read that. Bobby at O’Brien car care said he would not buy it because all the problems and the smoke filled cabin air filter with a air freshener someone had stuffed in there to mask the smell. I returned to CarBidz and Paul acted as if he had never heard of the codes and has never seen something pass in the last 35 years and was shocked and just laughed in my face about me paying $55 dollars because now he can fix it on his own and he doesn’t have to pay the fees. This guy is a crook and he knows it and is out for the quick buck and didn’t care they my 67 year old mom was gonna buy a car that was gonna fail inspection who has COPD but a car with old smoke but hidden... you have been warned.

Overall experience/customer service when buying car was great. But as always when buying a used car you have to be careful and do your research as well as have a mechanic check it thoroughly before purchasing. I had to spend $1000 for maintenance after the sales guy told me that it was up to date in the first month of purchasing.

My daughter and I recently visited in CarBidz in Easton. We had a couple of cars in mind when we stopped in. Paul let us drive whatever we were interested in, he gave us a CarFax for each car we were considering, he also gave us a mechanics report and he even let me take the car we picked to my own mechanic. I thought they had a good selection of moderately priced cars and I really couldn't be happier with the car or the deal. They also do not charge any dealer fee's which is pretty unusual these days. A+ experience

I would've given a 5/5 if it went the way I was expected it to; but things happen. I went to car bidz,Paul the sales guy had the car ready for me as soon as I got there after calling in to zee the car. a nice 2007 infinti G35 AWD test drove it came back explained a couple of issues,check engine light came on and I heard the brake shield kind of scraping. Paul had no problem with bringing it back to the shop to get it checked out. First the car would be done one day then the next day then the next. I was upset due to the fact I was hoping to have the car be done for me as he had stated. Paul later then explained to me that he doesn't feel comfocomfor selling a car that's may just be temporarily fixedand that usually the cars are only in the shop for a day then ready to go. He stated this has never happened to him in this business in 35 yeses guess it was one unlucky pick, so instead he suggested a solution towards my problems and offered me a lower milage same yeah and modle car. I test drove it and bought the car. He was sincerely apologetic and did what ever he could to make our experience good. Which he sure did in the long run. Paul is there for you step by step. They don't do in house financing but he will lead you towards a way to get a loan with a nice credit union. DCU credit union. Obv based on your credit scores you can get a loan and a check within that day! Crazy. Anyways. Carbidz and Paul are liget. No scam just good used cars ready to be bought. Get there fast though because you won't believe the prices and qaulity seriously. It was a blessing in disguise. The first G35 wasnt meant to be but he got me a second option to pick from which turned out to be aa better g35.
